Soria of the Forest - What is the regenerative potential of his KG? He's basically a Senju with Mayfly? With obvious creative differences. I enjoyed his history.

Boru Nagimari - Denied for being an Uchiha clone.

Toshiro Gomakashi is accepted.

Minemoto needs a history... and we're still going to have to talk about those Blaze Release.

Hitachi Shizuka - Isn't Nadra Shizuka in the same clan, who is in Kumo and Hitachi is in Iwa? The character may need minor changes but I see nothing OP, but the issue of Tsuchikage isn't settled yet

Hotaka Zetsubou - Soul-Body Separation Technique is an absolute no, how did you think that was going to get accepted? What are the limits of IWR? How long does the Four Blades Seal take to rob all 4 senses and what are 'standard sealing jutsu weaknesses' besides damaging the physical seal itself?

Isshin Nara is accepted.

Kazuma Harukotsu - Interesting.. There may need to be some limitations if the character is allowed however there are multiple Tsuchikage applicants at the time.

The part of Tsuchikage is between Hitachi, Kazuma, and Ezo. I will come to a verdict soon.

Side note* from this point there are officially no other Uchiha allowed besides Yosh's in-the-making character.
Aizen Shimura - I think Yosh put it well. Simply too much mastery in too many natures and expanding the ability from only destruction like in the canon version to creation as well killed it. There's simply not enough depth to back up how he has such intricate and powerful abilities, he just seems like a bunch of powerful elements spliced together.

Toshiro Gomakashi - He was just now elected to Tsuchikage at 50? Care to make some backstory on the last Tsuchikage and what happened, it would do well considering Iwa will be your village.
Pertaining to Meisagakure no Jutsu, how proficient are we talking? Also I hope you don't plan on using Shunshin in an actual fight.

Minemoto Uchiha - Heh, I like him. Hop to it with that history! You might have to cut down a few of those Blaze Release techniques but we'll see what the finished product looks like.

Matsuo Bushou is accepted.
Yoshua and Beta have been selected as my Co-GMs. Show them the utmost respect as you would myself and adhere to their criticisms regarding characters, OOC/IC disputes and all matters pertaining to the lore of Naruto and the lore of the AU.

This should go without saying, but should either of my Co-GMs display behavior that reflects badly upon my own judgement in electing either of them to this position I will not hesitate to remove their title and smack them silly. With that said I have chosen Beta and Yosh as they have both proven themselves good writers in my opinion and I will hold them to a much higher standard than the average player. I expect them to be fair, balanced and most of all cooperative with other players.

Now let's get some posting IC guys!

I am returning from my hiatus. I will resume my spot as Head Moderator, and appoint Beta, Tuujs and Durn if he so accepts as my Co-Mods. I will begin work on the new Divisions and revitalizing roleplay after my shift at work today, 4:30 PM CST.Additionally, I shall make it known that any member of any Naruto-themed roleplay is welcome here and I will not scrutinize any member of this roleplay for joining another. We are all under the banner of the Guild. We are a community united, and I see no reason for petty boundaries between roleplays. Thus, if anyone wishes to make you part of their community, I will not only allow it and encourage. On that note, I will encourage you to invite anyone you want to join this roleplay likewise. We are all of the same theme, we are all of the same community and we all share the pride of the Guild.

If this is a sort of peace treaty between Roleplays I respectfully sign my name onto it. Very humble of you, and very honorable!

Either Sloth's Matsuo or Gowi's Nadra need to relocate to Iwa. One or the other.
Took a while but I finally got an intro post in.
Chestnuts.. They were never her favorite food, yet Namine awoke with a strange craving for them today with no real reason why. Her head was filled with vivid images from her dreams. One particular dream stood out, in it she was sitting in the midst of a battlefield while eating roasted chestnuts with a light honey glaze and watching two medics sew up a young female patient whose arms had been crushed by boulders.

