@Omega Man Should I clarify what equipment he uses, such as a sword, bullet proof vest, etc?
@Omega Man Let me know what you think.
@Omega Man I wasn't sure what archetype to categorize him. His powers are mostly based on getting up close and getting out of dodge quickly, prioritizing speed and precision over strength.

Name: Leon Leopold Rosenveldt

Alias: The Crimson Shade, The Rose Killer

Age: 24

Powers: The Crimson Shade has phenomenal reflexes and super agility, capable of dodging bullets with ease. He has a perfect sense of balance, able to dance with ease even on the thinnest of tightropes, run up walls, and jump and land with catlike grace. He has slightly enhanced regeneration and immune system on account of his inhuman metabolism, and can move without making a single sound and without disturbing the space around him, like a ninja. As well as being a master acrobat, he is super flexible, able to twist and contort his body beyond what most can normally achieve, allowing him to hide and fit into otherwise inaccessible crooks and crevices. He can also run faster than normal humans, capable of sprinting as fast as a cheetah.

Weaknesses: Aside from his slightly enhanced regeneration, it isn’t miraculous, rendering him a fragile speedster. Like a cheetah, he may take off with amazing speed, but he does not have the endurance to keep it up for long, and his heights of speed can drain his stamina quickly, making him ineffectual in a prolonged engagement. Crimson Shade may dance around bullets, but even he has a hard time dodging attacks he can’t see.

Equipment: Crimson Shade spares no expense when it comes to his armaments, arming himself with the best weapons that money could buy. Knives and daggers are Crimson Shade's preferred method of death dealing, as it allows him to savor the emotions and pains of his victims. He carries wrist-mounted switchblades (think Assassin's Creed), hollow compartments in his boots for storing more knives, and several other daggers sheathed and hidden under his sleeves, strapped to his chest, around his waist, and attached to his legs, so that he never lacks an instrument of murder. He carrys three swords on his back, two for dual wielding and precision, and a larger lazer sharpened sword named Charlotte for more armor penetration and heavier blows. He also has a skull-painted gas mask, two hand crossbows, a bow and arrow quiver, and a ballistic knife with a blade that can be shot from the hilt. He wears a bullet vest for small arms fire. Finally he has a small wooden case in his coat for carrying his signature roses.

Alignment: Villain

Personality: Narcissistic, Hedonistic, Sadistic, Bloodthirsty, Flamboyant

Appearance:
Civilian: Leon is on the shorter side, standing at 5’4, with bright green eyes, fair blonde hair neatly trimmed into a bob cut, and a smooth handsome face. His build is very slender, curvy and feminine, many of his mannerisms also reflecting his femininity. He wears black lipstick and often wears a form-fitting leotard, sometimes under other layers of fashionable and ostentatious clothing. Leon wears powerful perfumes, lotions, and scented oils.

Costume:

Short Bio: Leon Leopold Rosenveldt was inexplicably born with his powers. Rather than use his powers for heroism, he used them to become a star. He took up the acrobatic and performing arts, performing death defying stunts and wowing the crowd with his dexterity and charisma. Leon loved being placed center stage, soaking in the limelight and showering in the praise of his adoring audience. He seemed to have it all, looks, style, wealth, and fame. For somebody else, they might have found contentment with such an abundance of blessings, but not Leon. Though he was thrilled with all the attention and adrenaline that came with being an athletic showman, he felt in his heart a yearning for passions and excitements beyond even what the stage could offer, an inner pride for which even the roaring cheers could not satiate.

Everything had to be more, more extreme, more audacious, more dangerous. One night, after indulging in a night of heavy drinking, Leon started stumbling back towards his trailer, but in his stupor he didn’t realize he stumbled into a dark alley. It was there where a mugger threatened him with a knife, and though Leon even in his drunken state could have dispatched the assailant with ease, he was so enraged that such a filthy degenerate man would dare challenge HIM that he took the thief’s knife and stabbed him over and over again until he drowned in a pool of his own blood. It was in that moment, when Leon saw what he did to him that he realized….. it felt good… REALLY good! It was an ecstasy and exhilaration he never felt before in his life, and he reveled in the slaughter that he committed. A darkness sprouted forth from his soul, like a flower blooming from the depths of hell.

