What do you mean? Am I limiting the number of players on each side? No. I am also not forcing anybody to work together, or even team up. There's no sense in forcing people to choose a side they don't want to be on, especially if there really isn't going to be much point in partnering up (besides maybe the white souls helping one another, or black souls massing to overpower others.).

The blades stopped outside Ylisstol, and various characters have gone about going into ylisstol for the day. Major events include a joust, and grimleal planning. If you want something more in depth, you should read some of the older thread. I think Savo had a recap posted somewhere.
Both. One side's goal is to bring the sword to rest and save humanity, but the desire of the rest is to use it and gain power/land/followers/kill/etc. The sword plays with the minds of both sides.