Before the dream could finish she woke up in a daze, running her hands through her hair as she sat upright and yawned. Her eyes drifted out the window to her right, the view from the second story of her living quarters was filled with trees whose branches supported the homes of many birds, all of whom Namine was well acquainted with. She turned to the side of the bed so her entire body faced the window. The tips of her toes gently touched the floor as she stood before collapsing her body weight against the side of the open window, her face and torso leaning out of the window. She held her hand out and on cue a tiny robin landed on her finger. She had encountered the same baby bird many times each morning, he was only a few weeks old now. She smiled genuinely and lovingly toward the little creature, who began chirping a little song for her, as if out of some kind of magical fairy-tale.

She abruptly turned her head all the way around, glaring at her door which remained closed. Not two seconds later it burst wide open, the caretaker of this particular orphanage was a very uptight woman who did not want her children sleeping in. She believed in strict discipline which Namine had grown very used to, and it seemed the by a stroke of luck Namine had woken up just in time to avoid the slew of insults and derogatory remarks aimed at any children who did not abide to each and every rule.

"Not even dressed yet?!" Whoops. Namine may have forgotten that rule. She winced at this remark, feeling the anger and disciplinary attitude that exuded from her caretaker's presence. "Well... Hop to it or you'll be late for your appointment with your squad today." And with that, she closed the door.. gently. She didn't slam it shut after flinging every hurtful comment she could muster this morning. Normally Namine was a very strong-willed girl, meaning her caretaker had to try extra hard to break her down and attack her emotions in order to get a rise out of the young girl, which in itself was no simple feat. But this morning... she said nothing. Namine knew it was only due to her accomplishment in graduating from the academy and if she had not been starting her life as a Shinobi of Konoha today, not only would she have been insulted but also deprived of at least breakfast or failing to be dressed by the time she was checked on.

Throwing on a red dress with pink petals lining the bottom, she raced out the door with her sword before she could be scolded for something else. She nonchalantly strolled through Konoha and took the long route to Amaguriama, before settling down there. Immediately the owner waltzed over to her and began making flirtatious small talk, which Namine danced around, easily reading his emotions and keeping in mind that she needed to blend in. Eventually he offered her a load of roasted chestnuts with a honey glaze on them, free of charge without even having to ask.

Soon her sensei-to-be arrived, whom she had received a picture of. She was only three years older than Namine, something she found intriguing. Namine averted her eyes but her mental focus was solely on her sensei, reading every single emotion that she gave off. She listened to her and the owner barter over chestnuts and the future of Konoha in the same argument. Her sensei was using her as an excuse to receive free things. Namine giggled at the silliness of the situation while popping a chestnut into her mouth.

Moments later Namine felt a very distinct presence arrive. "Sensei! Hataga, Shira, reporting for duty, Kami-san!" Namine remained calm and watchful, this was to be her teammate for what could turn into many years. Immediately upon hearing the name of her teammate, Shira and the name of her sensei spoken aloud, Kami, Namine was overcome with a feeling of warmth. She lost herself in this feeling for a moment before it turned into a nostalgic feeling, which was dismissed as she brought herself back to reality.

"You smell like ramen!" Namine perked up, and looked over to see what they actually looked like. She stared for quite a while, before turning away and hiding herself among the other customers to avoid detection. What she noticed just by glancing at her squad was the age difference between their Chuunin squad leader and the young woman that was a Genin.. carrying quite the large sword.. Namine felt an incredible presence from this weapon. Her thoughts drifted into the emotions it brought about. A sense of duty, a strict disciplinary form, honor and respect, and a complex history at the core the likes of which Namine could not comprehend.

She was losing herself in thought again. An uplifting feeling tempted her to look again, though she only tilted her head and cocked an eye toward the pair to get a glimpse of them, looking over at the precise moment to capture the image of Kami's smile. Awkward, yet genuine. The thought lingered in the air, and Namine smiled as she turned her head back, facing away from the duo. She listened as they discussed the blade and its weight, and she felt many emotions of happiness, surprise, a desire to help others, and a hint of ignorance coming from her sensei. From Shira.. there was much less to sense. A very stoic young lady, Namine sensed a few key similarities in herself and her soon-to-be teammate.

