Hi, my name is Jesse and I have been roleplaying for 18 years on and off.
- I would call myself a literate to advanced roleplayer as; like I said I have been doing this for a long time.
I am very queer-friendly being LGBTQIA myself. All characters I play will be at least a little bit queer, my character will generally be Bi or Pan even in a MxF romantic pairing. - As for who and what I will play, I can play both male and female characters. In truth, I usually end up playing male in order to get the pairings I like, especially with fandom one x ones. But, I do prefer playing female characters as well as Afab characters the most.
- I'm also happy to play as or play along with non-binary characters as well as, trans characters and any others under the trans umbrella, it isn't a big deal for me.
- I am looking for strictly an 18+ roleplay as I am an adult and I love including romance and a decent portion of smut in my roleplays. I think it can be a very interesting part of a story, it can add drama and I do like including it. I don't want to fade to black as it makes all the drama and tension we have been building just dissolve. So, if you aren't comfortable with that kind of thing then I'm not your person.

- Even though I do love romance, I will admit that things can get a little derailed when smut gets involved. So I would say that there still needs to be some sort of plot going on. So we can enjoy the smutty goodness but still, make sure things don't veer too far off track.
- I write 7-10 hefty paragraphs per post easily. Generally, I write even more if I am enjoying the roleplay. In fact, that is the sign that I am greatly enjoying the story. I can write chapter-length posts if I really get into a story.
- I don't expect anyone to match my posts in length as I will always greatly prefer to receive quality over quantity. But, I do love weaving an interesting story with my roleplay partner and, ideally, I am looking for someone who can give their character both emotion and depth. So my ideal partner would also be literate to advanced. Though, I would happily settle for someone who is literate but is enthusiastic.
- I really don't have all that much I can say for limits except for sexual assault, that's a very strong no go area for me. Oh, and toilet stuff, is gross. Please let me know your limits and if a subject makes you uncomfortable. I want to be as flexible as possible.
- I like to chat in OOC to get to know my roleplay partner as I have made a good many friends with this over the years. It's useful not just for brainstorming sessions. Don't be afraid to ask about new ideas.
- I prefer to roleplay via pm or via email, these are the two are the easiest ways I have found of roleplaying as that was I get time to write my reply. I do prefer email as I can check it on any device, I don't have to wait till I get home, but PM is just fine as well.
- I live in the UK so I am generally in a different time zone from most people I'm GMT.
- Also, I wanted to add that I don't particularly care for doubling but I generally make up for it by fleshing outside characters to fill in bits and pieces as and when needed.
- I generally don't make face claims either. I like to describe the little quirks of the character in our individual setting. But, I am more than okay with others using them if they make you feel more comfortable. Just give me a small introduction so I'm not the only one writing up an introduction.
- I can generally get in a long, detailed reply sometimes once a day sometimes every 3 days. As it's worth noting that I do have long term disabilities. Physical energy is an issue for me so sometimes it might take me a few days to get to a post, but I generally make up for it with enthusiasm. Also, I do go through flares with my condition where I won't be able to reply for a few days to sometimes a week if I'm really not doing well. I will always shoot my rp partner a quick message explaining the situation so no one is left in the dark.
- I don't really like it when people ghost. I will always act with kindness and compassion. I know real-life often gets in the way so it's never an issue to delay things. Also, if you are getting bored or want to add in some twists or spice the roleplay up then please tell me. Even if you just don't have any interest anymore, I much prefer you tell me, rather than leaving me hanging while wondering and worrying if you are okay.
Finally, now I am done with the formalities I would love to move on to what I am craving the most. I do have other fandom roleplays I would like to do. But, I thought I would post this one first and see how it goes from there.
I would love to do a Harry Potter roleplay featuring Remus and Hermione.
I have a plot that I would love to play out as it has been bouncing around my head for a while (which I am more than happy to post in full).
But, here is a brief summary of what the plot involves to gauge interest. (I do have other pairings for this particular pairing that I can also dig out if this isn't your cup of tea. It's simply the one that I want to flesh out most.
This plot, it's a romance heavy adventure featuring Hermione and Remus. It's worth noting that Hermione is without a doubt an adult.
There is a strong Lovecraftian horror element as it revolves around a mystery, potentially full of horror and suspense. It involves a sinister cult even worse than meer eath eaters. Remus and Hermione are kidnapped and team up in order to escape. strong feelings between the pair emerge and they can't possibly ignore them.
Despite their newfound freedom, they can't help but think that there is something very wrong with the world. Or, at least something very wrong with the little town they have found themselves stuck in. Everything there feels off and the tiny little town. It feels as if there is something sinister hiding just beneath the surface and they don't have to dig hard, in order to unearth the decades-old horror. They must figure out what their kidnappers want/wanted with them and what part each of them has in a sinister prophecy. One that threatens to dissolve the barrier between life and death if played out by the cult that has taken root and the cursed town the Wolf and the Witch have found themselves in.
