Almost always wears her mask and tattered green cloak, regardless of whatever outfit she's wearing underneath. Dulga only takes off her mask to eat and her cloak when she takes a bath.

Costume:

Not really caring about looks Dulga wears practical body armor as her hero costume. Her arms are tough enough not to need armor since they're busy with the heavy lifting.

Name: Dulga Tatara
Gender: Girl
Age: 16
Height: 6’8
Weight: 198lbs

Personality:
Dulga is stoic and reserved, befitting a quiet hunter. Not only does her mask hide most of her expressions but she rarely shows much of a physical reaction to anything and often had to verbalized her feelings. Dulga’s lack of emotion also makes it hard for her to sympathize with others, which can make her seem apathetic or even aggressive. Dulga seems to only put up this attitude around others however, and when she's alone she's much more prone to speaking quietly to herself and expressing her feelings through action.

Dulga has a strange instinct when she's around a threat, as her body becomes tense and she becomes even more stony and silent. Her focus becomes taking out the threat, even if she should do something like save bystanders or helping her allies. She doesn't mean to ignore them, it's just that she gets so focused on the biggest threat she often gets tunnel vision and ignores the people who are being threatened.

Background:
Dulga was born far from civilization, between another six-armed man and a huntress. That man was her father, and the huntress was Dulga’s mother.
Dulga’s father was a skilled smith who once made all sorts of weapons and armor for heroes, until one day a villain stole his weapons and caused great destruction. Afterwards Dulga’s father became a hermit in the mountains. Dulga’s mother was a quirkless bounty hunter using nothing but gunplay and traps to defeat her bounties. Her parents met one day on the mountain and fell in love with each other, and this Dulga was born.

Dulha was often raised by her mother
who taught Dulga all she knew about hunting and shooting. Even as Dulga’s quirk started to manifest, she still focused on her mother’s teachings and simply used her quirks to improve her sharpshooting. Dulga’s father taught Dulga how to use her quirk, which was exactly like his own. He taught her how to properly manage her strength, how to get accustomed to using her arms, and how to hide them.

Everything changed one day when her home was attacked by villains. Someone learned who Dulga’s father was and thy intended to kidnap him and force him to make weapons for them. Dulga and her mother just came back from hunting when they found the villains attacking Dulga’s father. Her mother sprung into action and fought back while making Dulga hide. Dulga then witnessed the full strength of her father, who was able to shatter boulders and rip holes into the earth with his mighty fists. But before the battle was won, the villains had one last evil plot: if they couldn't take Dulga’s father, they were going to kill him and his family with a wildfire. They set the forest ablaze while Dulga was still hiding inside. Dulga was caught in the inferno before her family drove the villains away from their homes.

And while Dulga survived, with severe burns over the left side of her face and most of her back, her mother died trying to save her daughter. Shocked and grieving, Dulga and her father moved back to the city and sought safety with a hero organization. Dulga was put into a regular middle school, but after what had happened she was very bashful. It didn't help that many people were scared of how Dulga looked, from her extreme height, her burns, and her arms.

Near the end of middle school Dulga received a message from one of Her mother’s friend. It was a will in the enemy she'd die. In it, Dulga and her father received the wealth and weaponry left behind by Dulga’s mother, as well as her personal belongings. In it Dulga discovered her mother’s diary and made and surprising discovery: Dulga’s mother graduated from a superhero school. Much of her mother’s personality and character was said to have been shaped at this school, and despite having no quirk Dulga’s mother was able to keep up with her fellow students and become the woman she was today. It was then that Dulga decided to follow her mother’s footsteps and become a hero just like her mother was, at the same school her mother went: Komei Academy.

Quirk:
Six Arms - Dulga has six arms total, two normal arms and four extra arms that grow out from her back. Despite how thin and damaged they look, each of her arms, even Dulga’s normal arms, are strong enough to lift three times Dulga’s own body weight with ease. She pratically has super strength. When she uses all her arms in sync they’re even stronger. The four extra arms on Dulga’s back are capable of healing and even regenerating but not Dulga’s regular two arms.

Talents:
Dulga is an avid and experienced hunter, just like her mother. Not only does she have a sharp eye to spot small, hidden prey, she’s incredibly patient and focused. When it comes to gunplay she quick and precise, and could even snipe the wings off a bird with one bullet if she’s gotten just a minute to lead her target. Dulga is also surprisingly sneaky thanks to her time as a hunter, despite her size and appearance.

Dulga is a surprisingly good dancer. She likes music and her entire family often danced to the radio and to her mother’s various foreign music. While her dad doesn’t dance anymore Dulga can often be found dancing by herself while listening to whatever music she has on hand. Very good rhythm and physically fit.

Other:
Dulga’s mask and cloak are mementos from her mother back when she was a bounty hunter. Dulga also uses the cloak to hide her arms, as a towel, and as a blanket.

Dulga and her father don’t talk with each other much anymore. While they still love each other the death of Dulga’s mother had caused them to drift apart to focus on their own lives. Her father has started to make weapons for Heroes again, however only those within the company he works for.

Dulga’s room is actually rather girly, with a lot of pretty and comfortable furniture and decorations based off various heroes. Her favorite hero is Ryukyu, and Dulga even has a large plush doll of Ryukyu’s dragon form on her bed. Dulga also has a laptop and a small bench where she could work on guns, even though she doesn't have any at her dorm. There are a lot of magazines on heroes and guns on her shelf.

She has a secret reputation as “6AD”, the mysterious dancer wearing a long coat and mask at various Arcades who always wins the top three scores in any DDR or dancing game.

