He looks to alright. You can place him on the Characters tab and move to the IC.
For everyone:
Is there any chance of the people who have neither posted, nor said anything in regards to their situation to confirm whether or not you are still interested in this? And for those who said anything regarding not being able to post, whether or not you have any idea when you'll be able to post for sure (or at least with a reasonable degree of certainty)?

I don't plan to extend the second night further than I already did, or keep pushing people to post (that's not interesting neither for me nor any of you). If there's neither movement in the IC in some way, or people don't make their situations known within the next week (when I'll end the second night), I'll end the RP.

Again, I'm not trying to push anyone to post, but no matter how bad your situation is, asking someone else to wait two weeks or more to and not even saying isn't right.

If you can't, or don't want to, post just be honest. I'll comprehend it. That's normal. However, I'll not wait for it, since I'm not interested in that. I hope that you understand it as well.
Fate/『 』Märchen
And so it was over.

The opening act of the Holy Grail War, come and went like a fleeting dream. The whiteness of the snow that began to fall not long after the night's encounters were done for, drowned the vestiges left behind from the clash of legends and those who summoned them.

It was a cold night. The peace of Tokyo's citizenry was yet to be broken.

Even so, a disturbing fact made it to the morning news:

"An undisclosed number of persons, most of them suspected of being homeless people looking for a shelter from the cold, were found dead today close to Fuji TV's headquarters. The Metropolitan Police issued an statement saying that they died of a combination of hypothermia and asphyxiation after being caught in a sudden gas leak tonight, at around 3:00 a.m.

Their report also states that the investigation will continue until the responsible parties have been appointed. Even though their report also remarks that this is an isolated incident, the Metropolitan Police also requested that all citizens be on alert. If you suspect that anything is amiss, please report to the nearest Police Station[...]"

And with that heavy weight on their backs, the dance of life and death of the Holy Grail War was about to begin anew.

Just as the Second Sunset dyed the city streets in blood-red shades once again. Bringing an even colder night with it. With the snow beginning to fall slowly even before the Sun had fully left on it's nightly journey...

Nightly Report:
• After Archer summoned 20 Hounds for an extended period of time, and spread over a large area, in the previous night, Mercedes had a sizable portion of her magical energy reserves drained and is still recovering from the strain.

• None of the other Masters suffered a similar level of strain. They all can be in their best condition for the night.

• No casualties on either side happened yet. Neither has the secrecy of the Holy Grail War been threatened.

• The second night will begin with a light snowfall that will keep on going all the way until the next morning. The wind's intensity will slowly rise, reaching its peak (very strong, near gale force winds) around 11:00 p.m. and slowly die down as the morning approaches.

Notes #02:

Some more observations regarding the issue of Archer's hounds, and somethings that may apply to all Servants as well:

• On the issue of them tracking people while in Spiritual Form: please, bear in mind that, while in Spiritual Form, a being can only perceive spiritual sensations. In other words, they can feel the presence, and a vague notion of distance and maybe (but not always) direction to other nearby spiritual beings. They can't see, hear, or feel anything, nor interact with the physical world at all. If they, or any Servant, want perceive anything physical, they have to shift back into a physical form.

• On the issue of them trying to appear as normal hounds, suppressing their presence, while in physical form: they cannot. That would require having the skill Presence Concealment, which they don't possess. On that matter, even while in Spirit Form, they can be perceived by other Spiritual Beings and even magi as long as those have the means to do so (usually Spiritual Evocation users, or those with appropriate Sorcery Traits, like specialized Mystic Eyes).

• On the issue of their durability: having around C Rank END affords them a decent amount of durability. However, if they are hit with a clean blow from someone like Saber, Berserker, and Rider, they are going to die instantly. A single Anti-Army Noble Phantasm, or Area of Effect spell can wipe out several of them at once as well.

