Hey there profile viewer. I'm not sure why you're here, maybe you're curious, maybe you clicked here by accident. Whatever the case I suppose I should explain a bit about myself. I'm a veteran Role Player. I've been doing this for a solid 7 to 8 years now. I really enjoy running RP's. There's just something about coming up with a story and leading players through it that appeals to me. I love to write and I am always looking to improve, and in my opinion, RPing is the best kind of writing. I prefer Urban Fantasy, Epic Fantasy and original RP's in general. I just dislike fandom RP's. Give me an original RPG any day. Now that you know a bit about me, let's talk about general rules for all my RP's.
My RP Rules
1. Please Do Not Be Difficult
I absolutely hate it when someone questions me at every turn in my RP's. If you're the type to ask me overly complicated questions at every opportunity, try to create problems for me in the RP, or otherwise like to be difficult, please do not sign up to MY RP's. I have a zero tolerance and I have absolutely no problems asking you to leave, or straight up telling you to.
2. Do Not Harass Me
Some explanation here. I will post when I can and when I feel I can post something of merit. I have absolutely no qualms backing out of an RP if this is an issue, simply let me know. No hard feelings. I work all week and get up really early, I do not allow RP's to stress me out. This is what I do for fun, I won't let it turn into something stressful for me. This goes for RP's I run as well.
3. Respect
Respect me and I will respect you. Pretty simple.
General Thoughts
I notice some people like to do 18+ RPG's here. I am okay with that to a point. If it gets too weird I'm probably going to just stop posting. I love to read, play video games, and watch movies. If you want to talk about any of those things, hit me up. Thanks for visiting!
If you'll let me give Conall a voice in his head than I am willing to do it, otherwise I don't think it would be much fun for me to write. I also do not intend him to reach the final stage of the infection where his mental state would fully deteriorate. I would write him seeking a cure.
You can have a voice in your head. There will be a cure. As I said, I have no intention of killing anyone's character unless they wish it. It's just part of the plot and allows for things to be interesting. @Lurking Shadow Basically your character will slowly start to go insane and feral, he'll grow deformities like conjoined limbs and his skin will get pale and gross looking. All within a week. However, since you'll end up getting cured, it won't be permanent.
@Old Amsterdam Has it correct @Lurking Shadow It would take about a week, maybe slightly more depending, to turn you completely feral like the others. Unless you get the cure, which is gonna be a part of the plot. Sarafine could tell you, so could Jackson, and maybe a Warlock or two.
No. It's not a gain. He gets stronger and such but he starts to go insane and ferral. It's gonna be a plot point. There's a cure, but it would allow your character to handle the knowledge that he might go rabid.
By the way, if you guys want your character to be bitten, let me know. Interesting stuff happens. It can also lead to an opportunity for character death if you like. But I won't kill or emberass or mess with your character. There is oppurtunity for character development if you want your character to be bit.
I won't force anyone to do it, but let me know if you're interested.
Deformed creatures, Vampires, Lycans and magic users alike, ran in the streets. They were in the rebel section, they were in the DarkWorld zones. They came in dozens and they attacked whomever they saw. They bit vampires and witches, wizards and Warlocks. They broke through wards and drained the blood from people's veins. They had no sanity. They could not be reasoned with. The air filled with screams of pain and some terror.
Warlocks moved to fight back, Vampires defended themselves and Lycans shifted, Druids called upon the earth and they began to fight back. But there were so many of them. There was confusion and mayhem everywhere as rebels and Darkworlders alike shouted for a defense. For order. Fight or die. Those were their only options.
Okay so I've posted a little tidbit to start the DarkWorld story. If you're in the DarkWorld faction, come on in and join us. If not wait for Ever and OA to finish some stuff. She should post today, if not I have a back up plan to speed things a long that I will post tonight for the Rebels.
