Lucian placed the bread he was given into his inventory, he wouldn't need to eat them right now, and he was pretty sure he wouldn't need them for a while either, he wasn't exactly planning on taking damage, only dishing it out with his new spell.

The familiar feeling of looking down at the ugly little imps again, Lucian was certain they would easily crush them this time, and that they wouldn't have to worry about Sasha nearly dying on them, though incase things did go sour, he did try to keep her in his peripheral vision at all times. Lucian pulled his Bo from the inventory window to his left hand and charged at the nearest imp, "Mana Wave." He didn't shout it out, but said it calmly, as he aimed his palm at the poor little imp.
Sorry, I was asleep. Posting right after this.
Ah I see. Well, I misunderstood it and so shall my character.

The shotgun that I had in mind was the type from custom robo, if you have ever played it before? it is short range, wider than a normal shot and strong.
With a pout on his face, Abel spoke again, "You don't have to be such a meanie," He smiled shortly after, "I just want to get to know you better, after all not everyone can be trusted, not even in Pandora, and for how you act, I can see that you should be the honest type." He grabbed his papers and handed them to her, "We have reason to believe that there is a member in Pandora who is conducting some illegal operations. Attempting to create their own gateways into the Abyss. We have one other incident on record which follows the same pattern. Those records show the details of the last incident." Staring out the window with a uniquely blank expression on his face, "I need to stop it before we have a repeat of the last case." Letting out a brief sigh, he then regained his composure and went back to his normal façade, "Also, a quick question, would you rather be imprisoned, or be free and working for me? as free as that is of course," a snark grin ran across his face.
Sorry for taking so long, and Renose, keep rolling them crits for me please! ;)

I vote no to ever random battle if we are grinding. Based on how the manwha character learned his skills, he seems to grind, and not try experimenting during that time, he learned mana spinning arrow while in a pseudospace with no enemies, but just trying new things. I think this method will be easier, with us skipping grind battles unless something big happens, like a mob boss or an event. It would also let us have some time to have our characters try to develop skills on their own, which would make sense for some higher tier abilities. So we would like suggest what we are trying, and describe it best we could, Renose would roll, and see if we learn a new skill or not, limiting it to so many tried to learn something per day on our own, or practising together, getting a bonus to trying to learn?
Albiet a bit frustrated after his first attempt to create the pseudospace failing on him, after focusing harder, it seemed that he nailed it, with this new knowledge, he looked at the skills that he learned after practising to dispel the pseudospaces. "It would appear that my skill is a closer ranged magic attack. I would compare it to a magic shotgun based on its description, It is called 'Mana Wave'" He opened his status window on command, then looked at his stats, "It would appear I can use it up to four times before I run out of mana" Impressed with how well he had managed to do,

Lucian was eager to try out his new skill, but before he could get the chance, he got a friend request. Instinctively he clicked on the accept button, he always accepted friend requests from higher level players, and this case was even more important. "Friends" As Ren had before, Lucian also sent a request to Sasha to be here friend, he thought of sending one to the others that had been with him before, but decided against it based on some unjust biased opinions of his.

Lucian looked at Mike who seemed to be getting all emotional for some reason or another, then shook his head, "Well should we meet up again after a quick shop break, or are we done grinding for the day?" Even if the group decided that they were done, Lucian knew he was going to train for a while longer. He now had a new skill to use, and he had some ideas in his head as well. If he had learned how to Make a Mana wave from simply creating a pseudospace, maybe with some luck, he would be able to control his mana and do other things with it as well? He was going to try some things tonight, and probably study some ideas out. He made a mental list of what he wanted, I need a Heal, Damage over time, and a buff. Three things, should be easy enough, right?
"Well then, let us head out, the carriage is in the front, the same way that you came in from," He pointed at the direction of the door behind her, then he took it upon himself to lead the way. He didn't speak much during this time, but did open all the doors on the path for Skye, and even stood waiting for her to enter the carriage as he held the door open, like a gentleman. As soon as he had the chance though, he jumped in from the other side, as he sat down, he spoke with her, but it was different then before, now that they were in motion, no one would hear what he was talking about, and no one would be able to object to his next actions.

Leaning in very close to Skye, Abel spoke, smile across his face, "You really are something different aren't you Miss Robins," Leaning back again to his seat, "Or should I just call you by your first name? Skye?" He folded his arms, "Do you want to know what we are really heading off to do now?" Pulling some papers out from his pocket, he began to sign them looking down as he spoke, "You seem to not be satisfied with what I told you prior," Looking up to stare into her eyes, "And I do wonder if you are merely putting up with my presence because you are forced to," In a serious tone, he spoke again, unwavering, his eyes still fixed on hers, "Why did you become a member of Pandora Skye Robins?"
"I'd rather not have a fight with another knight, especially one who is guarding the gate of the town," Fin's words were to no avail though, as he watched the knight swung his blade at Beatry, "I see, I have no choice in the matter. I suppose they don't either then? Or did you really annoy them in your youth?" Unsheathing his sword, he dashed forwards to block the second knight with his sword on his back, "I am sorry, it goes against my ideal to fight another knight not on the field of justice, but you do need some sense knocked back into you." With his other hand free, Fin punched the knight in the face, rattling him and his helmet, and stepping back a bit, but largely unaffected, "I see...Madame, I do not think mere violence is going to help us too much." Spinning around, he used the flat side of his blade to knock the knight down, also allowing him a chance to see the chaos that had begun.

Citizens running away from the gate, screaming, dropping their goods and running in terror. More knights, presumably the guards of the town, in full force running towards them, armor, shield, spear and all.

"Unless you have some fancy trick up your magical sleeve, may I suggest we run?" Then it hit Fin, they were acting like criminals, and being treated like them! Oh the irony, the knight who would do anything to uphold the law, brought down to the same position as a bandit! It was a refreshingly new point of view to see the world from, but not one that Fin was overly keen on.
Nathan stared blankly at Skye for a moment, still holding the wrench up, then he lowered it and loosened up, taking the opportunity to shake her hand, after wiping his on his lab coat "Oh okay. Well Skye, I am..." He took a moment for a dramatic pause, then he swung himself around, and secretly hit a switch, which then caused every gadget that he had made to flare up, luminescent lights shining all around, "NATHAN BURNOISE!" He posed. "I know, you must be in awe of my genius. But don't worry, one day you might be as mad, and push the limits of science, and break through the third wall, the fourth wall, and even the side wall." It was obvious that Nathan wasn't all there at the moment, in actuality, he had spent the last five day in a row awake and working on his latest machine. "MY machine! yes! I can show you them!" Excited at the idea to share what he had made, he gleamed, then he thought, aloud at that, "But what if you are still just posing as an assistant, to find out what I know, then make copies of your own inventions based all on my work! No can't have that...hmmm.." Forgetting that Skye was in the room behind him now, he looked towards the ceiling, lost in thought.
A bit oblivious as to the meaning of what she meant by alone, Fin responded bluntly, "We are in the midst of town, of course we are not alone." He raised an eyebrow at her increasing pace, questioning why she felt the need to speed up, surly she was not still upset about them leaving five hours later than she had planned right? Then it hit Fin like a battering ram to a wall, "Oh. Never mind Madame, I understand." he picked up his speed till he was just behind her, remaining on full alert and ready to draw his sword at a moments notice. However he wished if it was possible to not be in the town, there would be too many people who could get injured, or have their stalls and thus, careers crushed in an instant if combat broke out. Muttering under his breath, Fin voiced his distaste for this in the way only a select few would ever be insulted by, "coward."