Though she was told and promised not to get involved, Dulga is investigating the people who attacked her home and killed her mother. She doesn’t have a lot of information due to being hidden during most of the fight, but she knew that the main villain had pure white hair and his body was covered in scars.

Dulga has a large cache of guns left behind by her mother. While they're all at her father's house, Dulga can easily go get them if she needs them for a mission or hunt. Dulga dislikes trying to use "nonlethal" guns because they don't feel the same as the ones Dulga grew up using, though she understands that with real guns she's liable to kill people, so she is trying to find a compromise.
I'm sorry for my absence. I don't have an excuse; I was just so busy with life that I had completely forgotten I was in this RP. I hope you can forgive me, and if not, I understand.
Hello Ryo. Maybe Parum could help with some funeral rites? Kyra would herself but she had her hands full, perhaps she could meet Father Falconmoon.
Oh that's fine. I'll just change it to making it seem like Kyra thinks the Mill got burned down. She's pretty tired right now so not all the facts are in her head.

Thank you for your patience again, @Hekazu. I know I haven't been doing a good job as a player to maintain my attendance and I'm grateful that you and everyone else here have been very considerate of me.
Kyra stayed in the keep to deal with the last of the wounded and injured. There were still many soldiers who needed aid and villagers who got hurt. Fortunately with the threat of the cultist gone, they were able to get what was left of their medicine and supplies from their homes. But there wasn't really much left at all. Those people stole everything work more than a silver, and practically destroyed everything else. Kyra was certain that the village's Mill was gone. No doubt many homes were burnt to the ground. Gardens trampled, fields stripped of their harvests. Animals slaughtered. This attack would put the village back at least four seasons from Kyra's guess. But it was worse than that. Fields can be regrown, homes rebuilt, and new animals can be raised. But the scars they bare today, both mental and physical, will take much longer to undo.

Kyra was eventually allowed some time out of the infirmary to take a break. She had been working nonstop since she returned from the keep and it showed. Her eyes looked exhausted, her hands were soaked with blood and pruning, and her clothes were stained and smelly. Kyra knew there was more work to do but she accepted the rest for now. Her mind was too occupied to really argue. She walked out of the infirmary and just wandered around the keep aimlessly, almost zombie like. Everyone was hard at work moving things around or going back home, trying to set up a meager defense in the event the cultist come back. But what could they do even if they did? Greenest lost many of their protectors already. They couldn't muster defenses fast enough to fortify the village. It only made Kyra frustrated even more.

Eventually Kyra found herself back at the infirmary, but this time in the private wards. Specifically Brannor's. Kyra had stopped by before, but only to help the healers operate on Brannor. While magic could heal his wounds quickly, neither Kyra nor many of the other magically inclined had any energy left in them to cast more spells. They had to treat Brannor traditionally, settling his bones, batching up his wounds, and applying a lot of ointment to all the burns over his body. Kyra was going to leave again when she heard voices inside; was Brannor awake? Kyra knocked on the door before peeking insisde. "Brannor? Are you feeling well?" Kyra noticed he had guest, Torus and someone she didn't quite recognize. She knew he was one of the monks who were here at the Keep, though Kyra didn't know much about them. They certainly weren't part of Greenest's congregation.
I'm back everyone. Sorry for delaying a bit longer than I said I would've, life you know?

@Hekazu

Here is my CS for Kyra btw.

Name: Ymira Vineyard
Age: 22

She is well versed in Restoration and Alteration magic, however she has set her eyes on mastering all schools of magic and become strong enough to be an Archmage. When word of vampire attacks and the Dawnguard reached her ears in Winterhold, Ymira was interested in learning about the secret magics that the Dawnguard uses to fight against the vampire menace, and so she left Winterhold to seek out the Dawnguard.
Thank you. I know I've already been pretty spotty with attendance, so I'm thankful for whatever break I can get.

Also I'm debating if I should take another level in Cleric or multiclass into Ranger. I think it'd be very in-character for Kyra to want to take up arms against dragonkind now, though I don't want to staunch her potential as a cleric too early.

Also @Hekazu would it be possible for Kyra to obtain a longbow from her father? I don't know how you intend to handle loot so I didn't want to just assume I could have one, but I am hoping to upgrade Kyra's equipment just a bit. Maybe get her some studded leather too.
There's a post for Kyra. Now I'll go make her sheet in Mythweavers.
As quick as it started, the battle was over. Kyra remained stoic and strong even as she saw Brannor fall, and for Cyanwrath to kick him while he was down. Kyra was nearly tempted to shoot the dragon in the back, her hand on her bow. However as the others ran out to aid brannor, Kyra too remembered what her duty here was and went to assist them. While The three healers were more than enough to stabilize Brannor, Kyra still used a bit of her magic to ensure that Brannor would recover, as well as carry his equipment. She shot a spiteful glance back at Cyanwrath's army, making a silent vow.

"For my people, for my goddess, and for my friends here, I will deliver justice. This much I promise."

Picking up the broken gear Kyra ran back to the keep with the others. She stayed close to Longwater's family and tried her best to console them, the children especially. Kyra didn't even want to think what sort of horrors those monsters exposed these children too. The fact that the oldest sons was drenched in blood made Kyra's blood boil. Just what did they do in front of him? Did they kill a man before his eyes? Force him to wear this soiled tunic from an executed villager? Did they possibly even hurt him? Any of these theories fueled Kyra's rage as she seethed quietly to herself. She said nothing, not even when they entered the keep, and simply left all the equipment she had on the floor. Standing off to the side she clenched her fist and slammed it into the wall in anger.

"Dammit.... Dammit it all..."
