I think, with my current work load, I'll be able to post again but no more than 2 Rps at a time just to be safe. I'm waiting on previous partners to respond before going to my request thread.

I'm oOWonderKinOo, I'm interested in Fantasy Role-play mostly, but I'm willing to consider others if the plot is good. ^_^ I usually write 2-3 large paragraphs on average. I like Role-Plays that have a good plot.
A little about myself. My hobbies are drawing, playing MMORPGS and video games in general. I like Anime/Manga or anything in the Sci-fi Fantasy genre. I'm in college and also work for my college. My schedule allows me a lot of down time.

I have it set up that the task hasn't been explained by the king yet so your character can make his appearance. If you want to write the king making his announcement, that's fine with me.
The Spell-weaver competition:
Many witches and wizards from across the kingdom were gathering around castle Lorelei. Some were showing off by juggling fire balls or making themselves disappear and re-appear a few feet away, but others had their eyes set on the castle. Among the swaths of people was a young woman dawned in a long gown with black feathers streaming from her shoulders down the back and on to the foot of her dress. This was Lady Clara and many moved out of her way as she strode towards the doors. Her eyes were golden and wild looking as was her dark hair that seemed to blend into the black feathers once it reached her shoulders. No one accompanied her or seemed to be protecting her, but many cleared a path for her. The woman emitted an odd aura like a cold chill in the middle of a summer day. It was an eerie presence that would cause most to experience their hair standing up on end.
She smirked at the guards as they opened the large double doors to allow her entry. "LADY CLARA OF THE WINTER WILLLLDDDDSSS" Bellowed a man at the entrance of the great hall. It was a long corridor where the king and court sat at the far end. By the time Clara arrived, the room was half full. The competition didn't seem to bother her though. Her eyes searched greedily for the king and once she spotted him she bowed graciously.
"I thought you would come Lady Clara. It does my heart good to see so many gifted magi willing to help our kingdom."
Clara and the king both knew very well that the only reason so many have gathered was for fame and fortune, but the king was a kind man and liked to coat the whole affair with an air of generosity rather than greed. "It is an honor my king.", she smiled making her face look more wild and menacing.
She stood as closely as she could to the royal court and didn't speak to anyone, not that anyone other than the king was willing to speak to her. Too many rumors buzzed about of her dark magic and dangerous methods to allow others to feel comfortable talking to her. Those who held titles of heroism and strength rivaling hers didn't wish to be associated with her either. There was no room for socialization though, she was too preoccupied with the task at hand. There were rumors of a temple trapped in a magical dome, but other than that there weren't many details on the matter.
