"Kill her." Connor's said with no hesitation. "Letting her live knowing where our base is is too dangerous. Putting her in a prison cell might also give her a chance to escape. I have no doubt that she would turn on us the moment she could if we allowed her into our group. Killing her would be the best option. Both for us, and everyone else in the city." He grimaced. Surprisingly, killing was becoming a lot easier for him. Before, he recoiled at the sight of blood. Now, he could kill over 10, maybe more things a day and not even think about it the night after.

Usually, that type of thing would be.. frowned upon, in most societies. Probably a sign of being psychotic. It was coming to him more naturally now more than ever. "The only thing I have to ask of you is that I can do it." He said staring hard at the wolf. One of many reminders that he was mortal. He briefly wondered who the wolf was before the apocalypse. Maybe she had a family. Maybe she had kids. But he quickly swept that thought under his mind and tried to make himself think of nothing more than one of the animals he crushed underfoot.

Connor tightened his grip on the tree. He wondered what the most painful death for her could be? Maybe a hard stomp could do it. But that was too quick. Something with the tree, maybe. Impaling her with it? That was a possibility. He quickly shook his mind out of it. It was getting a bit too easy for him to think of death, and killing, and murdering. He had to remember that he only had one goal, and then he could be done with this whole damn thing and not worry about anything anymore. No more talking about secret groups planning to bring back humanity, or fighting giants, or murdering dragons.

"Maybe we should take a vote on what we do." Connor said, looking around. "We can vote to either trap her in a prison cell, and make sure that she stays in, or we try to get her to join our "interesting little ragtag group," or should we just kill her? My vote goes to execution." Connor raised one hand up to his head, groping it. Ugh. He felt like a headache was beginning to come on. A bad one, too. Hopefully he could sleep it off once this wolf business was over and she was dead.
"Mmph?" Hex's eyes slowly opened, hearing the sound of battling. Her vision felt blurry, and the sounds and commotion around her seemed to be far away. Her vision splintered and blurred, focusing on some very minimal parts. A flash of bright, yellow fur. A hard, grey surface. A white, almost translucent chunk of slime. She blinked her eyes a couple more times, each time getting clearer and clearer, until eventually the full force of the battle dawned on her. She let out a hazy, bitter-tasting breath.

A Kadabra was battling Anthony, Josh, Matt, and Daniel. For some reason, a Pichu also seemed to be in the battle, despite not contributing and mostly trying to hide behind someone. She slowly raised herself, leaning the blunt of her weight against the engraved stone wall. Her satchel felt heavy and she still felt drowsy from the sudden awakening, but she supposed she might as well help. Hex began beating her wings, slowly gaining in speed and strength, until a strong began forming under them. Her gusts had certainly become stronger since she had begun.

Hex let loose the gust upon the Kadabra, releasing it with it's full force. The Kadabra was visibly pushed backward, but no tripping over itself, which she was hoping for. She began another wave, feeling the wind compressing and tightening to form a good gust. She doubted that they would lose, and she even more highly doubted that the Kadabra would survive, with Daniel as an ally. He could probably take on the Kadabra alone, even with general ease.

Hex released a short series of small, strong gusts. She found that she was beginning to actually get control of her moves now, far more than the simple fanning that she did before.
"I will break her." Connor growled, placing an arm against the cave wall. He raised himself, and he could actually feel the cave ground shaking under him as he stomped around, trying to get up. He walked up to the wolf, stomping each step as to give himself an imposing figure. He knew how to deal with people who he couldn't get to talk. Something about the wolf just made him want to rip her to strands. It was something about the way she talked, and the way she acted, and the way she moved just made him want to rip her apart.

The wolf lady really bothered Connor in that she reminded him that he wasn't completely invincible. He felt that he was damaged physically and psychologically. Everything that he had came across before, could easily be dealt with by punting them away, or smacking them out of the air, or for the bigger ones, wrestling with them until you manage to come out on top. All of these fights were either completely in favor of him or about a 50/50 chance. This time, he felt like he could die.

Connor slowly lumbered over to one of the larger trees, and wrapped two fists around it. Connor's back and arms strained as he felt himself trying to rip the unmoving tree out of the ground. His lungs seemed to burn from the fight's fatigue. Finally, with a great heave, he managed to pull out some of the tree. A large, uneven, jagged stump still stood, with the rest of the tree free in Connor's grasp. It was more or less a show of intimidation for the wolf than for actually hitting the wolf with it.

