Ok so how are these lessons going to go? I can imagine Mythology being sort of a history class. But Power Use? That seems rather complex, as it's different per demi-god.

Oh yeah, so as you all know I'm not a GM, so you should see this more as something to help get an overview. But I guess it's open for debate.

Oke guys, just for the overview of who has which class with who:

Physical training with Ezekiel and/or Chelsea: Stella (21)
Power Use and Control with Miguel and/or Lucille: Raven (17), Vivian (17), Cori (18), Rozalia (16), Dallas (20)
Greek Mythology with John, Dalton or Stephanie: Peter (24), Clarissa (19), Zeke (20)
unknown: Jay (18), Serafina (23)

As we can see there is a younger class (age 16-18) having Power control, with Dallas apparently redoing the year for the second time.
Then an older class (19-? Peter is really to old for this class, but has to fit in somewhere) is having Greek Mythology. (notice how Zeke and Clarissa are both in this class)
And Stella is pretty much giving cookies to NPC's, as she's the only one in Physical training so far.

Most posts seem to be more or less in the morning, so we can assume that everyone taking the same class is in the same class at the same time, if you get my drift. (I guess there's some freedom in that, except for having teachers at multiple places at once. But mostly I think it's more fun if people have more chances to interact with other PC's)

What I noticed when scanning through your posts for the classes, is that everybody seems to be writing about the morning of the day -which would be convenient for taking classes together- except for Serafina who is in between classes (so probably afternoon), but still watching Jay bump into skye (which prolly happens in the morning).
Oke, I'm probably nitpicky, sorry if it annoys you. just pointing it out.

Furthermore, I just kinda put the info that I got together, so if there is more to learn about how the schedules and classes work, I love to hear it.

And I am aware of the fact that I'm spamming this OOC page. Just making up for two days of absence.

@MiddleEarthRoze Hey Roze, sorry to leave you without a warning btw. Cori left and never came back for Peter that night :(

By the way, since Cori's moving to power use class, I've been thinking about her powers.
Her official description is that she can conjure metals and gems. I think I'd like to extend that to something more like metalbending (avatar style) if that's fine with the GM's. In time though. She will have to learn and stuff. So as for now she wouldn't even know she can do that.

Yeah I know Kara and I birthed a monsterpost there. Happy reading :D

@MiddleEarthRoze Pachelbel! what a coincidence, I was just learning that on the piano.
And before y'all are accusing me of bragging, I'm not very good at it yet. But hey. Look at me, playing Pachelbel ;)

Zeke Carter and Corinthe Malakos

Location; Outside Somewhere
Interacting With; Each other

Zeke raised one of his eyebrows as his sister changed her mind and made her way to the party. It definitely did not seem like she was up to any good. But before he knew it, she was already gone, leaving Zeke alone with the girl, who had just introduced herself as Cori.

"Yeah, those jackets are the only reason why I joined football," he joked half-heartedly, his lips curling up slightly into a small smile though he wasn't really feeling it. "I'm Zeke. Zeke Carter."

Cori seemed nice enough, and she did seem like the type that would listen if he wanted to talk more, but he didn't. He didn't want to think about Clarissa or that guy. He didn't want to think about how he made a scene then stormed off. He didn't want to think about what his sister might be doing right now and how she is probably making things worse. He didn't want to think, period. But he wouldn't mind a peaceful walk in the night.

He got off the bench and offered Cori a hand. "Alright, let's go walk around."

She laughed about his joke.
"I'm glad you did, Zeke." She said as her hands took the sides of the collar of the jacket and pulled them together, just to show him how comfortable she was. Even though it was clear he still wasn't feeling all too well, he was able to crack jokes again. Which must've meant some form of recovery.
She gently lay her hand in his.
It was a big and rough hand. -Well at least compared to her hand it was- But it felt secure. When he stood up, she realised how tall he was.
"So where are we going? I'm kinda new here. What would be the first thing you want to see here if, let's say, it's the middle of the night?"
Her eyes looked over the campus. She was actually prety curious if there was a special place. A quiet place or an interesting element.
There must be. Those things were everywhere. And this was a school for demi-gods.

Zeke thought about it for a moment, trying to think of a place that they could go. He's never been the type to go out for a leisurely stroll at night. At least not without other intentions. "Well it is the middle of the night and welcome to Olympus Academy," he stalled as he was still trying to figure out where to go.

