My Shinigami character would work for a supernatural special forces or something (Assuming S.T.R.I.K.E has anything like that). If that is ok and is fleshed out, I will then begin work on my character in detail.

I finally came up for an idea for a character, but it would involve adding an organization. The organization would basically be a celestial bureaucracy of Shinigami of which my character would be part of (Think Men in Black). Let me know if this idea is good or bad.
