Am I successfully learning? Did I spot an unusual classed student or teacher? Should my character feel that class is too simple and skip early to head out and train himself?
Being hunted?

A few simple suggestions of what to do with the characters in school.
no worries, life happens, post when you can, I'd be a hypocrite if I got upset :P
Waking up early again, Lucian just lied there in bed facing the ceiling. He couldn't bring himself to get out of bed yet, he had time before his first classes started in the university, and he was really starting to be bothered by his dreams. What on earth is going on in my head these days... He slapped his face with the palm of his hand, he felt fine, but still his head was a mess. He was hoping that this would be one of those dreams he would forget in a matter of minutes, but it wasn't fading away as he had hopped it would.

Looking at the clock, he realized he had just loafed away an entire hour this morning, so he finally dragged himself out of bed and whipped himself together. Due to his lack of time though, he would just be eating a few fruits and a glass of water prior to his classes, but it was better than nothing. With his books in his bag, he went to class as if it was just an ordinary day prior to him awaking as the gamer, he knew that the day would play out better though, he had studied a bunch out of his textbooks after all. Grinning Lucian took his seat, ready for his classes, the day, and what he was hoping to do after his two courses today.
Sheathing his blade, Abel looked around the ruins, he had made fairly easy work out of the simple Card Chains, he didn't even need to use his own chain against them. Abel looked around the ruins, searching, he hadn't found a single contractor, but clearly there had to be a few of them, and they needed to be close by. He had killed a few chains, so they should have had their contracts broken, but it was strange, usually they were closer to their contractors. He took a few steps forward, then he felt something move beneath his feet, swiftly he jumped backwards, only to see a child hand move.

Urgently Abel moved aside some rubble, only to uncover the same child he had saved earlier. Unconscience, with a few scratches, the boy was still alive by some miracle. "Alrighty little man, up you go." He lifted the cild over his shoulder, dirt and rubble falling off onto him, "I'll send you the bill for my clothing after all this is done and over with," He grinned and started moving agiliy, he needed to find a safe place for the child before he would continue to clean out the town. He looked back and forth as he pressed onward, then he saw Skye in a struggle.

"Beautiful girl, do you have everything covered over there?" Adjusting his hold on the child, he flashed his usual grin to her as she was involved in her fight, not really seeing to well whom she was fighting with, nor having the time to. His grin and time of poking had been cut short as he found a pair of hands wrapped around his own neck, Abel looked down to see the one choking him, it was the child in his arms. "Whag?" He wasn't able to even get a proper word out, why was the child's grip so tight?, Abel look into the boys eyes as his vision started to fail him, it was then when it started to make sense, this wasn't a boy, it was a chain in the skin of a child.
Fin took ten silver pieces out from his coin bag and placed them in the shady man's hand, "Here is the payment as you required for your toll, shall we now pass without further complications?" Fin wasn't too happy about having to pay some knave who essentially is robbing people on the street and acting as if it was a legitimate business. It lacked honour, it lack skill, and truly was a work of darkness, but if the lady whom he was under orders from didn't wish to do so, he would follow her command.

"Ah yes, no further problems shall be had from me, and my associates shall all lower their...taxes" He gave a signal as he spoke the last word, "It was a pleasure working with you two, and we look forward to seeing you again." The man bowed, then walked off into the bush, and it was as if he and his group disappeared from existence.

Upon witnessing this act, and feeling the difference as if the man and his group were gone, Fin stood in disbelief, "I am starting to think that he wasn't a simple bandit," he stared into the bush where he walked off to, "Is it safe to leave that man alone?"
I'm ready for the next day when everyone else is.
"Well I feel that this was a waste of my time," Lucian pulled out his cell phone from his pocket too check out what time it was, He gave one more look at the others then turned his back, "See you all tomorrow, try to not die before then." He then traveled back home, taking his time as he walked. Too many questions on his mind, and not enough time to answer them all, Why was he worried about the other gamers? Why did he rush off as he did? Why did he have a desire to be with them and befriend them, and if he did truly wish to befriend the fellow gamers, why was he cold to them? Would they be safe tonight? would this dojo be safe or was it a trap? Who was watching them? Why? He wasn't thinking in his usual logical manner, As he opened the door to his apartment, he flicked on his lights and locked the door behind himself, he was too flustered to focus his mind on anything else tonight, he would figure it all out tomorrow, or so he told himself as he drifted off as he flopped down on his bed face first.
"One of the first four? Dang the natural order of things! why must it mock me!" Fin raised his fist to the heavens and gave it a mighty shake. "But I digress, I shall conquer my fear," he then muttered the next part, "If it is necessary" then continued in his zealous way of speaking, "And we shall have you conquer your quest, and all shall well." He nooned to himself, as simple as this plan was, it was his plan.

They barely managed to travel a few more meters when they came across a man in black leaning on a signpost on the wayside, he stood upright as they approached, "Such a beautiful day for a stroll, such good timing to pay the toll, for today only, and for such a lovely couple such as yourselves, I shall only charge ten silver pieces." He did not appear to be hostile, but it would be easily noticeable to both Fin and Beatry that this man was not working legally.

"Well, Madame, how do you wish to pay the gentlemen, With my left or right hand," Fin was leaving the choice up to Beatry, revealing a bag of coins with his left, and his sword's handle with his right.
"Maybe I was wrong," Abel chuckled, "Seems the party is starting earlier than I thought it would." Bracing himself against the wall, it was only a matter of seconds before the ground itself started to quake and tremble, a building on the opposite side of the street opposing their inn started to crumble from the top down as a giant figure with horrific eyes smashed his hands through it, grabbing at something and then tossing it into its mouth. the first sighting of a chain on their mission, and it already had destroyed a building, ate a human, and odds are that there was other casualties.

Then there was silence, it seemed to last forever, but it was probably only a few minutes, it was broken though by the sounds of another building breaking in the distance, then as if waiting for a queue, all hell broke loose, the streets filled with panic and screams as everyone ran like mad, not knowing where was safe, or when the chain would grab them.

"Well my dear, it seems that we are needed." Abel walked over to the open window and stood on its frame, "Try to survive the night, You are a tad to pretty to die yet." He blew Skye a kiss, then jumped out the window. He would land on a canopy overhanging the entrance of the inn, bouncing off unhurt, he then charged out In time to cut the hand off of a chain trying to grab a man who tripped on the ground. "Picking on the weak is not a very noble thing to do, I shall be your opponent now." He barely finished his words when the chain tried to smash him with its other hand.
Letting out a sigh, Lucian was starting to loosen up after seeing that everyone was well and accounted for. He razed a brow at seeing Ren in what appeared to be a destroyed cosplay, but thought it best not to ask, everyone had strange habits he guessed, who was he to judge? Taking what would appear to be a potion in hand, Lucian used to observe skill to view the pink liquid, then he placed it in his inventory.

"So, we really did have reason to worry about just being out and in the open then?" So would it be safe then to practice in my own place then? I guess I'll just have to be careful about what I do on my own then. He stood fiddling with his glasses, then placing them back on his face spoke, "Well if we are dealing with people with other fantasy based abilities, and levels that we can't even see yet, would there truly be any place safe that we could just stumble upon? I see it as we are stuck between two unknown choices, but at least one has a friendly face so far." He shrugged, he felt regardless of what they chose, they would be in for a rough time.
