For me it depends. The character usually rushes at me before I can think too much about it, and if I picture him/her first, that's what I'll do. If you're having trouble, try Flickr or Deviant art.... but you'll need to do a little sifting through the porn.

I'm actually considering a small change... I'm going to base the religion of the moon on Shinto. I'll need to name it something, then keep Buddhism in-game still. I suppose I'll call it Raka, which is a word for full moon in Sanskrit, although that would technically be incorrect because Sanskrit is more toward Buddhism, but I like it. Tsuki, because that's Japanese for moon and that's where Shinto hails from. Rakatsuki... full name for the language... I actually really like that for some reason. In opposition, they would refer to your religion as Ravitaiyo (sun and sun again, Sanskrit and Japanese). Whether you adopt the language or not is totally up to you. :P I had a bird named Ravi... he was my best friend. Named him that 'cause he was bright yellow. His middle name was Apollo, the Greek God of the sun (can't wait to include Greek Mythology religions as well!), and his last name was VanWinkle because it's my mother's maiden name, so all of our pets had that last name. I didn't notice his initials until later, so I decided to call him Ravi Apollo VanWinkle Incorporated so his initials would also spell Ravi. XD Sorry, I certainly talk a lot.

Yeah... I can't seem to have a faith because I'm too rational, realistic, pessimistic and pretty much everything that rejects a religion, but Buddhism and Shinto make sense to me in a way nothing else has, so looking into it is nice and I find it relaxing. ^-^

I'm so excited to use my character. Although, I wanted to ask if you don't mind if we insert types of religion in here? Other than our own two, there would be tons of others, right? I want actual Shinto and Buddhism in it, because I've been doing minor studying about it lately for an Tabletop RPG I'm creating, and I think it'd be neat to have Praxis know a few things about it, being about knowledge and all.
