I... Could've done that much myself, mind you XD

Also: And then the Doctor got hit by a fireball to the face, triggering a Regeneration >=D.

On a more serious note: I'll post tomorrow again. Stupid timezones...

EDIT: Also, exactly what is Daniel/the Doctor trying to do anyway? I haven't seen all that much of Doctor Who, so... Yeah.

EDIT 2: The below post was a double-post due to the site being silly. So there's that.
You ninja person you. >_>

EDIT: But yeah, I foresee some friction between Leon and Euclid. And by 'some', I mean a lot.
... Euclid? What kind of a name is that? A fake one, that much was obvious, but why would someone pick such a strange and obviously false name when trying to hide their own identity? Why not something remotely plausible like, say, Jesse or James? Well, whatever, that wasn't important right now. Whoever the guy was, he was obviously in pain and needed some medical attention -- or at the very least some painkillers, if they could find any.

Luckily, Rose seemed to know exactly where they could find them -- or at least claimed she did. Although it wasn't hard to understand that Rose simply didn't want to leave this place just yet, she did make some good points. If they could find some food and other supplies in here, it would be stupid not to take them along. Plus, with 'Euclid' in the state he was in, he'd likely collapse again before he reached the end of the hallway.
"Very well, let's do that," Leon nodded at Rose, purposefully not using her name as to not put the girl into a corner. "Since you know the way around here, you should lead the way," Leon said. He then walked over to Euclid, who by now was leaning against a nearby wall again. "Come on, Euclid, give me your hand," he said, holding out his right hand for Euclid to take. At least that way I'll know you won't stab me with it.
"Okay, works for me," Leon answered Rose's suggestion. It wasn't like he had any better ideas himself. As such, he followed Rose to wherever she wanted to go.
...Which turned out to be a light at the end of a tunnel. Well, that's not a bad sign at all, what are you talking about. And, much like the warped tunnel leading to the abandoned city, this thing didn't seem to belong here either, at least according to Rose -- who promptly decided to have a well-deserved mental breakdown.
What good is staying here going to do us?. Leon thought. It wasn't like someone would just randomly fall out of the sky to give them some answers. "Yes I want to go home too," he said. "And that's exactly why I'm going to see what's beyond this... whatever-it-is. Besides, look at it this way. Whoever did all this obviously has a lot of power. That is to say, if he or she wanted to kill us, why not just do that? In other words, the fact that we're not dead yet proves that he -- I'm going to call him a 'him for the sake of convenience -- that he doesn't want to kill us, or at the very least not yet. Per extension, it's pretty unlikely that there are going to be death traps everywhere." He shrugged, then turned towards the light. "Look, how about this. I'm going to look what's on the other side. If it's not a deathtrap, I'll come back to pick you up, okay?"

Just as Leon was about to step into the light at the end of the tunnel, he heard a crashing noise coming from somewhere nearby, freezing him in place. What in the world... "Okay, forget about going through here. New priority; finding out what the hell that noise was,' he said, just as much to himself as to Rose. "Stay close to me. Whatever caused that noise might not be friendly, and I don't want either one of us getting jumped on before the other can react."

((I have to do a minor bit of Godmodding here, Rose, mostly for the sake of easy flow. Don't worry though, it only consists of making your character following mine -- or vice versa, whoever leads doesn't matter --, something which seems like a logical reaction to me anyway. If you disagree anyway, tell me and I'll remove it.)

Some time later, as the two were exploring the halls of the school, they heard a loud voice coming from behind him. Leon, still on alert, instantly spun around. "What- Who are you?" he called out to the other guy.
Also, soft glass is soft?

PS: I'm rushing on a post. I hope to get it out before I have to go to bed. If not, it's a first thing tomorrow.

EDIT: Postage. And with that, I'm off for the day. Goodnight!
Hm, I think I was actually thinking of the former. I wondered why I couldn't remember any IC posts involving said character, but that explains that. So eh.

Also, nope, not at all :P
I guess that's one of the plus sides to 1X1 RPs, eh? I'll do my best to post at least every other day or so.

On a sidenote, wasn't there another character in the original CC that played as a character from Soul Eater too? Or did you just mention that you had a character from said series in the back of your head?

"...A-are you s-saying you can help her?," Jonathan stuttered, barely believing his ears. "How? No, that doesn't matter, just do it!" His heart rose again; Lily would be saved! She would come back, and they could go back home together. Yes, that was what going to happen. Everything would be solved. "How can I help?," he asked Daniel, a spark of hope having reappeared in his eyes. At this point, the man would grab every single straw he could see, no matter how fragile it was.

"Hey, wait, what about me? What if I don't want you... doing things... to me?," Lily intervened, nervously stepping away from Daniel. Why was everyone so convinced that her name was Lily? Did she look that much like her? Or were they just all crazy? No, that didn't make sense either; Miss Devon was nice to her and believed her. What took Miss Devon so long anyway? She said it would only took a few minutes, but it seemed that she was gone for far longer by now.
The girl looked back and forth between the three men and the door. Should she make a run for it and call out for Miss Devon? But no, the third guy was standing at said door, blocking that exit. Fighting wouldn't work either; not when outnumbered like this. Besides, what would she do if they were like those demons, barely even flinching when struck with a fireball? "I... I...," she muttered, obviously afraid.

Simon, meanwhile, was just hanging back at the door remnants, not really knowing how to add anything to the discussion. Well, at least it gave him some thought to thing about the situation.
Fact 1: They were all transforming into their Cosplays, both in body and in mind. The girl in front of him especially was striking proof of the latter, and he had seen more than one example of the former. At least most of the people he'd seen today where mostly human in appearence.
Fact 2: They also somehow got the powers of their cosplays. In addition, all accessories that went along with said cosplays also became real. He had physically experienced the former, and had witnessed the latter on several occasions.
Fact 3: More than one thing about this Academy was really weird. The students that behaved really strange and obviously knew more than they told, the time-space warping hallways beyond the door. Furthermore, the cosplay event did start here. Did that mean that someone of this school was behind the whole deal? Well, not necessarily; for all he know, the Academy was simply the location host, with the actual organisation being done by an entirely different party. Still, this place should be the first place to do some research.
Fact 4: The transformation could be, in several cases, lethal. From what he'd seen, it most often happened with the more extreme cases, with things like growing tentacles from your head, and in the middle stages of transformation. They had survived up until now, but that didn't mean that they were safe.

Conclusion: Lacking the luxury of time to research everything at random, they should start at the one place they knew something about; the Academy and its surroundings.

Wouldn't they be constantly moving due to the level of threat?

Maybe. Honestly, I can't see that far into the future. Not every player has been constantly in life-threatening situations though, so there's that.

That's actually not implausible. I've seen a handful of afterlife roleplays in my time.

...Well then. There's a thing.

On a sidenote, the Floating School Island of Kalmaysia is sort of transforming into a Hub world for me, with several hallways linking to different worlds, looking out over a whole lot more and whatnot. Would it be an idea to use it as the heroes' base?
