[Wip] I have to head out so i will finish up soon.
Location:
Name:The Dutchy of Carveola (Formerly) The Ruins of Carveola (Currently) Flag:
Capital and Major Settlements:
The capital of Cadori was a poor and dirty city even before the incident that turned everyone into members of the undeath. Now it's even more so buildings are in disrepair, some have collapsed and ivy grows just about everywhere. Now dead walk the streets some smart enough to lead the legions of the dead, others not so smart just wander aimlessly, and a even smaller majority of the dead who aren't intelligent wish to live a part of their normal lives.
The Necropolis was a well maintaned city due to it being the focal point of magic within the dutchy, it is where the incident that turned the populace first happened and it is now a blasted ruin of what it used to be, buildings and people in decay. The only thing that still stands like a black obsidan rod in the horizon is the Librarium, the tower where many people from all over used to study and learn spells. Because of people from other nations being present during the incident and turned the former nation of Carveola has made a lot of enemies.
Ruler and Royal Family:Due to the undead being unable to reproduce and some perishing within the incident or the following purges of all life. The Royal family adopts into the family, from various orphans, officers, or noble families and when they adopt they must cut all ties to that family or faction. But that doesn't always happen.

@Orcus So what's their angle? Are they just a dead army trying to murder all the fleshies? Or are they kind of like the T'Lan Imass from Malazan (I think it would be cool to go that route). I'd like to see what you've got but it seems like this gives the rest of the kingdoms of Seyan a casus belli and a cause to ally together against a common foe---which is good in the respect that we'll work together more easily, but might also take away from some of the cloak-and-dagger schemings that are oh so fun.
I think we definitely need to work in some antagonisms between the different nations because we'll have a lot more fun that way imo
Well i was thinking since magic in this universe is largely unpredictable, a incident in the study of magic led to what happened. Stripping a majority of the populace of self control and inhibitions, the more intelligent undead are leaders who have their own goals. So thus their goals ultimately depend on the leader. Some might see their gift of undeath as a gift of immortality and they desire to turn the world, others wish to consume it all, others might see it as a curse and wish to find a way to cure it.
Hopefully we'll attract more players. If we don't, I'd suggest you expand your borders. I'll also fill out the rest of the space with pleeb-land (ungoverned peasants and brigands).
Also, I'm currently working on your vassals!

Well, that depends. What traits did you have in mind?
It's only good trait would be a relentless and easily replaceable military that doesn't sleep, eat, or tire. But in return they wouldn't be able to produce next to anything or even be liked by the community at large. I mean who would trust a bunch of rotting stinking dead?