Shira spoke in mostly blunt facts void of any personal information or feelings regarding each topic, until the topic of the war was raised. From Shira, Namine sensed self-confidence, self-awareness, pride, obedience, and a strong sense of honor that was evident from their conversation. The most important thing that Namine could sense was loyalty. This, along with the talk of dead family and clans being hunted pulled Namine into her own mind once again, this time into a deep place in her mind.. Images of her mother running from the members of Sai's regime and the intense feeling to protect that which one loves.. the emotions overcame her, and she blanked out from their conversation momentarily, becoming withdrawn and quite depressed over thoughts of her mother.

A single tear dropped from her right eye onto the chestnuts. She sniffled, trying to collect herself as she realized what a scene she was making. She wiped her eyes and remembered why she was there, to become a strong kunoichi to protect the what she loved, just as her mother had done. She was flung back into observing their covnersation as her sensei spoke. "I serve the wounded." This comment echoed in Namine's mind... Her sensei treated the injured, the very same passion that she wished to pursue herself. It was a stroke of fate! She had been given the teacher that she needed!

Overwhelmed with joy the young girl could not pull herself away from the topic. Her focus was drawn away from her mother and away from the hulking blade her teammate carried, and focused only on the medical topic of conversation. Shira's explanation of the human body was intriguing and very sound, though a temple whose purpose was war seemed a tad hypocritical in her eyes.

''Like how well do you know the anatomy? The bones? The organs?" Kami asked. SO WELL SENSEI, please test me on this knowledge! She was screaming encouraging thoughts in her head. She began to forget that she was not part of the conversation but trying to observe their emotions and behavior. "If I pointed to a spot on my body, would you know which organ is there and the bones that are under it?" It was like a pop quiz for Shira, but to Namine, Kami was speaking to her and only her, even though the two had not made eye contact once yet. The thought of having a medical-nin for a sensei overjoyed her. "If you don't know, I can teach you. You're really dedicated, right?" Kami asked, smiling slightly.

Namine hopped out of her seat, almost forgetting to grab her sword, and fell to her knees in front of Kami, bowing her head to the ground out of admiration and respect for her sensei. "Kami-senpai, I am Namine of the Akizakura clan!! I will dedicate myself to following your every order and would be most grateful if you would please teach me the ways of medical Ninjutsu!"

Hiden Jutsu: Ningen no Hikari
The Light of Man

Seeing as the Yatagarasu clan was formed in the old days before Rikudo Sennin spread the ways of molding Chakra, they have no Kekkei Genkai. However, Suzaku himself has invented an exclusive Hiden Jutsu, the Ningen no Hikari or the Light of Man.

The Light of Man is a peculiar technique in which it is made purely of a bright white chakra, born of Yin and Yang chakra. This technique was modeled after Rikudo Sennin's Creation of All Things, however the technique was never up to par with its parent Jutsu. After refining the Ningen no Hikari it took the form of a white flame, and gave off an enormous warmth, but did not burn what it touched.

The Ningen no Hikari is born from what he and the Sage believed they could feel in some way, from everything around them, living or non. They believed that each object gave off light in the form of a frequency. After much personal meditation each man grew able to feel the light coming off of everything around them, not just the visible light bouncing off of objects. Without the need for the normal five physical senses, each were able to perceive their surroundings with the utmost perfection to the finest detail.

The Sage called this the Soul, and combined with physical essence formed the basis of Chakra, so the Sage believed that everything carried its own unique chakra. Suzaku said otherwise, simply stating that all matter consisted of a single substance, that substance being light itself. Suzaku concluded that everything gave off its own unique light that could be perceived by those who could understand it. From this basic principle Suzaku altered from the Sage's path, and with the Sage's instruction on how to mold chakra, he began to experiment with the basis of Ninjutsu and the light from all things.

From the knowledge of knowing that every person gives off a unique light, he meditated for countless hours, letting go of all attachments and focusing only on his own personal light. Once finding it, he became attuned to it, and was able to perceive it in the physical world. Now, after mastering the Ningen no Hikari, there is a constant white hue coming from Suzaku, though only sensors can truly notice it. This light leaves his body and blends with all the other light in the area, which actually makes the area around him always seem a tad brighter than it really is due to the constant white light. Everything that his light touches, he can sense. This gives him a sphere of influence coming off his body, allowing him constant surveilance of the area around him.

