Current I'm on the 10th day of looking for an RP where I can drop my new superhero OC idea. Hate dry spells.

When RPGuild goes down for a few minutes and you are thinking "Is this the end?" and you cling on to hope it will come back up.

Do people hold a neverending grudge against you if you take the last cookie?

Finished the CS, I hope it's good and you don't mind me having involved Snipe in the backstory.

@Turboshitter If you need help finding a quirk just PM me and we can try to come up with something heroic together.
Andrew walked out of his school building. He was nervous, even more so than normal. He knew the tournament was coming closer and he didn't know if he was up for it. There were going to be a lot of high skilled duelists there from around the globe. He was just a small, scared kid. What could he do there? As far as he knew, he was just their warm-up, and a bad one as well. They somehow got his eye on him, probably because of his recent successes. However, he was convinced he would fail there.

He almost jumped when he heard the sound of his phone. Hastily he grabbed the phone out of his pocket, almost dropping it on the ground, and opening his inbox. It was a message from the tournament. They would pick him up and bring him to a boat so he could go to the tournament. And not a moment sooner, a black car showed up right in front of him. A man stepped out with a business suit and shades on. "Are you Andrew Shade?" He bluntly asked. Andrew answered stuttering "Y-y-yes?" The man kept staring at him from behind his shades. "I am here to bring you to the boat for the tournament. Are you ready?" Andrew looked towards his feet. "I-I d-on't know..." The man raised an eyebrow above his shades. "You don't know? If you aren't sure about going to the tournament in the first place, how do you expect to win?"

He was right. There was no way Andrew could win. At least, so he thought. He clenched his fists next to his body, shaking. If I go, I will get laughed at for being so bad at it. I'm a failure... Suddenly, the voice was there again. You are no failure. You just don't know how to use your strength yet. If you give up now, that would mean you failed. Failed to see this strength. But if you go, I will be there to help you, and we will win this. Andrew stopped shaking. His stance changed from that of a scared little kid to that of a confident duelist. The driver looked at his watch. "Look kid, I don't have to time to wait for duelists who back out before it has even started..." "I'm not backing out." Andrew suddenly said in a deeper, with confidence filled voice. The driver got surprised by the sudden change of attitude. "I'm going to this tournament..." He said as he opened the door of the car. "... and I will win it."
the memequirements.

Those must be very low, knowing the internet.
Let's just hope there is no one with Horakhty then (in before Raddum makes that NPC especially for me).
@Archmage MC Problem with that is that it would become even MORE OP when I leave out that part, because that way monsters that need to be special summoned without the activation of a spell or trap like Elegant Egotist can't be summoned at all anymore. Now they at least can be summoned and use their ATK and stuff.

Negate the activation and effect of all Level 5 or higher monsters. Both players can Normal or Special Summon Level 5 or higher monsters, excluding Fusion and Synchro monsters, ignoring summoning conditions. Level 5 or higher monsters can not be Special Summoned via their own effect.

THAT is a very good one.
Yeah, I realise that my wording could be better now. Maybe something like "Negate the effects of all Level 5 or higher monsters, and the Summoning Conditions of all Level 5 or higher that aren't in the Extra Deck."? I don't want to negate the summoning conditions of the Extra Deck, otherwise Fusion, Synchro and Xyz monsters could get into the field too easily.
@Ammokkx Actually, since the person that Horakhty SPECIAL Summons wins, it will become useless. Also, in my idea I was including win conditions of Effect Monsters as Effects as well.
@NightmareInd Y'know, I kind of have a question about your Guardian.

What in the actual heck does 'Ignore the effect' mean? That's such a weird way to word things that I don't actually know what the card is supposed to do.

Basicly a combination of:

I think it means to say negated.

and:

it's a life-cut of pretty much all level 5 or higher monster effects.

However, I purposely didn't the use 'negated', as that would suggest an effect is activated. Even passive effects of some cards will not work, like 'this monster can not be normal summoned', meaning they now can be tribute summoned but without their original effect.

On the other hand, since English is not my native language, if you guys know a better way to describe it, feel free to tell me.
