The United Republic appreciates the response of Brazil despite its lateness. We will open our shores to Brazilian Ambassadors once more and the persona non grata lifted, however we would ask that the Brazilian government take more care with their words and stance towards not only European Nations as well as American Nations. It is the right and sovereignty of the nations of the Grenadine and Argentine Confederations to ally with whom they will. Europe is not a devil to be viewed with mistrust.
Now, turning towards the Orient, as I look over the reports of the East...I find myself appalled at the incompetence shown by the previous Administration. The mobilization of such an enormous Chinese army is truly a threat to the stability of the Orient. Therefore, in the interest of stability and peace, we hereby demand that China downsize their forces and are to only maintain a functioning army of no more than 400,000 troops. We consider the numerous Chinese forces to be a threat to the stability of the Orient and our interests there.

Well, there is firstly the physical resemblance. Both possess blonde hair and blue eyes so that is an initial thing; but on a surface personality level they are both loud and brash types. I think of Ino as a sophisticated/female Naruto in some sense. She is more dainty and such, but also loud. On a deeper emotional level, I feel that they are both encouragers if that makes sense. Whereas if Naruto was in a relationship with Sakura, she would take his affection for granted because it's always been there. She would not be built up by his affection which would essentially make her ask for more from him. In which case he would probably feel unappreciated and it just would not work. In the case of Ino, I feel that she would appreciate his affection and then pour that same affection and encouragement back to him. It would be a more equal relationship.
Also, Batman's a hero because he lacks the super-powers and is therefore not a super-hero. However Captain America -does- have some powers. They say peak human performance, but honestly it's beyond that IMO.

I don't want to be a cock-block - and it's probably not even in my interests so I probably won't do anything about it, in terms of military action - but whatever happened to the treaty that called for peaceful relations with German states? Unless you pull some more trickery to justify forceful annexation, it's not going to look very peaceful when Prussia steamrolls the countries it (and Austria) swore to protect.
Treaty of Rotterdam. Article II. You signed it.
Article II. All signatories shall endeavour to support Prussia's efforts towards the unification of the German nation.
