So I just made a third character, Honeykit. She's pretty close to apprentice age, so I figured it wouldn't be a problem, since she can literally just become an apprentice within the first 10 posts. She really wants Foxtail as a mentor. I don't see anyone trusting Foxtail with an apprentice. Can we have a few scenes where she pleads and pleads for Foxtail to become her mentor? Maybe the leader says no and when she's supposed to become an apprentice, in front of the entire clan she completely refuses to become an apprentice of whoever she's supposed to be an apprentice of as her entire family looks on in utter shame. I might want to follow her more than the other characters, even.

I'm exhausted from too much math and this is off the top of my head, but it sounds good in my head. What if humans somehow released a bunch of dogs in the area and a group is chosen to lead them away or something, as everyone who stays is confronted by a natural disaster while some of their best cats are off totally unaware of the issue?

So Wolvesrain is still iffy on joining. If I could make a suggestion: I suggest unless you have anyone joining for sure, we should just start the in-character stuff now and when other people join we add them. It worked for the fox roleplay (rain iron and I started without you since you haven't made your character yet). Gtg.
