Becuase I am honestly so excited about this rp ;)
Sydney looked at Daniel who approached the van, and lowered her hand again. "Pleasure" She said and gave Daniel a nod. "I'm Syney. I've got some food, but it's not much. I've been alone for quite a while so I've only taken what I need." She added. She looked aroud. "Where's the rest of your groups? Inside?"
Sydney gave the other girl a nod. "Sure, sounds like the best thing to do right now" She said and closed the distance between herself and the other girl. "Nice to meet you" She said and held out her hand.
"Well, most houses are pretty empty" Sydney said as she made gesture towards the houses around her. "There's especially not much food left. This is all there is.." She added and picked up a can of food out of her bag. She placed one knee on the ground and sent the can rolling down the street, hopefully with enough force to reach the other girl. Then Sydney stood up again.

Roxy noticed the woman come out of one of the houses. But she didn't approach. While she though every person should band together for survival. Not everyone agreed. Roxy flashed one of her knives so that the other girl would know she was armed. Roxy yelled a greeting. "Hello."
The sun reflecting on the girl's weapon hit Sydney right in the eyes, making her take a step to the right. In a clear gesutre Sydney hung her rifle on her shoulder and raised her hands, so the other girl wouldn't see her as a threat. But if the other girl did something, Sydney wouldn't hesitate. Slowly Sydney started to approach the other girl, but stopped after a few meters. "My name is Sydney" She yelled back. "Who are you?"
Sydney looked through every cupboard in the little suburban house. She had found some cans but other than that there wasn't much food she could take with her. She was grateful for just the slightest food, though,
The sudden sound of someone yelling made Sydney freeze. That was definitely not a zombie. Could it really be survivors? She slowly closed the cupboard she was standing in front of and listened carefully. Yes, the voices definitely belonged to humans.
Sydney took her bag and rifle that she had dumped on the kitchen table and walked out to the hallway. She stood in front of the front door for a few seconds, wondering if she really should go outside. She had no idea who these people were or how many they were. But with her rifle in her hands, she carefully opened the door and looked outside. Down the street she spotted a van and a few survivors.
Sydney pushed the door open with her shoulder and stepped out on the porch, then she walked down the stairs and out onto the street where she stopped, her face facing the van and survivors down the street.

Bio: She never knew her real dad and has grown up with her step-dad who her mother married when Sydney was only 2 years old. Along with the marrige, she got a step-brother who is very different from her, and yet she thinks they manage to get along pretty good.
Personality: A really sweet and outgoing girl, who is very determinded. Jokes around and laughs a lot.

Bio: His mother died when he was born and for two years he and his father lived alone. Then his father married a new woman who became his step-mother. The woman's daughter became his step-sister. They did come along, but their diffrences has pulled them apart, especially when their schools are rivals.
Personality: Mason has been a troublemaker since he was little, and never seemed to care what his parents said to him. It is clear when you compare him to his step-sister that he has a dark side which his step-sister doesn't. Has always had it easy when it came to getting new friends.
