@Brocktree The Collective has seen peace for many hundreds of years, but that doesn't mean there has been no need for occasional small conflict. Every peaceful nation needs a coast guard in the case of incursions by small groups, but that doesn't always mean a disruption to the Collective's peace. The Star Guardians have, in the past, been that coast-guard-type force for the Collective. They work with the other branches of the Vanguard, and have faced smaller skirmishes for many years, but nothing that has disrupted the status quo. Individual operators during these skirmishes, especially the Sentinels, would have seen action in these skirmishes, and so someone who's been around for 700 years would have seen many of them, and thus become a Veteran; not of war, but of small theatres of combat over a long period. Hailing from an exile world has nothing to do with it. The exile worlds usually produce the incursions, that those in the Vanguard become veterans of over time.

Edit: Also, just a reminder that we have a Discord where you can find more tidbits of scrumptious lore and info. Link is at the top of the Zeroth post.
Speaking of ports, they're not listed in the Locations section of the Data Files but they're on the Solomon System Map. Some Collective planets also have orbital rings which function as ports.
@Arkitekt The exo-suit is fine by me, no worries there. As for her age and HUD, Collective neural implants actually do generate a HUD, but if she has her own cybernetics that's fine too. And yes, if she were to be a veteran, I'd increase her age to the 600-750 range.
@Arkitekt Well we don't have mecha in this universe... a bulky exosuit would be fine though, as long as it's closer to armor and not mecha. And yeah the age change is a-ok.
@Brocktree I'm okay with a digital attack occurring on an exile world that affected people there with cybernetics. The only real thing I have issue with is the lack of neural implants and neuranet connection. They're how the Collective enforce law so I doubt they'd make an exception for someone who wanted to join them. He doesn't have to like them, or really use them that much, or have any other cybernetics, but for the Collective I'm afraid it's a must-have.

And my canon is that the Collective neural implants are un-hackable anyway.
@Avanhelsing No problem. That ship could hold like four times its current 250 no sweat.
@Avanhelsing Looks good to me. I'll add him to the list of approved characters once I get my characters all done.

Edit: I would up the tonnage of cargo the ship can carry, however. Being its size, I'm sure it can hold more.
@Avanhelsing Yep, that fits, go for it.
@Avanhelsing Yeah, those should be pretty common fare. Most ships have drones of some sort. Combat ships have fighter drones, civilian ships have cargo transfer and repair drones, et cetera et cetera