"I honestly don't know," he finally said with defeat. "It's a nice night though so we can just walk around."

He made a motion to follow him as they walked away from the party, until it was nothing more than a speck of light in the distance. He didn't say a word, realizing that this was the first time he was talking to a girl that a. wasn't his sister or b. he did not intend to hit on. Clearing his throat, he decided to ask casually, "So how do you like it here so far?"

"Around is good. I mean, I still need to get to know the place anyway. A tour at midnight seems like the best introduction." Cori smiled. "Yeah it's kinda weird to be so much around people again. But so far it has been pretty good."

And they walked on, and talked. For a while. About nothing and everything: The campus, the stars, the football team, the gods, the students, Cori's travels, the teachers.
Until it was late and Zeke walked Cori to her appartment, before going to his own.

"So uhm, I guess I see you around?." Cori asked him as she stood on her doorstep.

"Oh, maybe you can just give me your number, so it'll be easier for us to keep in touch. If you want," Zeke said, holding out his phone. "You're going to have to return my jacket eventually too, by the way..." He smiled, glancing at the girl who was still wearing his varsity jacket.

"Oh yeah ofcourse!" She had forgotten about the jacket entirely. "This is my number" She said, showing him the number she had typed in on his phone.
"Call me, and you might get it back." she joked, twirling a strand of her hair around her index finger.
"It was nice talking to you, Zeke."

Zeke added Cori into his contacts, showing her name on his screen. "Ouch, taking my jacket as hostage. I would have texted you anyways. Not much of a call person though," he admitted. He stuffed his hands into his pant pockets, giving Cori a simple nod. "It was nice talking to you too. Thanks."

He watched as she closed the door on him before making his way back to his place. He had not completely forgotten about Clarissa, but the pain numbed a bit. It was kind of nice, just talking to a girl without any drama or relationship type deal.

It was getting kind of late, so he decided to just get ready for bed and call it a day. It sure has been a hectic one, that was for sure.

Time Skip

Today was officially the first day of school, which meant that they had classes which Zeke was obviously looking forward to. The past week was alright. He did his best to just ignore all those whispers and not-so-sneaky glances and just hung out with his friends. He got to talk to Cori some more, and he was appreciative of their friendship.

Anyhow, he was supposed to meet her at the benches before classes start to hang out a bit. He was wearing his varsity jacket, which Cori had so graciously returned after much negotiation. She probably was going to use it again later, but he did not mind. He sat on the bench and waited for her to arrive.

A week had passed and Cori had got to see the campus by daylight as well. Zeke and her had texted back and forth and hung out a few times. He was a nice guy to hang out with. She initially didn't want to give back his jacket, but she realised she couldn't keep it from him.
When she arrived at the bench where they were supposed to meet, she saw that he was already there. She punched him in the shoulder. But it probably hurt her more than him. literally. The guy was big and strong. she was.. well kinda the opposite. "Hey mister jock. How are you today?"
Zeke was a cute guy, but with his heart broken only last week, Cori had decided to go for the friendship. And that was great. No tension or difficulties. just this.

Zeke barely felt what he assumed was a playful punch from Cori. "Hey Miss. I'm fine I guess. Not looking forward to class starting though." he replied with a smile.

"I made you something by the way." From her pocket, Cori pulled forward a necklace. For a pendant, it had a silver lightning bolt.
"I figured it'd fit you, since you're the Zeke Almighty and all."

He was surprised when he saw Cori pull out a necklace from her pocket. He knew that she made stuff like that from time to time, but he didn't expect a gift. "Wow, thanks, Cori," he said, accepting the gift graciously. "This is... Thanks." Zeke quickly put the necklace on and asked in a joking tone, "How do I look?"

He liked the necklace but now felt a bit obligated to give her something in return ... but what?

Cori laughed. She was glad that Zeke liked her gift. "fantastic as always." She tried to go for a sarcastic tone. But damnit she meant it. "really the finishing touch for the son of Zeus if you ask me."
It was kinda weird how much of people's identity was made by their heritage here. In high school, her experience was that her classmates mainly wanted to do the opposite. Create an identity that had nothing to do with their parents. Well, demi-gods were different, Cori decided, and that was that.
"So what's that first class that you're not looking forward too? maybe we have to go in the same direction. My first is ehm.." She took out the schedule that she had for this week. "Power use and Control with mister Neelson. Whatever that is going to be."
She knew her power. But what more could she make from it? As she thought about it, she was getting curious and actually starting to look forward to it.

