Her bounty isn't 10,000,000, it's 10,000. Also, I'm editing the sheet accordingly, but I did do a bit of research to see what a small bounty would be; and I think 10,000 is quite small. I'm sorry for using OP abilities, it's been so long since I read One Piece, I forgot how much mastery went into Rokushiki.

Although, if Takoki is at least 70 years old, that does make more sense as to how much he can teach her from life experience as well as his want for retirement, so I feel like I want to keep him if that's alright with you.

EDIT: ..and I have edited accordingly. I've remove references to Rokushiki, but I want to keep Takoki, and I still feel like 10,000 Beli is not that much, considering a meal in Lougetown costed 100 Beli.

Yui Soramasu

Name: Yui Soramasu

Personality: Despite having had a noble upbringing, Yui has always held an adventurous heart; most probably thanks to her mentor and butler, Takoki-san. She can often be quite brash, and gets offended easily, but has always been a kind-hearted soul. She tends to react violently when offended, sometimes even using her 'Kaze Wushu' abilities when insulted. She behaves in a very refined manner, as she had learned from home, but she tends to speak her mind very much unlike a proper lady should.

History: Yui grew up in a large mansion in the Goa Kingdom. Her parents were always too busy to spend time with her, so she was instead raised by her myriad of butlers and nannies that were hired by her parents to take care of her. One of her butlers that stood out to her the most, however, was a fishman named Takoki-san. Takoki-kun was a former pirate who used to run with the Arlong Pirates until The Strawhat Pirates defeated them. Takoki-san managed to evade capture, and went on to travel the world on his own, before eventually settling down in Goa and somehow ending up as a butler for a noble family there. As Yui grew up, Takoki-san would tell her stories about his time with the Arlong Pirates, and his respect that he had for Luffy's crew after they had defeated him; as well as the stories of his further adventures after the defeat at Arlong Park. Yui was taught by all of the other servants how to behave like a proper lady, but Takoki-san opened up her mind to the possibilities of a world outside of sophisticated society.

It was at the age of 9 when Yui asked Takoki-san to teach her everything he knew about being a pirate. His stories sparked a sense of adventure in the young girl, and so he agreed, being so happy that he could pass down his knowledge to her. He had already been quite skilled in Fishman Jujutsu from taking a few years to learn it from a master at some point in his adventures, and attempted to teach what he knew to her. While her nannies taught Yui how to properly hold a cup of tea, Takoki-san taught her moves he had learned on his adventures. While she learned how to walk like a lady, Takoki-san taught her how to speak to pirates. Takoki-san had always been there for her, ever since the day she was born; and because of this she has a very high respect for fishmen, and holds Takoki-san in a special place in her heart, as a parental figure that she never truly had; because of her parents' constant absence from her life.

Unfortunately, learning Fishman Jutsu was quite a difficult task for Yui, as humans can't breathe underwater, especially tiny little nine-year old girls. After several attempts to teach her the 'Mizugokoro' (Water-Heart) technique in particular, Takoki-san finally decided that this was probably the wrong approach to take with this, and started with the basics, but on dry land instead. Eventually, she learned to become quite the fighter, almost being able to knock Takoki-san over when sparring. Almost. At this point, Yui was 15; and so Takoki-san decided to attempt to teach her 'Mizugokoro' again. Underwater, Yui still had problems concentrating due to her inferior human lungs, and so she could not get the technique down. However, when he tried to demonstrate the 'Mizugokoro' technique to her on dry land, and she copied him, something remarkable happened! Instead of being able to manipulate water, it turned out that Yui was able to manipulate air instead, and send out a blast of air by concentrating air currents into a bowl that she formed with her hands. This was because she was actually able to concentrate on land. Needless to say, Takoki-san was very proud and impressed with Yui. Fast forward a couple of years later, at the age of 17, and Yui had become quite proficient in her self-proclaimed 'Kaze Wushu' Technique. She was now able to manipulate the air around her body in ways that increase the force of her attacks.

A year later, Yui's parents finally came back to their daughter, but only to present a potential suitor to her. Of course, Yui was offended by this, and she immediately used her 'Kaze Wushu' on her parents, her suitor, and the various bodyguards that were there to protect him, and chaos began to run rampant. One of the servants told Yui's parents that Takoki-san was the one responsible for teaching her, and so he was captured, and she was restrained to her own living quarters. For six months, she plotted to escape and rescue Takoki-san; and so on the day of her wedding, she used her 'Sora Boost' technique to run away from the chapel where she was about to be forced to be married in, and crashed through the window, safely redirecting the glass shards away using her 'Kaze Shield', a protective barrier of moving air covering her body. She ran, and never looked back. She eventually found out where Takoki-san was kept, and proceeded to bust him out, so naturally, she acquired a small bounty of 10,000 Beli on her head for this.

Yui was finally glad to be able to leave her old life behind and begin a life of adventure, and her first thought was that she could travel together with Takoki-san. However, this was not the case. Despite all the recent chaos that would normally push one into a world of adventure, Takoki-san was still very adamant about his retiring from a life of piracy, and so he told her that he'd take her to Lougetown, and then they would finally part ways then and there. So for the next several months, they 'acquired' a small boat, stocked up on supplies, and set the course for Lougetown under the cover of night.

Abilities: Kaze Wushu: A fighting style that utilizes air currents in order to amplify the force of attacks. It is adapted from Fishman Jujitsu, with air as a substitute for water.

Techniques:

• Kaze Bullet: Yui can throw a punch that shoots a powerful blast of air at her opponent.



• Kaze Shield: Yui can redirect the air around her to protect herself from oncoming projectiles and explosives.



• Sora Boost: Yui can use the air at her feet in order to jump one more time in mid air, giving her an extra boost.

Traits: Just leave this blank for now.

Inventory: Nothing.