Connor stared down at the wolf, tree in hand like a hiker's stick. He bended down low, onto his knees, but that still made him tower feet above the wolf. "I'm not going to lie to you." Connor said, staring it down. "I doubt any of these people will kill you. They will need you for your information, and they will probably let you go. They're kind, not at all insane like you." He glanced back at his allies. "But I'm going to skip over all that "kindness" bullshit and straight up tell you that I don't care if you're dead or not. I will kill you if you even try to squirm. So you better tell us what we need to know or I will make sure your death is long, and drawn out."
"Is this the top?" Hex asked, as they reached the end to the cave. As she emerged, she felt a definite drop in temperature. It was slight, but it certainly dropped. She felt the air becoming thinner, but that didn't stop the winds. The airspace felt completely messed up, with some winds blowing in one direction, and other winds blowing in another direction. She found that she actually had a difficult time preventing herself from completely being blown off of the mountain.

Hex sighed, hearing they had no supplies. "We're going to sleep on the ground, aren't we?" She asked, sighing. "Yup, we're going to sleep on the ground." She wasn't surprised. Being explorers, they'd have to do this at least once or twice. But, still. She had never slept on the ground before. Much less on on top of a mountain. Everyone looked a little pissed off, probably from trekking up a mountain for a whole day, and having to fight off a bunch of wild pokemon.

Hex felt another strong gust, and almost fell to the ground. It was probably from the fact that she was one of the lightest teammates, and, maybe one of the weakest, because she had a difficult time actually flying over the wall. Once she had reached the engraved monolith, she had to nestle into it in order to prevent herself from rolling off. She threw the satchel onto the ground, to use as a makeshift blanket, and curled up under it, feeling the wind blowing. It didn't seem to bother anyone else, but it was starting to get annoying for her.
"Hrmph." Connor grunted, staring as Tony threw the wolf into a chair. It didn't deserve a chair. He wished they could've just kept it rocked into the ground. That seemed more fitting for the beast. "Coulda just kept her on the ground, you know. Would've been easier that way." He muttered to himself, staring at the wolf with complete and utter distaste. He tried to keep himself awake for when Tony began pressing the wolf with questions. That would be fun to watch.

Connor's head turned to watch the small creature pad into the cave, and begin curling up into an opposing corner. That little thing was still a mystery to him. He had no idea what it was doing here, or what it even was. Seemed to have some sort of hero complex, maybe. Thought it always needed to do the right thing, or whatever it thought was the right thing. Also apparently enjoyed giving rants to the enemy about how they were so wrong.

Connor turned back to the wolf lady, still cradled by a stone corner near the entrance. Of course, he didn't care for her. At all. In fact, he'd preferred that they'd instead have caved her head in instead of keeping her to try to question her. But maybe her goal wasn't all that bad. Turning everyone back into humans. Of course, some people would suffer minor inconveniences, like the lack of flying. But at least then everyone would be equal again. No more giant behemoths ready to stomp on you every day.

He sighed, feeling his eyes becoming heavier. He tried hard to keep them open to watch the show, however. Maybe the wolf would begin blubbering up like a little baby. Maybe it wouldn't say anything at all, and then Tony would be forced thrash her head in with a rock. Whatever it was, it would be worth staying awake for it because he felt a special little hatred in his heart for that wolf. The smallest thing to actually take him down since the night of the mutation. The first thing that he couldn't just stomp and continue on.
The Dratini fainted before her, easily crumpling under the flurry of harsh gusts and winds. She turned to the last Dratini, only to see it slithering away from them, trying to escape the fate of his companion. However, another hard, quick blow from an invisible ally brought it to the ground with ease. Nearby, she heard a plop, and the second Dratini was flung upon the ground, hitting it hard. She could hear it squeal as it faded into unconsciousness.

She heard a flutter of wings, and watched as a Murkrow slowly revealed himself from the shadows. He let on that his name was Daniel, and he was trying to escape the caves too. He seemed pretty powerful, enough to take on the wild pokemon here, at least. Almost immediately after, a sweet, pink breeze began to swirl around Terra, picking up any of the cave debris. It flowed through the air with ease, and right before she released it, Blaze stopped her, thankfully not knocking Daniel out.

"Thanks for the help back there." She said to Daniel, glancing at the Murkrow. She still felt a bit of unease around him, but she always found a way find unease with dark types. After the little scuffle with the wild pokemon, Josh decided it was time to continue forward and through the cave so that they could finally finish the dungeon. She blinked her eyes, feeling the adrenaline from the not-quite-exciting fight beginning to wear off. They had been going at it for 3 days. 3 days?

To think, that the team had so far only gone through a couple of missions so far. It seemed like they had spent months together as a team, but apparently it had only been maybe a short week, maybe less. She had been away from the hive for at least week. That was probably the longest she had ever been away from it all. Surprisingly, the only incident that had happened so far with the Beedrill was the captain and his assistant harassing Archie and Arnold, but that had only been once. What else could they do?
The pokemon neither responded to Hex's nor Josh's call, seemingly preferring to stay in the shadows. She wasn't surprised. The cave pokemon seemed to have relative distaste toward the torch light, so it might've been sensitive to it. Or it just preferred to stay unseen. Nearby, the two Dratini decided to launch two twisters at her. Two spiraling gusts of wind were blasted out at her, and she felt herself becoming disoriented. Hex shot a gust out, trying to redirect the twisters.

