Since I couldn't exactly find the description of Strategy I just asked around a Fate discord server and they gave me that description.

I don't know where the hell they got that from, but the actual description is more like:

The capacity to grasp victory before the battle begins, using the broader purviews of such things as diplomacy and logistics.
In her prior life, Nobunaga's surprise attack at the Battle of Okehazama was successful, but this was merely a fluke. It is said that in her lifetime, this fluke was the only battle that turned strategic defeat into tactical victory, but even then was a desperate fight. To this day, she reflects on this battle.

Hasty translation on my part so some nuance might be missed, but suffice to say it's more related to preparation for the battle than Military Tactics, which is for the battle itself.

Tenka Fubu will be treated as granting plus corrections on enemies with high levels of Divinity, mystery, or establishment guardian-ness. Against enemies with lower levels nothing will occur. Against enemies without any, the inverse.

Her Stand is a partial manifestation of the Reality Marble which is done under a different Saint Graph, so it doesn't make sense to be able to manifest it within the full manifestation of the Reality Marble, even if we ignore the difference in Saint Graph, which we won't be doing.

@Over Illusion Just to be clear, Mental Pollution at A is fine by you? Also, I mentioned that the Gigantic Beast Hunting skill represents a vital part of Lancer's legend, so I was wondering if I could merge that effect with his Noble Phantasm.

Magic Resistance is definitely going down to D, and I apologize for misrepresenting the Type of his Noble Phantasm as Anti-Unit. This is due to the lack of info on the wiki, which for example, actually classifies Unlimited Blade Works as "Anti-???". Go figure.

As for Eye for Art... I'll re-read the skill list to see if I find something important enough to switch it off, otherwise, I'll be keeping the skill, knowing its original connotation.

EDIT: I don't know, man. I can pull a lot of things off this Heroic Spirit's barber basin--err, head, but nothing really seems to hit the mark. The revised sheet is in page 8, if I'm not mistaken.

EDIT 2: Revamped his Noble Phantasm to an Anti-Fortress Noble Phantasm, granting additional buffs when targeting structures.

Don Quixote is almost completely insane, but he is actually capable of backing up his strange manner of viewing the world with solid arguments. Even if anyone were to argue with him regarding his delusions, claiming that the knights in the stories that literally drove him crazy were all but non-existent legends, he would try to explain the concept as vehemently as possible to the point when the other person either gives up due to frustration or loses sight of reality trying to comprehend his line of argument. Below his madness, however, lies a sense of sentimentality and nobility that takes form when he's not busy crashing his reality against that of the rest of the world.

History:

Don Quixote, born Alonso Quijano, was once a bored noble from the La Mancha region of Spain with enough money to last him the rest of his life, and bookshelves full of knightly romances. This all applies only if said Noble Phantasm belongs to a knight (as in the case of Noble Phantasms like Excalibur, Durendal, Rhon... etc.), and hasn't been forged after the publication of the first edition of the literary piece he was summoned from, in 1605.

Unyielding Will (A) - Throughout his many misadventures, many people from all shapes and sizes had tried and failed to wake Lancer from his knightly delusions. Even when actual knights and nobles assaulted him or tried to take advantage of him, his resolve was firm. At Rank A, Lancer possesses resistance against physical and mental damage. However, said resistance will not hold against attacks that aim at beguiling others - such as illusions. For example, while there is resistance against damage from "falling into a pit trap", no resistance will be in place regarding "making a pit trap appear as solid ground with an illusion.

Description: Lancer's spear glows a bright blue, granting him a temporary 1-rank boost to all of his parameters until his mana drops to 0 (Applying the upgrade to C-ranked MGI) While this Noble Phantasm is activated, Lancer's spear can be thrust to launch a beam of blue light from its tip that causes damage to Servants from a longer range with an extra 30 points of damage. Additionally, should this beam come into contact with a magical structure such as a Temple or a Workshop, the beam will explode, causing damage over a large area.

*I wanted to note that Don Quixote de La Mancha is considered to be the first novel of the European Renaissance, forged by the mind of Miguel de Cervantes as a satire/mockery of culture in the Middle Ages, with Quixote himself becoming a parody of the concepts of chivalry and nobility that defined previous literary pieces... essentially, Quixote's very existence is an assault on the knights' honor.

**This effect hails from the aforementioned windmill scene. I removed the idea of fighting giants because the skill is rather useless in this case, but I figured that if it's useless to slay giants, then he can destroy buildings instead.

Remove Unyielding Will. His burden of the mind's already included in Mental Pollution; moreover, being confident when people attack you won't save you from getting stabbed unless you're a Ploy or something. The best this would do is provide mental interference resistance, but Mental Pollution covers that already.

I am very confused as to why the crystallization of whacking a windmill he thought was a giant is "stats rank up and can shoot a beam". It seems to totally miss the point of that scene in the first place. I also don't know what "30 points of damage" means since we don't have a damage points or AC numeric system in canon, just the stats and their approximate numeric guidelines.

Giant Beast Hunting (B) - In what is often thought of as the climactic scene of his novel, Lancer sees a giant on top of a hill where he should be seeing a windmill, and charges towards it, being able to shatter it with a single thrust. As this scene is so iconic for his novel's audience, it has, as such, become a key component in his legend, and grants him a significant 2 Rank-Up buff in the Strength parameter(C to A) when battling Servants who possess characteristics of Giants.

The manifestation of a chunk of reality, courtesy of Lancer's twisted mind. By raising his spear to the sky and crying out the name of his Noble Phantasm, Lancer is able to create a Reality Marble that portrays the world as he interprets it, and everything inside this Reality Marble--including himself--changes appearance to fit his interpretation. While inside, Lancer gains a 1-rank buff to all of his parameters save for Luck, while the rusty spear he holds is transformed into a shining lance with increased damage and indestructible durability. (The damage boost symbolizes the contrast of the weapon's "lethality" in real life versus the effects of the spear as he imagines it. Also, the lance is made indestructible because of a running gag in the novel where Quixote's spear is constantly shattered and replaced at various moments in his adventures.)

Eye for Art is actually 芸術審美, which has the connotation of "fine arts", so keep that in mind.

Gigantic Beast Hunting doesn't change parameters.

NP to Anti-Army. Does it have any effects besides parameter boosts and the weapon enchantment?

As an aside, I do feel the need to warn you in advance that a Reality Marble will drain you dry in record time, especially with D MGI.

Okay, so seeing the incoming Servants for team Blue, I think that I'll scrap Sinbad and go for a canon Servant just so there's a bit of balance. As a side note, I do find it unfair how there's a 3 skill limit for OC Servants but already made Servants are free to go with what they have.

ANYWAYS, I'll throw out the Servants I'm considering, and anyone who has an opinion on which they'd like to see can chime in, as I'd love to make things interesting. Who I'm looking at are Medb, Boudica, St George, St Martha, and good ol' Christopher Columbus.
