Firstly, welcome to the Guild 2.0! xD

On one hand, I like that you actually have questions but on the other hand, I think you might be psyching yourself out a little.

1.) User's Guide to the Guild should help with clearing up a bit.

2.) Each role play is different; some GM's decide the post-speed and some just let it go freely.

3.) Either way, it doesn't matter. I would personally recommend starting with a clean-slate RP that hasn't already begun, but it is truly up to you.

4.) I was around 11 when I started roleplaying (god, don't ask - my mom didn't monitor our computer time) and I can't remember much of it, started in Yahoo! Chat. All I can say is...start small. Don't push yourself into doing huge posts with a bunch of filler crap if you're new to roleplaying. You can work your way up like most of us did.

5.) Roleplaying is serious business, buster xD.

Trailer was eh, but I enjoyed the other movies so I'll give it a shot when it comes out on DVD.

What kills RPs? (A Discussion)

I usually only take part in 1x1's simply because I hate having to wait for five other people to post.

However, with that being said, in the past RPs I have done that were group games, they were in the advanced section. If the GM disappears and there is no Co-GM, then it dies unless everyone is in agreement to continue it on their own. Even then, there has to be a captain, and the person who takes over may not take it in the correct direction. Speed posting, leaving other characters/roleplayers out, fights breaking out between writers, different people having different styles of writing that don't work well together, and just a general loss of interest by all parties.

Breakup blues remedies anyone? :(

My "ex boyfriend" and I still talk regularly, and he seems to think it is okay to tell me he loves me and to act like he wants me back and then change his mind within the next couple hours or the next day. He sounds exactly like you in the aspect that he was super busy with classes/work ALL the time and apparently that is why we broke up in the first place.

So, my advice to you would be to back off and give the both of you space to let each other go. Keeping contact only keeps the flame burning, in my opinion. But I'm a bit of a hyprocrit because I tell myself the same damn thing and here I am, still talking to the dork. Love is too complicated!

I cut my hair a couple years ago about to my ears and it just did not look good. I try to stick with long hair, haha.
