Sorry if the power is a little generic, but after looking for some good ones I just went with a simple power instead.
Basic InformationName: Charles Holt

Age: 19
Height: 6'1
Weight: 152 lbs
Status: Returning Student
AppearanceHair Color: Black
Eye Color: A dark, murky yellow

Physical Appearance: While tall and physically fit, Charlie is by no means extremely handsome. His entire look gives off a dark vide, making him always look rather somber, regardless of mood. His eyes help to this effect, their dark murky color making his face look sad. His hair is unruly and falls just above his eyebrows. He has a number of scars on his body but the most noticeable is a long one going down his leg. He looks messy and unruly and his appearance generally makes people fear him.
But the most interesting thing about Charlie, is that fact that he has a number of very sharp, very deadly, teeth.
PersonalityOutward & Innate Personality: Charming yet assholeish is the best way to describe him. Perhaps arrogant. He speaks a lot, generally with sarcasm and makes many people seem stupid. He talks quickly and to the point and is very aggressive. He hates to lose which is why he plays sports, because he loves to win. He loves 218 and considers it his only home, he will do anything to defend it. While he may seems aggressive and rude, most people end up talking to him. They either love him or hate him, mainly because he tends not to be ignored. He makes sure of it. While not an attention whore, he does want to be noticed, he wants to get his voice out there, he wants people to know he exists. He's there. He knows who you are. His appearance and powers have sparked a number of rumors that he finds both funny and exciting. He tends to be vague when answering any questions related to them. He's somewhat charming and can generally sweet talk people into a number of things, though mostly he does it through aggression.

History/Bio:
Born to the humble family of Jaime and the then Catherine Holt, Charlie lived a quiet life he grew up like most average four year olds. He went to pre-school, he had friends, and he had not a tint of yellow eyes. But, it soon changed, not that the four year old would know what exactly had changed. His father had gone off to fight in the war. A group of powered terrorists were killing all who opposed them. But Charlie knew nothing of this. He only knew two things. Something had changed, and his father was gone. And by the age of five, he and his mother had moved to a smaller place. His father was gone, forever, and his mother would only tell him small bits of his new, changed world. He went to school, he had some friends, but now just a small small few, and his eyes. Well they were just the same dark brown they had been his entire life. But something was wrong, he wasn't a bubbly child who laughed and loved to play, he was somber and quiet and he spoke little of what he thought. The small boy was almost scary. But not quite. There was still life about him. There was anyway.
As the years slowly dragged by his mother spent more time away, more time somewhere else. "Working" she said, but it was all the same to Charlie. No excuse to disregard this one fact, his mother was gone too. When he was eight, his mother began dating Luke Jackson, a rich business man. By the time Charlie was nine, they got married and suddenly, Charlie moved yet again. But, this time he understood why, and hated it. He fought constantly with his mother and his mood grew even darker. When they began living with Luke and his daughter, Paige, Charlie came to know one thing. He did not want to be there. The weight of this realization put a pressure on him like no other. He simply did not want to be there. Regardless of anything good that might come to him, being there was wrong, unnatural. Then was when his eyes turned yellow. Then was when Charlie Holt, became truly terrifying.
The letter arrived one day in a small neat note. It explained everything, simple and quick and it wasn't of the type of material a ten year old couldn't handle. Of course it wasn't easy. His mother fought and they battled. He cried out his woes and she demanded explanations, but in all honesty, the fights do not need to be described in detail. Only one thing must. Simply put, Charlie got to leave. He got to go someplace better. Someplace not there.
When Charlie arrived on the island one thing became abundantly clear. He had to work. It was unlike school before, where he had breezed by easily, now it was hard and it wasn't just school work. Training and fighting. Learning to control new powers. But he loved it. Anyone who saw Charlie during those early years at 218 could only describe him as happy. He had a sense of euphoria. He talked a lot, made a lot of jokes. He enjoyed his life like he hadn't in a very long time. He was happy. And so he grew and learned and fought.

Weaknesses/Limitations/Drawbacks: While he may be able to kick ass, he is extremely vulnerable to long ranged attacks, and even though he could slap the shit out of you, his powers sometimes simply cannot go to the levels that others can. It's like Batman vs Superman, Superman wins every time, just based on his powers.
Other:
Over the later years of his time at 218 Charlie set up a small betting arena on matches held. While not entirely under school rules all they could get him on were rumors, and anyone in it didn't say a thing. A year into it he began hosting both powered and un-powered unofficial tournaments. Two classmates would challenge each other, people might bet on and watch the fight and the two would shake hands and walk away. That what it looked like anyway. Not that the amount of people didn't raise suspicion but nothing was done about it. The prize pool consisted of the total entree fee for all the fighters. More fighters, more money to the winner. Donations were also accepted. Because of this, Charlie's name became quite popular, and most people end up meeting him at some point or another. After all, all roads lead to the Arena.