On the matter of spells, even though they have a minor (D Rank) Magic Resistance, they can still be hurt by and suffer the effects of magic, so beware about launching them against Masters carelessly, since they are almost more than capable of killing one of these hounds with their spells. D Rank MR might make it very hard for pretty much all of them to hurt these hounds, since it cancels most spells that are generally useful in combat, but at least Alexa can easily one-shot one of them thanks to her High Speed Incantations. A spell with a chant of Three Lines or more should be able to kill them in one hit, which hard for most mages to pull in the middle of a battle, but Alexa can do in One Line (or less if she has her Mystic Codes with her).

The same is valid for Servants as well. Magi may be much, much weaker than Servants, but if you underestimate them, you are gonna end up in a pickle.
@Parallel Hearts Can I get a rage luck check? I think I'd be getting one here for the cool duel being interrupted.

Sure.

Here's it:
- The ME roll
- The resisted LCK roll

Berserker succeeded, but it wasn't by that much of a difference (25 vs 22). He resisted the impulsed to rage by a hair's breadth so to say.
The only debates I noticed seemed to resolve themselves, honestly; a guy who dropped the complaint after reading my post, and Idol asking if Charisma guarded against it due to it doing the same for Emergency Powers, a pretty similar skill. I said yes to that. Is there anything else that needs clarification?

No, that's enough. I believe.

I just wanted to make things clear for good.
PS:

Just to clarify what I said here:

- Notes #1:
Also, please don't throw the "I'm a big nerd/expert/professional/etc. in this or that thing/fact/field" card around. Even if you were willing to prove that you actually are what you said to be, bear in mind that flaunting any knowledge you may have to discredit someone else is actually very rude. And in a setting were historical/legendary facts get twisted and turned to the whims of the plot like the Nasuverse it doesn't matter how much you know about IRL mythology and history, the character sheets and background info are the absolute source of truth.

If you have any sort of expert knowledge in any field, you sure are welcome to use it to help others/share it as you see fit. Just make sure to do so in a respectful way.

Knowledge is meant to be given, not flaunted.
- Notes #1:

For everyone:
Please add an Alignment field to the Trivia section of any Servant Sheet who doesn't have it already.

Also, please refrain from answering one another with animosity. Even if someone ends up trying to do something shady or gain an unjust benefit from any situation (like trying to rewrite a scene because of previously unknown/vague situations) I'll disallow it in all but the most relevant cases. So there's no need for you all to be accusatory towards one another.

Lastly, No, the Church won't put a bounty on your head even if you blow up the Metropolitan Administration Building. As long as you do it in a way that can be covered and you do it as part of the Holy Grail War (not wanton destruction), you won't be hunter. Just, don't touch the Imperial Palace and any historical temples. That would actually cause trouble for you for a whole other set of reasons. A servant may not even be able to approach many of these places by anything other than the front gates (The Palace for sure in one such place) thanks to their own barriers.

Now, for @SSW:
If possible, please explain Berserker's first skill a little better. I didn't want to ask that, but if people are still debating over the nature of its effects, how to resist it, and how strong it actually is, it's best that you clarify it for good before we end up with an actual discuss in the OOC or Discord.
Having an idea of where the fallen leylines are would be good. I don't have anything I'd want to do with them, but I did want to include them in tonights patrol.

I see, it makes sense.

Well, Tokyo's Fallen leylines are probably all claimed already by the mages that live there, or safeguarded by traditional temples, sealed by keystones, etc. You can make up any that you want to say the truth. It's an humongous city founded in an ancient spiritual ground who quality is second only to Kyoto, so it's bound to have at least one or two per Special Ward (we know that Shinjuku has at least two). And I can bet that the Imperial Palace is built right over another one.

There's a probability that some of the fallen leylines in the outskirts of the city maybe claimable without poking the mages of the city to go after you all.

I'll make a big exception of this, however. Tokyo Tower will have an unclaimed fallen leyline that can be captured by anyone with the right tools.
This moved nicely in just a couple days. Better than I expected. Everything is shaping up in an excellent way.

I'll be posting IC sparingly for the time being. Unless someone needs the interference of a NPC (like if you go to the church), you have free reign to do pretty much whatever is it that you want.

I'll edit the character list later now that everyone is done and paired.

If you need something from me, don't hesitate to ask.

Even if it looks like I haven't logged I'm always keeping an eye on this. Always...
