<Snipped quote by Negatomsk>

Only it turns out that when she put on the suit it was actually possessed by an evil penguin king who can control her body.

And the gloriously bad ideas just keep on coming...
Maybe a small girl in a penguin costume who will show us a world of pain.

Don't tempt me.
@LeeRoyI'm more than happy to lower her baseline, but as you said, the upper limit is the problem. She actually has a pretty hilariously weak-sauce and common weakness that I avoided listing for fear of the meta-gaming that would come with it.

And I wasn't being rude at all, I was conceding your point that she doesn't fit here for the rules set, so I'll submit something else, that was all.
@LeeRoy

As I already said, I'll submit someone else. I already chopped her profile to hell to put her up here and I'm not about to spend even more time trying to settle on arbitrary limits to her powers. I can set a baseline but the nature of her ability is to equalize literally anyone, and as you said, that power is fine, but not for this setting.
@Thantos
Heeeey, did those girls magically dodge/phase through Gever's fusillade or did you just miss my post?
Her rule is that she's always stronger or faster and just all around physically superior to the person she's fighting, which leads to some really intense debate. Since it's always imbalanced in a fight that doesn't involve some sort of ranged combat.

While I do appreciate all these extra powers you and Melon have given her, I'll grant you that she is incredibly difficult for most to fight. Once again, the rule was actually that within the confines of a combat setting, Blythe could only ever hope to equal an opponent in strength, never surpass, which only ever applied to her power (lifting and striking) and durability, not her speed, and that any permanent increases would have to be made Saiyan-style, in storyline training sessions. Still, amusing to know she'd be unto a god here, as currently written. I'll submit another profile later.
@MelonHeadGood lord.

If my sheet isn't accepted, it's not accepted, the one who's really taking the enjoyment out of this for me isn't LeeRoy, but you, and your endless butthurt over a character you won't even be dealing with. LeeRoy's already taken my sheet under advisement without your endless arguments, and as far as I was concerned, that should've been the end of it.

I've already stated if I need to bring Blythe's baseline down, I will. If she's rejected, I have plenty of other characters to submit.
@MelonHead In fact, LeeRoy spelled out exactly what was missing from Blythe's sheet, and you basically ignored half of what he said. He wanted hard-limits on your character's endurance, regeneration and tankiness, so he has some idea of what can actually defeat her. You just told him she's always as strong or stronger than an opponent and did nothing to answer his other queries.

@Negatomsk

Could you give me a range where she'll be fighting at? Since we can't have someone who's capable of erasing universes with a flex of her left bicep roaming around.

LeeRoy's exact words, right there.

He asked for a range she would be fighting at, and if you'd bothered to read my answer, you'd see that I already answered for the only stat that I felt I needed to, her strength, seeing as her baseline durability is spelled out in her profile where it says the Outrage avatar is capable of surviving multiple tonnages of force on impact, explosions, sustained heavy arms fire and falls from great heights with only minimal to moderate harm to her person.

I also made it clear that Blythe can only ever match her opponent's strength in combat, and for her to surpass the amount of force she is measured against would require a lengthy exposure to that force, coupled with an extended period of exercise necessary to surpass it. That means for as big and scary as Blythe is, in a close-quarters slugfest based on pure strength, with no other factors involved, the best that Blythe can hope for is a draw, which is why Enki and I stated that it's as simple as not getting into a slugfest with her.

I'm kind of surprised that with all the research you put into this argument you don't care about that you neglected to look up the shortcomings of shear-thickening fluids for some rather hilariously mundane methods with which to handle Blythe's infinitely powerful armor.
@Divinity
The argument isn't 'but Corban is here so we brought our big guns', the argument is 'Corban was allowed in, so why are you blocking characters who are of a similar strength'.
@MelonHead Fine, whatever, she's overpowered, how about we quit arguing about this since you supposedly don't care?