Zeke groaned; he really didn't want to think about classes right now. He pulled out his schedule to check and answered, "Of course it's one of my worst subject. Greek Myths with Mr. Levesque."

What he did not say, though most could already figure out, was that all classes that did not involve physical activities were his worst subjects.

"I can walk you to class though. Super speed, remember?" he chuckled proudly. One might say it was an abuse of his super abilities, but what's the point of having them if you don't use them, right?

"Yeah thanks! that's gonna be fun." She put her arms around his neck and jumped into him. That was probably a bit careless of her, but she was sure he would catch her. "you're going to carry me right?" Now that she acted so impulsively, she wasn't entirely sure if that had been the correct response to his proposal. But how else was he going to do it? She wouldn't be able to keep up with him if he was going at superspeed. She had to cling to him somehow.

Zeke did indeed catch her, but was caught off guard. His arms are wrapped around her waist as she clung onto him tightly. "I knew you were always into me," he joked, still holding onto her. "I meant that I would walk you to class, normal speed and just dash back to my own." He gently put her back onto the ground and ruffled the hair on the top of her head.

"Yeah pfeh! right. you wish. I think you have more than enough girls chasing you."
Like I would ever admit that to him.
She was somewhat ashamed as she got some strange looks from passers by. But at least she knew that Zeke would be cool about it. "Well you got to carry me super speed some other time then. I wanna know what it's like."
She adjusted her shirt back to the proper way to carry it, as it had slipped over her shoulder somewhat. She cleared her throat. "Allright then. walking it is. Let's go. I don't wanna be late for my first class." She took his hand and tried to drag him with her. Ofcourse she would'nt be able to move him if he didn't cooperate.

"I'll think about it," he said thoughtfully in response to her request of traveling at super speed with him. He has never tried it with another person before and he wasn't sure if it was safe. He wouldn't want her to stop breathing or something.

He also allowed her to drag him to her class, though he still teased her a bit."What a goody-two shoes... We have plenty of time. Maybe we should grab some tacos or something. Who cares if we're like an hour late?"

Cori gave him wide eyes and a jokingly sad face as a response. But she couldn't keep it for long. "You just want to miss your own class, asshole. But tacos sounds good though. Do we have those here?"
It was great she was able to be herself around Zeke. He was steady, physically and mentally. Hell, when Clarissa was not around, even emotionally. So she was free to display her inner chaos, which she so carefully hid from most people. She wanted to do something for him.
"Hey.." She said as they walked to her class. " I read a lot about greek myths since I found out I was a demi-god. I'm not sure if that relates to the material covered in the classes much, but if you like we could look at it together sometime."
She knew he didn't really excel at the theoretical stuff. She hoped she hadn't insulted him by her comment.

"I know people," Zeke replied with a wink. Well, he can check that off the list of things he want to say in real life. In actuality, he just knows a nearby taco place, pretty low-key though that most students don't know about.

"Really? You'll help me out? That'll be great! Seriously, I need all the help that I can get," he said.

Soon enough, they had arrived in front of her classroom door. He coughed slightly to let her know that she was still holding his hand. "So... I'll talk to you later. I might text you during class. I get bored," he said. It was not a joke. If anything, it was a warning that she should put her phone on silent and maybe check her phone every once in a while.

"Ha! Great! Tacos and Greek Myths then. She was happy he wanted her help. When they arrived, she unconsciously held on to his hand, until he subtly let her know that she did. She quickly let go and cleared her throat.
"sure" she said. "I''ll be expecting your text then." The logical thing would probably be to go inside now. But she wanted to see him run at superspeed. Well, maybe next time.
"Bye!"
Cori turned around and went inside. After a few steps she looked back and waved at him. She would've really like to hug him. But that was... She didn't want to seem desperate or something. She walked on. To class. Her first class ever on Olympus Academy!

Zeke used his super speed and managed to get to his Greek Myth's class on time. Maybe he was even early for once. He took his usual seat in the back and settled in.