One of the twisters was interrupted, and Hex redirected it into a cave wall, forcing the winds to a halt. The other twister, however, spun her right round, disorienting her. It took her a moment to get back to her senses, only to see one of the Dratini wincing as an orange beak momentarily came in to attack it, before disappearing once again in the darkness. Meanwhile, Anthony was having a battle with a Goomy. It wasn't much of a good battle. It was pretty once sided, as Anthony damaged it with ease.

Whoever the pokemon hiding in the shadows was, it was being helpful, which was pretty good. The other Dratini, that hadn't been pecked, was covered in Josh's acid. The liquid hit it's skin with a long hissing sound, and the Dratini squirmed under the heavy goop. From the Pursuit, and the beak, she presumed it was a Murkrow, probably. There wasn't much else in the cave that might've had both dark type and a beak. Matt set up another flat, glass wall of light, that seemed to reflecting off of the torch light.

The mystery pokemon seemed to already be doing more than Terra, having already damaged two of their attackers. At least Terra seemed to be completely invincible from the dragons, so she didn't have to do much beside sit down and watch like a spectator at a Gladiator's arena. Hex gusted one of the Dratini into a cave wall, trying to keep it pinned there with a wall of constant, strong winds. The Dratini attempted to slither away a couple of times, but she was just smack it back into the wall. Her gusts seemed to have gotten stronger since she had begun.
Fwoomph. A small ember flickered, shining surprisingly brightly in the once pitch-black cave. The torch emitted a low hissing noise, as the fire ate away at the wood. The light revealed the attackers, who almost seemed to flinch at the sudden brightness. A Goomy, Noibat, and two Dratini surrounded them, just within the reach of the flickering flames. The skin of these pokemon seemed to be pale and translucent.. the Goomy more so than regularly.

The attempted to attack, but the rest of the team seemed to shrug off them off with ease. Matt was leeched, but he quickly set up a barrier of transparent, glowing glass. The Dratini launched a twister at Matt, but it mostly seemed to just kind of swirl the water around in the bucket like a toilet, so he sprayed acid at it. The Goomy attacked Anthiny, onyx to just kind of bounce off of him. They seemed slightly off of their game, due to the sudden introduction of light.

Hex gusted aside one of the Dratini, a bit tempted to try out her new bite attack, but decided that she would just go for the easy route. Terra, on the other hand, was simply standing there, until the wild pokemon seemed to notice her, and began to flee. The Goomy kind tried to slowly slither away with the Dratini, but they were disorganized and hurrying. The Noibat attempted to fly away, before a glowing purple jab knocked it out of the sky.

The Noibat hit the ground hard, landing on the rock in a frail heap. The pursuit had completely knocked it out, causing it to veer off course and into the wall. "We won't hurt you." She said, trying to add onto Josh's question. Chances were, though, that the pokemon hiding in the shadows could probably take them all on with ease. It so easily slapped a Noibat out of consciousness, it could probably just do the exact same to them without a care in the world.

"Ergh.." Connor groaned, feeling various cracks melding together. It was a plea sign feeling. "Thanks for the fix-up, Tony." He gingerly felt the cracked area, rubbing over the now smooth stone. "Ah.." Connor stared at the unconscious body of the wolf, as the smaller creature began encasing it in earth. He grimaced. "After you're done interrogating that thing, I'd appreciate it if you could slit it's throat." He said, his voice dripping with pure hatred. "Thanks."

"As long as none of them are like this wolf, or about my size, I could crush 'em." He said, in response to Ralph. Connor gave a massive yawn. He raised his hulking arms over his head, stretching, and slowly began to lumber back into the cave. These people are going to get me killed, He thought, scratching his back. It was the same place that the plated bronze golem had smashed in. I could ditch them. Then again, that Ralph's pretty handy..

Connor began to curl up by the entrance to the cave, tucking his head and limbs in. He kept himself tightly held together, just in case that wolf thing happened to sneak in and cut him in half with it's water whips. He shivered, which was also a first. The mutation had clearly done something to his mind, not just his body. Before, he had no qualms about water at all. Swimming in the ocean. Showering. Even just being by a large pool of water. But now, he found himself terrified of the stuff.

Connor sighed, his mind beginning to fade again. In the end, he found himself actually having trouble sleeping. The wolf had spooked him so bad that his mind was just putty now. Connor sighed, and raised his head, looking out of the cave. Maybe he could stay awake for just a little while longer. Maybe watching that wolf silently suffer, bound by rock, would help him sleep. He simply sat, and stared at the wolf. "Ugh.." He said in disgust.