The Light of Man, as Suzaku noted, made up everything. Thus, in theory, anything could be created from it. However, Suzaku was never up to par with the Sage in that creative department however he condensed the Light of Man into a highly energetic, spontaneous form reminiscent of a flame. the flame is volatile to the touch, never setting anything ablaze but causing a slow disintegration by dispersing matter back into light. It would take roughly two hours to disintegrate a 100kg object, so being attacked by this is not necessarily fatal, and it is a chakra-exhausting form of the Ningen no Hikari.

Special Traits: The Yatagarasu Clan, a very old clan indeed, were a physically adept clan who were known for their awareness, resilience, and physical dominance in battle. Much of those in the clan celebrated great strength and never was there a Yatagarasu who didn't once boast about their impressive speed or agility. In his old age, Suzaku possesses none of these physical traits, aside from the acute awareness. Despite this, after learning of the ways of chakra from the Sage himself, he has found an immense amount of it at his disposal, which he carefully and properly has learned how to mold with refined skill. In addition to this Suzaku invented the art of using only one hand to form hand seals, as opposed to the Sage who used none most of the time. Atop his awareness and chakra control is his wisdom which has come from years and years of life experience, his one tool he holds with pride.

Jutsu

Name: Ningen no In (Seal of Man)
Rank: S
Range: Passive
Nature: Yin&Yang
Type: Fuuinjutsu
Effect: Seals Suzaku's chakra constantly on a structure of multiple seals tattooed onto his back, and on his staff. Upon release, the seal returns his youth to him temporarily, enabling him to fight at his full potential. The seal's effects last a maximum of thirty minutes per day. The seal can be activated or deactivated at will, however the total time the seal is active will not exceed thirty minutes per day.

Weakness: When the seal is deactivated/runs out of chakra after 30 minutes, Suzaku reverts back to his normal body, that of an old man, and is met with great physical fatigue.

Name: Kokoro no Hikari (Light of the Heart)
Rank: D-S
Range: Long
Nature: Yin-Yang
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: The user intensifies the faint white glow the Ningen no Hikari naturally exudes from their body by holding a single hand seal. Based on the time holding the seal the glow will intensify to a certain density of light, depending on the will of the user and the amount of chakra used. The pool of light that is formed is dense enough to cause intense heat around the user. After holding the seal for five seconds, the pool of light intensifies into the form of white flames, the intensity of the light becoming enough to cause a slow disintegration of whatever it comes into contact with.

From there, the user can manipulate the pool of light they have created into various forms, including shapes (weaponry), arcs of light, spheres, etc. This may require additional hand seals depending on what is formed.
Weakness: The time requirement for forming the pool of light before light manipulation is possible is the largest weakness of the technique. *Note that his light-based attacks do not move at the speed of light and are slightly faster than normal Raiton techniques

Name: Shyogorei (Guardian Spirit)
Rank: D-S
Range: 10 yards
Nature: Yin-yang
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: After using Kokoro no Hikari the user is able to form barriers of varying degrees depending on how long its parent technique is held for. If condensed into its flame form, this technique will damage anything that comes into contact with it. The barriers can be molded to fit the needs of the situation into shapes such as domes, walls, etc.
Weakness: Requires Kokoro no Hikari to be used first

Name: Mandou (Buddhist Lantern Festival)
Rank: A
Range: 10 yards
Nature: Yin-Yang
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: In instances of emergency Suzaku can release an intense amount of condensed Ningen no Hikari in their flame state all around him, causing damage to anyone within the area, however the true nature of this ability is to create Ningen no Hikari for quick manipulation when there is an instance that they cannot wait a full five seconds to form the necessary pool of light.
Weakness: Due to the speed that chakra is needed to be released from the body not only is this a costly technique but it causes pain along the user's Tenketsu. This technique can only be used twice per every 60 second period, though two uses within a single minute alone will cause strenuous pain and a a hefty chakra cost.

Name: Kokoro no Tsurugi (Sword of the Heart)
Rank: C-B
Range: -
Nature: Yin-Yang
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: By generating dense light around the user's finger(s) or hand(s) and applying shape manipulation, incredibly sharp blades of light are formed, acting as sword-like extensions from the user's body, the length of which is determined by the user upon creation.

