Seika saw Hokuto go into the 9th stance "Preperations are complete time to move on" He thought to himself as he went into a stance as if he had sheathed a sword "Form #2 - Storm!" He said as his calm expression turned to an intimidating and fear inducing expression "Hokuto! Just know that if you try to attack me in this form, you may come out with serious injuries.." He said as he kept the expression solid.

the shockwave of the attack that came underneath Seika caused Seika to look down "Old trick, get a new one." He heard Hokuto say as he looked up and made a big smile as the attack erupted before him. Seika was turned into dust, nothing was left of him. "Hey I forgot you had that Twelve Stanza Song of the Thunder God technique!" Seika said from behind Hokuto "good thing that was just a clone I switched with "Let me try another new technique of mine" he said as he brought up a hand sign "Wind Style - Thirteen Sonota Songs of the Wind God!" He said as he went in the stance of the first form "Form #1 - Hamon!" He said as his facial expression changed to a more calm face then his usual excited expression "Keep breathing in check, stay calm like a flowing breeze of wind" He thought to himself.

Seika downed his food and the half of his melon bread that was his leaving the rest for Hokuto. Seika wiped his mouth and looked over to Hokuto who was doing a goofy pose. "Sounds good to me, guess I'll just go all out then on my own." Seika said as he gave off a devious and almost intimidating smile. Seika put his hands in a hand sign as he began to slowly build up his chakra, the small pebbles on the ground began to rise up from the pressure he was giving off, a strong gust of wind surrounded him as his chakra grew more and more. The pebbles began to fall and the gust of wind lessened as Seika regained his composure. "Now then I may not have the Teikigan, my families Kekkei Genkai but I'm still the fastest clan member along with Miyuki." Seika said as he quickly put up a hand sign with one hand "Ninja Art! Wind Clone Jutsu!" Seika called out as 5 wind clones appeared before him "Let's go guys!" Seika called out "Yeah!" the clones replied as Seika and the clones instantly vanished from sight. A hidden clone in a tree had thrown snares at Hokuto, the snare balls were actually smoke pellets in disguise.

Seika turned to Miyuki as he heard her cry out "Calm down Miyuki it's not over yet, did you forget? Me and Hakai have a long lived rivalry." Seika said as he then turned towards Hokuto "What's wrong Hokuto? Want to show this 'showoff' how a real match is done?" Seika said with a cocky smile on his face. "No limits just go all out, what do you say?" He added as his stomach growled "But first let's get some food, forgot that the food pills made me super hungry as a side effect."
