There are a lot of unknowns, that being one of them. I don't even know where they came from. Whatever world they've been stashed away on, it's been hidden, and hidden well, outside their home universe.

It's not just about wiping them out for the sake of it. It's not a grudge thing, it's about the rest of reality. A couple Tzarians in hiding that believe their species to be lost entirely are much less dangerous than a recovered, vengeful army of them seeking to conquest the omniverse. The stragglers can be dealt with in their own time.

Mostly. Like I said, that or important to the IA, which they seek to dismantle. Can't start their own empire with competition that has such a massive head start on them, after all.

There are solutions to bigger problems that take priority. And while you may not like to admit that, you'll come to learn. Because they've come, some already having scoped out that precious mountain base of yours under the mask of friendliness, and they'll be targeting every traitor to their people, and every friend to a traitor, soon enough. It's already started. It's the reason you're even here to begin with.

Because I've seen it. I've had eons to watch their civilization rise, to give them a chance to be better. In the end, they fail, every time. So I wipe the slate clean, and wait for the new cycle, to afford them a new chance. There's a reason I don't wipe them out at their earliest inception.

Their culture is war. Domination, conquest, expansion, and violence. The best among them is patriotic and encouraging of this. Every single time, when their civilization grows to a critical point, they begin to aspire beyond their own universe, and subject the rest of reality to conquest, until someone stops them. That has been me.

Are you so sure that they're all innocent? That even one of them deserves to be spared? You really do need to have a grasp of their culture to understand. Like me, considering I am one.

I roll them over when they start rolling over others. And I have done so many, many times. This time, the IA is a fruitful byproduct of exactly the benefits of the empire they seek, but nothing more. They're tyrannical, racist, and violent. And they're that way every time.
