I'm deciding whether or not my character would have had a prior affiliation with the Hunters at one point - probably not any longer, because she's not fond of the whole pack mentality - and how that might have affected her.
Currently cobbling together a character idea. I'm thinking something along the lines of a thieving werewolf con artist/hired gun who occasionally exhibits some sense of morality, which she hates. The first rule of surviving in conflict-ravaged gang turf is every man for himself, and she sometimes breaks said rule.

I'm assuming all the races listed in the original post are playable? If so, can you provide a bit more detail on the mechanics applied to this version of werewolves and vampires? (I.e. do all werewolves transform during the full moon, to what extent can they control their shifting (including what sort of form they assume), are they all actual wolves, etc.? Are all vampires vulnerable to the sun? Is exposure to holy water fatal? How does their brand of bloodlust work?)

I like the idea of the scroll-harvesting - I'm not sure how the setting's society feels about vampires as a whole, but I'm sure there are always going to be the sorts that despise them. Being able to temporarily "steal" their powers would serve as an addrd incentive.
