Double-post of sorts: I edited the end of my IC post to make Leon's wound somewhat less life-threatening. It's still a serious problem, not to mention the horrible infection dangers, but at least he's still able to walk.
Everything happened so fast, Leon could barely keep The impact caused by Rin jumping onto Leon's back was strong enough to cause the guy to stagger, dropping his knife in the process. He screamed, completely losing his normal quite sharp aptitude for logical thought, instead regressing to a more basic, instinctual thought pattern. ...Said thought pattern mostly consisting of 'Aahgetitioffgetitoffgetitoff!'. Which, considering the facts that he was unarmed and the wolf was hanging behind him, Leon himself wasn't all that successful in. Suddenly he felt a sharp pain shooting through his right arm, causing him to cry out in pain.
If it weren't for Rose coming to the rescue, things might've ended quite a bit more grim. Luckily for Leon, however, she did in fact do exactly that. Though he couldn't see exactly what she did by virtue of her target literally being behind him, he felt a heavy weight drop off his back. He didn't have time to think about it, however, seeing as 1: they were still in danger, and 2: Rose instantly started running again.
Adrenalin overriding pain and fatigue, Leon sprinted after Rose, not noticing the trickling trail of blood he left behind. Of course, just because you don't notice the fact that you're losing blood doesn't mean that it doesn't affect you at all, and by the time Rose led the two to a secret passage, Leon started to feel pretty bad. Still, they had to keep moving, so Leon did what Rose asked of him, albeit not in the most gracious fashion -- which is to say, he practically stumbled into the hole, the weight of the bag he was still carrying around dragging him to the ground. Forcing himself up once again, he kept running down the secret passage. It was not until he reached the end of the passage that he allowed himself some respite. He looked at his wounded arm, the sleeve of which was pretty much soaked in blood by now. several small tears ran across the fabric, presumably where that beast had grabbed him. To make things worse, the blood caused the fabric to stick to his arm, making it that much harder to pull it off and inspect the wound below. Hell, even slightly pulling at it hurted like hell.

((OOC note: Leon is still carrying around the bag. the 'heavy weight dropping' was Rin.)

Um... yes to both, was the plan. Would it be easier if I just post first?

Well, I was writing the base of a post behind the scenes. I just needed confirmation of those bits and details.
True. Also, you ninja-person you!

Seriously though, I need to have at least those two questions answered before I can post. Answering them myself would be Godmodding of a very bad kind >_>

*shrugs* I'm having fun just watching things happen as they happen. :p

Fair enough. Generally, I agree; it's far more fun to just go along with the flow most of the time. The thing is, when it comes to combat and unstated actions, it's sometimes better to do a little OOC discussion about how things play out. Otherwise, you might end up in a scenario where everyone is dependant on at least one other person, leading to incredibly slow progress or even a deadlock.

So, let's simplify this to two questions then.
1: Did Rose succeed in her stabbing attempt and/or her attempt to shake Rin off?
2: If yes to the above, Did Rin manage to injure Leon before getting stabbed/thrown off? (I'm giving you permission for that, by the way :P)
Anyway, new plan:

> Rin jumps onto Leon's back, causing the latter to stumble -- and to drop his knife in the process.
> Upon hearing this, Rose turns around, leading to her stabbing action which may or may not succeed.
> During the delay period that this requires, Rin scratches or bites Leon somewhere -- probably the neck or arms --, leading to drama and an obvious trail for anyone to follow.
Speaking about Hylian's last post; I pretty much need to know whether or not that knife attack struck the wolf-thing. For obvious reasons.

@Hylian: Technically I was planning to have Leon fall over due to Ms. Wolfie jumping on top of him, but eh. I can work around it.
So, here's a problem of sorts. On one end, I don't really want to ignore Euclid's 'throw a heavy object at the window in the hope of breaking it, or at the very least drawing some attention towards himself.' On the other hand, Rose and Leon have enough problems as it is, and I don't even know whether or not it will work at all.
Leon had to surpress a sigh when Rose asked him about whether or not his mother taught him not to run while holding a knife. Well, yeah, obviously his mother did tell him to not run with sharp objects like any good parent aught to. she also told him to not run across the street, not to run while carrying heavy objects and not to talk to strangers; none of which are all that important when being chased by psychos. Leon didn't feel like now was the time to say anything about that at the moment though.
The girl then made another comment, asking about if he could handle a firearm. Sadly, he had no experience with guns other than 'don't look into open end', 'don't point at self and/or people/things you like' and 'pull trigger to release speedy metaly death', so guns were pretty much out. Not to mention the fact that they were already overburdened as things were. On the other hand, it wasn't like he was all that much better with knives either... Either way, it was a worry for later; again, getting away in one piece was the first priority.

When Rose told Leon to pull on the count of three, he nodded to let her know that he heard her. "Two...," he counted in unison with the girl, starting at 'two' due to having missed the 'one. "...Three!" With that, he pulled on the chain with all his might, opening the door. "Quick, go go go!," Leon called out, motioning Rose to go through the door. At this point, he made no attempt to keep his voice down anymore. After all, if 'GM' didn't hear the metal door opening, he wasn't going to hear Leon's voice either.
...As if on cue, the other door leading back to the cafetaria simply disappeared, revealing a batshit insane-looking GM. Next to him stood some kind of malnourished wolflike beast. "Oh, shit, RUN!," Leon yelled, dashing through the door after Rose as fast as he could -- which, considering the fact he was carrying an heavy and imbalanced bag around, wasn't all that fast, certainly not fast enough to outrun the beast chasing them.

((Tiny bit of Godmodding here; With Rose being both closer to the door (I think) and not weighted down by a heavy bag, it only makes sense for her to be in front.))
Yeah, I'm mostly putting it out so that the following scenes can flow a bit better, rather than all three of us wondering what the other two want.