From then on there Leon embraced the life of a cold-blooded killer, becoming an Assassin for hire under the alias of the Crimson Shade. He is also infamously known as the Rose Killer, after his habit of leaving his calling card, a red rose, on the bodies of his victims. While the Crimson Shade would accept payments, it was merely an excuse to indulge in his true passions of blood-lust and killing with a smile on his face.

Potential Storylines:

Kingslayer; Crimson Shade is hired by a criminal organization to assist in the assassination of a high ranking member of the Mountain city counsel.

Pleasure Seeker; Crimson Shade is always looking for his next high of experience, rather it be strong emotions, straddling the line between life and death, engaging in extreme acts of violence, or tearing apart a person mind body and soul. He is willing to team up with anyone who is willing to help him to obtain greater highs of sensations, rather it be through experimental superdrugs, mystical visions triggered by dark rituals, or nurturing his dreams of turning murder into a work of high art.

Worthy Opponent; Crimson Shade wants to fight an equal in glorious combat. He cares not even if he loses his life in the duel, so long as it goes down as a legendary battle for the ages.

Notes: The Crimson Shade may be a bloodthirsty psychopath, but even he has standards, such as refusing to kill children. He will never betray his employer, unless he suspects foul play.

The Rose Killer prefers using bows and arrows, swords, daggers, and other blades as opposed to guns, which he considers loud and inelegant.

Conflicts of Interests; The Crimson Shade is not too picky with whom he takes jobs from, be they heroes or villains. He doesn’t care who he fights along with, so long as he engages in the thrill of violence and bloodshed.

@Omega Man Cool! Thanks! :) I'm not quite sure what archetype to categorize him, but I know what powers to give him. Should I post his sheet here or wait to post him in the new forum?
@Omega Man I just discovered this thread mere moments before. I like the premise and I am interested in joining. It looks though that you are about to begin the game and have assembled all the players. Is it too late for me to join? I have a villian concept in mind, but if you already content with the cast you have accrued, I will leave you be.
@Thinslayer Is the text easier on the eyes?
When Liliana first heard Lord Winter describe something known as Westhaven Tower near the Necropolis of Stone, she was somewhat perplexed. She had lived nearly her whole life in those dark halls but had heard no mention of such a place, not even by her highest superiors. Considering this place was of such import as to be painstakingly recorded on the Lord herself's map, how could no one have even so much as heard a whisper of something as large as a tower? Maybe it was hidden by the spirits, possibly under the Lady's control. Then again, she IS immortal, and one of the most powerful and divine beings to gracefully walk this earth, finding it would have been child's play for her. Still, this would be a good question to ask of the queen later.

Liliana did not care much for a lack of weapons or armor, she preferred guile and deception to kill her enemies anyway. She knew that there would be a great trial by fire to uncover the secrets of Necromancy and magic as a whole, and was prepared to do whatever it takes. The trial was an apt metaphor, as she had just narrowly survived walking through the blacksmith's kiln that was that Gods forsaken desert. Her pale skin offered little protection from the sun's scorching rays, it was a wonder how she doesn't look a charred corpse from a stake burning. Just one of the drawbacks that comes with playing with genetics.

When Leliana heard Goro speak regarding magic, he reminded her what she came here for. "Your grace, Goro makes a good point. I myself am very eager to learn the language of the gods. Forgive my prodding, but I truly wish to learn the art of Necromancy, not some back alley parlor tricks. The power to create with one hand and destroy with the other, that is what I desire. I will do anything to prove myself worthy, and considering Goro and Nkosi have traveled from far and wide as well, I feel it only fitting they receive the honor of learning it as well."

@Thinslayer Ok, that sounds good.
@Thinslayer May I make use of some minor magic in my next post? I like the idea of Liliana showing Goro that magic is an instrument of will, plus i think it would make sense for her to have at least a modicum of understanding of the basics.