Converging two of these blades together forms the weapon of pure light known as the Kokoro no Tsurugi, a meter-long glowing blade of white light. The length of the blade can be shifted by the user, and while aiming the tip of the blade at a target, Suzaku can lengthen the blade at drastic speeds in order to turn the Kokoro no Tsurugi into a spear-like attack. However this lengthened form cannot be maintained for lengthy periods so the sword retracts after attempting to spear a target.
Weakness: More of a support technique to create weaponry, the spear-attack cannot change directions and is a head-on strike

Name: Meimou (Illusion)
Rank: D-C
Range: 15 yards
Nature: Yin-Yang
Type: Genjutsu
Effect: Suzaku manipulates light around him to alter his appearance. This can be extended to others and his surroundings but the more he alters his surroundings the more chakra is used and the more concentration required.
Weakness: Touching Suzaku will end this Genjutsu, limited range

Name: Toushisei (Transparency)
Rank: C-B
Range: -
Nature: Yin-Yang
Type: Ninjutsu/Genjutsu
Effect: By manipulating light around him Suzaku can form a clone of light capable of performing Jutsu. The clone also has the ability to feign jutsu by projecting light that appears like a technique when in fact it is a harmless illusion. The clone, when destroyed, releases a flash of light which, depending on the density of light used to create the clone, either creates a disorienting flash of light or a more volatile flash that causes minor burns to those in the area and temporary blindness to those who witness it.
Weakness: One-hit-quit

Name: Terikaesu (Reflection)
Rank: D-S
Range: 15 yards or as far as light touches after contact/seal
Nature: Yin-Yang
Type: Genjutsu
Effect: Within fifteen yards of his person Suzaku may create images with his light that appear very real to whoever views them. After establishing a seal on the target via physical contact the images are able to speak and interact with those under the Genjutsu, and even feel real. After the formation of the seal the illusions become much more complex and Suzaku can alter the entire visual setting of a battlefield with this. However without contact these are no more than petty illusions to distract the target.
Weakness: Not very powerful without the seal, breaking the seal disrupts and ends the Genjutsu

Name: Subete ga hikari-tatchi ga hai ni genshō (All Which Light Touches Reduced to Ash)
Rank: S
Range: All the Ningen no Hikari touches
Nature: Yin-Yang
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: Creates a blinding flash of light, disorienting all who see it. When the flash ends all which it reached it will be consumed in the flame form of Ningen no Hikari. The flames slowly disintegrate all they touch, however it is as simple as moving away from the flames as they do not burn or spread as they are not true flames. The nature of this technique lies in the creation of flames for manipulation, however it is one of his most potent defensive maneuvers. Those caught in close range (within three yards) will be severely damaged, others will receive damage varying on how far from the user they are.
Weakness: What light cannot touch is not affected, in other words shadows. Also, the damage done scales with distance from Suzaku. Requires an immense amount of chakra leaving Suzaku drained of energy both mentally and physically.

Name: Jiyouen Taido (Burning Enlightenment)
Rank: S
Range: -
Nature: Yin-Yang
Type: Ninjutsu
Effect: For either two minutes with the Seal of Man released or five minutes normally, Suzaku enters a state of utter and complete awareness combined with perfect synchronization and control over the five senses. All that the Light of Man touches becomes subject to his influence, as shards of flaming light appear within the Light of Man, all manipulated by Suzaku. The shards form spontaneously unless formed manually by Suzaku.

While in this state Suzaku gains an incredible boost to his speed, strength and endurance. Though when not using the Seal of Man in conjunction, exerting extreme force and excess speed cause much fatigue and bodily harm to Suzaku's elderly frame.
Weakness: Fatigue during the technique's duration and an enormous amount of exhaustion when it ends. This is only used if Suzaku has no other options left at his disposal.
^ Told you that you were allowed to post IC but you still need your CS accepted once it's finished.
Okay that clears things up. Yes, the second body is fine. But that five minutes of contact irks me a bit, it's not simple to maintain contact for five minutes but accumulating it might be easier than I imagine. So in theory you'd need an immobile or unconscious victim to do this, but at that point it'd be just as easy to kill them and inhabit the deceased body.

Accepted.

So is denied? Back to the drawing board then.

I didn't like the string technique
