Since I got stuck on Marisa, I decided to use a different character. I made this at 1 AM, so its probably nothing special. I'll look it back over tomorrow. For now, I'm sleeping.
Character Name: Nitori Kawashiro

Title: Super Youkai Warhead

Visual Description:


Written Description: Nitori is very short, only about 5 feet tall. She has blue eyes & blue hair tied up into pigtails, but goes past her shoulder when let down. Her outfit consists of a poofy, blue dress that is covered with pockets around the bottom of her skirt and her shoulders, a green hat with a white wisp on the front, blue boots, and a large blue backpack that is almost as large as her body.
Personality: Nitori is very shy when it comes to humans. When talking with one, she prefers to keep the conversation as short as possible. When interacting with any other creatures though, especially kappa like her, she is much more talkative. No matter who she's with, whenever she talks about engineering, she's always cheerful.  She's very good with business as it's how she makes her living. 

Nitori is a hardworking engineer, and often has many tools on her in the pockets of her skirt. She takes objects apart and puts them back together as a way of understanding them, but sometimes it results in an explosion or it staying broken. As such, she's the perfect kind of person to create any tool that you would need, unless it has to do with magic.
Current Story:  She's gotten herself a reputation for her business. However, in order for her to pay off her bills, she has to take on an absurd amount of tasks each day so she can have a roof on her head. Desperate for the money, but also interested in the job, she saw a call for heroes and decided herself that she was needed. No matter how strong you are, you'll always need a tool or two. That, and if she fails, she's homeless.
Weapon(s): Backpack: Sometimes, if there's whacking to be done, Nitori will do it with her backpack. There are also many tools in it that she needs to do her job, like wrenches, hammers, screwdrivers, nuts, bolts, screws, and callipers. It's like a toolbox.

Leatherman - Nitori would never be caught without her pocket knife, pliers, bottle-openers, or corkscrews. Thankfully, the leatherman has all of that. If she's ever in a bad situation and she needs to do it, she'll do some highly aggressive poking.

General Abilities

Slot One - Water Manipulation
Like every kappa where she's from, she can manipulate water. She can shoot out streams, create air bubbles, or perform tricks for a festival. The extent of it is making medium-sized waves for her now, but that takes quite a bit of energy. She does the shooting with a small water gun that looks like a toy revolver. As they say, bang bang, skeet skeet.

Strengths
She can manipulate water, obviously. She can also sort of breathe and talk while underwater, but if she does it for too long it gets hard to breathe and uncomfortable. She is very smart with gadgets, as a result of her reverse engineering. She is also knowledgeable when it comes to computers, but hacking into security systems isn't really her thing. Making cool stuff is her thing. She can make weapons like swords, cars, and even flying devices (but it'll take weeks to finish -- if you rush her it'll blow up on you.). She is...decent at using water as energy, but if she overdoes it it'll exhaust her. 

Weaknesses: 
She is as fragile as a human. If she doesn't get air or some kind of water for too long, she'll obviously pass out. Then she'll die shortly after. 
The more advanced what you want from her gets, the longer it'll take. She has to have some kind of warning before having to build an airship, and she'll have to have good help. An assistant, at least.
Although she's good with computers, she's not good for making them. She can make them unusable if she even tries to use her reverse engineering on it. Good luck having her do any of that.
She's not very fast. She can swim, but not fast at all due to her backpack. If she has to get away quick, well...chances are she'd be dead before it ever came to that.
Power isn't her thing. Coming up with plans and being the brains is what she's good at, so never trust Nitori with being some kind of powerhouse. She's one of the weaker people out there, but by no means is she useless.
