Name: Hannibal "Hush" Wilcox

Appearance:
Hannibal was always considered a bit of a "pretty boy," even with growing up on the streets. With a lean, runner's body, sandy blonde hair, and pacific blue eyes, Hannibal could manage to survive on Crier Dock on looks alone.


Biography:
Born the first son and youngest child to a small lower middle class family, Hannibal always managed to get himself into some kind of trouble. For the most part, his pranks consisted of just that: pranks. Small things like pulling chairs out from under people, attaching notes to their backs, and sleight of hand tricks. However, as time progressed and he received less and less attention from his pranks, he went bigger and bigger to maintain the constant gaze of parents, peers, and teachers. Thankfully, after meeting his "big brother" and Mama Jane at 16, Hannibal calmed down and focused his energy into parkour, gymnastics, and martial arts.

Hannibal grew up in Havenside, living with his older sisters Elizabeth and Margaret and their parents. His sisters were in line to be valedictorians and both had plans to get degrees in science (Elizabeth in neuroscience and Margaret in Biochemistry). Hannibal, always living in his sisters' shadows, and not inheriting their intelligence (No one really knew where they got it from, neither of their parents went through any form of higher education and both had blue collar jobs).

After getting in trouble at school for a prank going too far and blinding a kid in one eye, Hannibal got in a fight with his parents and ran away. After running into Jane Alistair and Jordan Elliot at Crier Docks, they took in the 16 year old boy and taught him how to survive on the streets in the rough neighborhoods. Jordan gave him the nickname of “Hush”. Partly because he felt that Hannibal was too long and complicated of a name to say on a regular basis, and partly because of how often Jane told him to hush whenever she tried to show him how to do anything.

After a small skirmish with a few other psions roaming the streets, Jordan was killed, leaving Jane and Hush to watch over each other. After Hush first heard about Mr. Dyer’s group, he immediately persuaded Jane into joining him as they volunteered to help Dyer and his plans.

Traits:
Hush: Two years of being reprimanded can do something to you. Having been brought up by hand by Mama Jane, Hush has learned to do just that: hush. And do it well. He can make himself go as silent as the dead if necessary.
The Sound of Music: Hush has always had an affinity and can play a multitude of instruments as well as sing and whistle. He’s developed a handful of different whistles and short harmonies to subtly warn others of danger, opportunity, and the like.

Jane

Name: Jane Alistair

Age: 32

Sex: Female

Race: Psion

Background: Citizen

Appearance:
At first glance, Jane can be considered a beautiful young woman. However, stress, anxiety, and combat have taken a toll on her body and face. She has cuts and bruises all over her body, with a long jagged scar across her nose. Additionally, Jane has an angel piercing on her belly button.


Biography:
Jane Alistair was born to a wealthy family and grew up in Westerly Heights, received the best schooling, was loved and adored by all of her family and friends. Her parents had even gone out of their way to buy help for her psionic abilities. However, as soon as she turned 21 and came clean to her family about her sexuality, they immediately shunned her and had her formerly disowned. She was removed from her house without any money and no support from her family or any of her former friends.

Jane moved to Crier Docks and found herself a small apartment to squat in, turning it into her own private base of operations for crime as well as a home. After her home was broken into by a young Jordan Elliot, before she shot him in the head, he managed to convince her to let him join her, as he was a runaway as well. She agreed and they managed to make a good pair and always had each other’s backs. Due to her motherly attitude towards him, he gave her the nickname of “Mama Jane.” Eventually, Mama Jane grew on her and she kept it as a part of her, making it a part of her personality.

After making a life of crime for themselves, Jane and Jordan managed to only get arrested once, and it was only for three years. After they got out, they immediately returned to their life of crime. At the same time, young Hannibal Wilcox happened upon them. Jane, due to Jordan’s persistence, allowed Hannibal to stay with them. They taught him everything they knew and brought him into their little family.

One day, on their way back from a heist, Jane, Jordan, and Hush were attacked by a psion gang. Jane tried her best to fend them off alongside Jordan, but they proved to be stronger than them, killing Jordan in cold blood. Eventually, Jane and Hush got away, but Jane has lived with the guilt of Jordan’s death ever since, blaming herself entirely for his death.

Hearing about Dyer’s group, Jane was immediately suspicious of it and ignored it. However, after continuous jabs and nagging by Hush, Jane reluctantly agreed to join Hush, refusing to let him join by himself.

One Shot, One Kill: Jane is a very attentive person and an excellent shot. With enough concentration, Jane can get off a single kill shot.
Premonition: Jane has the ability to get glimpses of events from the past, present, and future. Although this ability is out of her control, Jane has noticed that it has a tendency to send her cryptic messages if she or someone she loves is in danger.

Skills/ Abilities: Selina is an expert gymnast, acrobat, and thief. She’s skilled in climbing rooftops, picking locks, and getting rid of mooks nice and quiet. However in her more recent years, she’s held off doing dirty work herself and has instead opted to take control of her ever-growing gang, focusing more on her charisma and charm rather than her physical prowess.

Equipment: Selina has sharp, clawlike nails with needles attached at the tip. Additionally, she carries a knife tucked into her boot and a pistol with a single bullet tucked into her waistband underneath her dress. When in her catsuit, she has two small knives attached to her calves as well as claws on the end of her gloves. When wearing her catsuit, she also dons heat-seeking goggles.

Psyche: Selina runs her gang with the idea of “survival of the fittest.” Meaning, if someone doesn’t fit her idea of “fit” she reserves the right to dispose of them. Additionally, she always puts herself first in any situation. Without Bruce Wayne’s on-and-off love for her, Selina has become cold and ruthless; doing whatever it takes to build up her riches and power and turn Gotham into her own empirical playground. Selina will always strive for whatever option gives her the best possible outcome, regardless of who gets hurt in the process.

History: Selina grew up in Gotham’s red light district, abandoned by her parents, she was taken in by a young stripper and raised to go into that profession. However, as she got older, she found that she had a knack for being silent and thievery. She was a natural pickpocket. Selina perfected this talent and also learned how to creep and stalk. By the age of 18, she had become a talented cat burglar, and made a name for herself in the criminal underworld of Gotham as simply “The Cat.”

However, her thievery proved to be unimportant to Bruce Wayne, as it had not directly affected him or his operations. Although, once the Diamond Claw Gang began to get larger, Selina immediately moved them underground-- literally. She housed her gang in the basement and the adjoining tunnels and caverns of a rundown warehouse in old Arkham City. Without Bruce Wayne’s interest in her, Selina became a ruthless and tactical leader, proving to be a very formidable crime lord.
