I think it's how sweet you are, and how genuine of a person I can tell you really are, that makes me not really frustrated to wait for you. We've each only gotten a single post and had this idea built for something around four months, yet I don't mind at all. c:

Take your time, don't stress over it. I've forgotten to ask, what's this vacation you've been on?
As am I! *Shiver* Booyah. I need to get the parties together next, and find out who will be alone....

By the way, obviously all of that can change. The party system isn't permanent, it's simply a way of organization. If you choose to leave your group, I'll split your messages off. If you meet another party and choose to change groups, I'll switch you. If you meet another party and everyone wants a war or to join, I will put you all in the same message group.

Yes, this game will have many message groups. But they will all be tagged and recognizable, plus that was in the beginning of the interest check so you knew what you were getting into. ^-^
In a cave in an unknown location, an old man sat alone in a room, stroking an invisible beard as he examined his surroundings. Extending his right arm, Galileo's body seemed to rippled as a whole in pure space ripped open, rippling at it's borders and changing the temperature in the room, but the mage no longer noticed these things. He stuck his tongue out in determination and moved his arm about inside the rip, seemingly searching for something. His eyes lit up when he pulled on and object, yelling "PRESTO!" yanking what appeared to be a large squid-like demon with blood red eyes, all but encompassing the entire cave. Gallie sighed, banishing the creature back into it's hole with a single push of his palm. The room was suddenly quiet, and Galileo looked out to an audience that didn't exist with embarrassment. "Whoops. Must've been the wrong hat." He laughed along with the laughing crowd he fabricated in his mind, reaching his arm into another dimension without hesitation.
When I make stupid references like that as Galileo, I really hope people get them. XD
Everyone's patience will be rewarded very soon. The last character (for the intro) is being ironed out, then we'll enter the game!
Alright, so as an adjunct to my earlier message about making new characters and sending them to me:

You will be needing to create another character sheet message like your first character so I can keep them all in line. Thank ya!
I will do very little actual leading of you guys (hopefully) once you're all entered, so if you happen to have a character in each of two parties that cross paths, and those parties decide the other ones are a threat, then I suppose you'll be forced to fight yourself. :P

On that note, a little more about how this game will work and it's system of 'guidance': I'll have the map drawn out and all of your locations will be tracked by me, but you guys won't see the map naturally, however, the game will be sort of playing out as kind of... D&D game, but not really. Gallie will be toying with his people, and watching all their moves and choices, so - like in a game of D&D - he may decide to reward a party (or loner, who will from now one also be referred to as parties) with items they find, which could include a glimpse at a map.

Also, as I mentioned before, the Labyrinth isn't your everyday maze that's just a bunch of walls at right angles while you look for an exit. It's an entire plane of existence developed as a toybox of adventure full of puzzles, monsters, towns and cities, worldly elements from all of your worlds (hence the need for links to your RPs), to worlds you've never heard of in or out of game, all in one seamless existence... although 'seamless' here is used at the discretion of a psychotic old-ass arcane. Some parts, however, will actually be walls-at-right-angle mazes. In fact, no matter where you are, you'll probably always technically be between two walls so you're always technically on a definite path.

That also reminds me, since there will be tons of NPCs around (which aren't actually NON-player characters, 'cause I'M playing them... so maybe TPC for Timmy-played character! :D!) for you to be interacting with (seeing as it's a role-playing game and all), there will also be items and such to discover and possible ways to make yourself more powerful. This game won't be flattened out where you stay as strong as you are when you enter, but it'll all come down to your RP decisions.
Chugging along, people! Almost finished. I want to throw this out too: PvP will be involved in this game, but there will be no killing without alerting each other and me first. This is a particularly good reason to have another character ready in case your first dies or you want to throw in a second one. Some people have already tossed me multiple characters, so yeah. Just laying the idea out there.
I do. He will be one of my characters i put into the game, likely. He's a wolf-like species I created called Wolfen's that worship the moon. :D

Anyway, another character has been added, guys! If the rest of the characters people and I are working on are done by tomorrow, I'll throw up the OOC. The first post in the OOC will, as I mentioned, just be the characters and their sheets and such.
Just changed another quality of my world. Heheh. Anyway, we now have two (maybe three?) entirely complete characters, and several more one or two steps from completion. Including my own character I'm going to add, that'll leave us with seven characters currently, although I will probably add more of my own later... Hm. Well, let's hope they keep rolling in, because if I'm going to be doing a "DMing" sort of situation of multiple parties, I'll need plenty of characters for those parties.

Anyway, progress is being made, kiddies, so let's all be thankful for that. Also, it just occurred to me that a majority of the NPCs you encounter that are meant to be good fights or role-play moments are going to be characters from MY repertoire. Neeeaaatttt.
Miss Komamisa (sorry for assuming gender, hope I'm correct), you can just send me both if you want. In all honesty, it helps me the most if people choose characters that work in a way that would force me to change certain parts of my world (such as I and the person earlier speaking about vampires and the sun). It doesn't mean I'd fix the thing that makes you tick or slows you down, but it would be fun for me to put a part in my world to mess with your character specifically. ^-^
More characters being completed everyday, everyone! The wait is nearly over! ^-^ After all my current characters are finished, I'ma throw you into the maze, and any future characters will either not have an entrance or be warped in later.
Off in a field of winding trees and roaming beasts, the sky changing colors quickly and unnaturally as if being decorated, the arcane himself waltzed without rhythm with no one to lead, singing a song in no particular tune without any concern of its musicality as things changed around in him to form the world he pictured in his mind.

♫"It's almost time, it's almost time, it's almost time to plaaaay,
Arriving here, arriving in fear, what will they saaay?
"We have to get out of here, there's got to be a way!"
But never fear, Gallie's here, to imprison you and save the day.♫"

Siggghhhh. Boredom no more, children.

RPing crazy people is the best.
