Appearance:
Name: Taliah Rivers
Age: 25
Sex: Female
Home Location: Manhattan
Occupation: Investigative Journalist
Reason: She got her self into some trouble while she was undercover in a drug ring.
Personality:
- Taliah has learned to adapt or act out personalities that can more easily deal with a certain situation. For example: She can pretend to be a cold hearted killer, or a promiscuous hooker, and act accordingly without a problem, while her true self would have moral objections to both behaviors.
- Taliah is friendly and charming, and has learned how to make people feel at ease quickly, making them more likely to let things slip. In private life she doesn't use this to gain an advantage, as she finds it slightly unethical.
- As she often finds herself surrounded by people with questionable morals, she has made sure to keep up a good physical condition. She is trained in self defense, and has used techniques before.
- While her roles can protect her, they are an unreliable thing. She might break down out of nowhere once she loses grip. At the other hand, she might be unable to snap out of her roles.
- Slightly traumatized by what she has seen (or 'jaded' as she calls it herself), Taliah finds it hard to open up to people, deep down thinking everyone is just waiting for an opening to lash out.
- Not really a morning person
Small Biography:
Born from rich parents, Taliah was destined to live an easy life. When one day she was walking down the rougher parts of the city at night, she was attacked by two men with a knife. While the streets were mostly empty, during the entire time they held her at knife point, two people rushed by. Both saw it happen, but neither one of them did a thing. Her initial hope, that the men just wanted her money and get out, was proven false hope, and she was starting to believe she'd be found dead in an alley the next morning, when a small woman charged at the men from out of nowhere, kicked them down and grabbed her hand. As they were running away, they exchanged names. For a whole year, the two were best friends, and they were on the brink of becoming more than that, when one day Jade didn't show up for a planned meeting. While she never quite found out what happened to her friend, Taliah knew it had been something bad, and she suspected it was connected to a drug and prostitution ring Jades brother had ties to. Unable to find her friend, Taliah decided to become a investigative journalist, knowing she might never find her friend back, but she could at least fight those that took her away from her.
I dont know, it might be a bit cheesy/cliche
