Mutation: Electrical manipulation, limited to his own body. He can create powerful electrical currents over his own skin, but he's can't create bolts of electricity or cause lightning, only influence it's direction.
History: Alec was raised by a Japanese mother and an American father. His life was decidedly average besides his abilities in Judo, for which he was renowned statewide (and almost nationwide). During one of his more public tournaments, he was overly worked and accidentally shocked his opponent. While the shock was minor and didn't hurt his opponent too badly, it was assumed he was cheating with a concealed tazer and kicked off the Judo team.
His father was outraged, but his mother was more understanding. She was mutated as well, but she'd manage to control her mutation. She'd heard about the Academy and decided to send her son there so he could better control his abilities. He was hesitant at first, but with the support of his mother, he was sent off.
Personality: Alec is not particularly shy, but he's pretty grumpy with people he hasn't warmed up to yet. He's scared of hurting people, so he doesn't participate in fights for stupid reasons, but he'll go in full force against people he thinks deserve it.
