Even companies like Netflix are against the removal of net neutrality. Why did it get voted out? Political bullshit. They know what would have happened if they put it to a public vote.

Two older guys are sitting in Starbucks next to me, loudly insulting their frugal friend for his small TV and the fact that he doesn't eat take out. People are stupid.

In some ways, she almost felt sorry for the nobles that lived in this manor. They thought they were safe here, surrounded by luxury and dozens of guards. But what use were those guards, when somebody could just waltz right in and take whatever they wanted. Twice in fact. This was the second time in a single week that Emara had snuck into the manor. The first time, they hadn't seen her and likely didn't even realize anything was missing. This time, she was hoping things would go just as well.

The biggest mistake that guards ever made was that they never looked up and that was what Emara was taking advantage of. She was crouched in the rafters of the dining hall, body pressed against a wall as she allowed the shadows to hide her presence. As usual, the hood of her coat was up. Even if she was seen, her face would remain hidden. Between she skills and the hood, she had been thieving for years and had yet to get caught.

That didn't mean she didn't come across setbacks. Like this one she was experiencing now. When she had last been here, Emara hadn't had this problem, but today the dining hall was being used. From the sounds of conversation it was a guest of the manor's lord. He was putting on a big, fancy show to impress the pretty noble woman. She had seen it all before. If she wasn't trying to stay hidden, she would have gagged. But instead, she simply made a disgusted face. The was only a minor setback, she would simply have to wait until they left the room to continue on with her thievery.
Character's done! I hope you guys like him.

Guess I'll put in for Spirit then.
Name: Emara

Gender: Female

Age/Birthdate: 19 (June 9, 462)

Appearance:

Emara is a petite girl, standing at only 5' 3" and weighing barely 100lbs. She has short silver hair, dusky blue eyes, and a fair complexion. She can usually be seen wearing the outfit in the picture, more often than not with the hood up.

Background/Personality Blurb: Emara is the daughter of Brax. Her mother passed away shortly after she was born, and the man did his best to raise her by himself. They were poor, extremely poor, sometimes going days without a good meal. That's when Brax turned to banditry in an attempt to feed his daughter. Because of that Emara saw things growing up that nobody that young should have to see. So she's more okay with death and violence than most people. Though it scares her that she no longer feels anything when she has to take a life. She's loyal, but will not hesitate to question authority if she is against something that they do. Which is why she left her father in the first place, because something changed in him and he would no longer listen to reason. It crushed her to do so, but it was something that had to be done.

Class: Thief
Sweet! What elements are you in need of?
Is there room for one more? This sounds incredibly fun.
Brax was speechless. Not only would these cowards not kill him, but the girl actually healed him. All the aches and pains from this battle just completely melted away. Then the girl started giving him life advice. Like she had any right to talk to him like that. She had no idea what he had been through. What he had done. Brax smacked the girl's hand away, not as harshly as he could have, but not exactly gently either. "You cowards won't survive long in this world if you aren't willing to kill one man." He said in an almost fatherly scolding tone.

Brax rose to his feet, turned around, and started walking away. He didn't bother to grab his axe again. With or without it, he'd be dead soon anyway. Those cowards who had left him would be after him soon, one of them taking the title of Bandit King. He paused though after only moving forward a small amount. "One last thing. If you meet a girl with silver hair... Please, spare her like you did me." With that, the man turned around again, and this time didn't look back.
@The Mad Hatter Take your time, I'm in no rush. Life always comes first, especially the fun parts of life.
@The Mad Hatter Okay, you want me to post before you and get Natsu out of the brothel? Or just wait until after you post next? Either way is fine with me.
