I am planning to return to play by post RPing so to begin that I am going to do a Black Crusade campaign, players will each be given 70 ship points from Rogue Trader to construct a ship and crew in a homebrew sector. Players will start with a chaos warlord declaring himself Warmaster of Ultima Segmentum and offering rewards for independent warlords and captains to join him. So, any interest or questions?

I very much like the idea, I will try to participate if time allows.
I cannot apologize enough disappearing for almost a week after hounding others to post. I went on vacation and have less access to internet than expected. I should be fine now though. I again apologize profusely.
The Pirate Prince was expecting Warlord Beraesh to come stomping through the door into the bridge, instead he was taken off guard as the first people to come through the door were a handful of his own soldiers who were escorting a cadre he was unfamiliar with. At the sight of an astartes though both his plasma pistols came up, it was possible that his soldiers had been compromised in some way and looking at those who came through the door now his feeling on the odds of easily taking the ship and forcing those who once served Beraesh seemed like they could very well evaporate. With the six man squad who escorted them to the bridge he had a numerical advantage if his soldiers were not fully suborned by the group. Looking across them, an astartes of some kind, a woman in power armor with magnificent wings, and some sort of heretek with a servitor in tow. Something drew him to the woman but he had to focus on the greater threat, the astartes towered over everyone in the room and Alaistair took him to be the likely leader of the group or if nothing else their most powerful member.

Keeping his pistols ready but not pointed at them he prepared to order his men when one of them suddenly spoke up, "My prince, this is Sci-"

"I will learn who they are and they can introduce themselves sergeant, secure the room and prepare for enemies," The man jumped slightly just then began to set his men up around the room. Their lasrifles and flak armor may not help much but it would buy some time at least. Turning his attention back he looked upon the astartes, "I am Pirate Prince Alaistair Godwin Lafayette as you no doubt heard over the vox and perhaps have heard of me elsewhere. May I ask who you are?"
Since Grey Knights might be a bit too much to throw at new people all at once I have made an Imperial Fist 50 point list also now.

I have not played much since 5th edition and this is my first time touching 7th edition.

I threw together a quick and easy Grey Knight force.

IG, that is excellent if you have some experience since since if I bring an astartes list we will have very different armies for the first game to help teach the basics.
Damn, most unfortunate and after the weekend i will be gone a lot so we can not have a grudge match after
Well you know the basics at least. I plan to teach using a 500 point game this Friday. Since you should still know the basics we can play to show them.

After work I will make a quick 500 point Grey Knight list and post it here. I run fluff focused list and use only the barest amounts of crunch.

Toellner have you played the tabletop much before?
