Current Today I reached the conclusion that, if presented with an exact duplicate of herself, one of my characters would DEFINITELY hit that.

They're not LONG chapters; but the fact I've managed to right 2 meh and 4 half decent ones in 4 days makes me very happy with myself.

So... Literally the same personality as Mason, except a mobile weapons platform?

I was thinking NPC drones as the other team

Argus

"No worries, not a big deal if you can't remember." Argus stated plainly, attempting to reassure the artificial agent. "I'll just see about pulling a book on golems from the archive at some point. I'm sure they've got something on the topic." he explained, checking his watch.

"Hey Rich, how's it going?" The djinn greeted his fellow agent, stuffing his hands into his pockets, "You up for a game of capture the flag? I figured that'd be a worthwhile attempt at team building."

Rost

"Just Rost is fine, Agent Anselm; or Professor Smith, haven't been called that in years and I somewhat miss it." the scribe finished his tinkering with the simulator controls and set it to run a test round while they awaited the other agents, "That should do it. Reconfigured the capture and escape simulation with a second objective point and set the AI to be more active."
@Searat

Rost and Argus

"Very good then, but please dokeep me apprised of your status if anything seems out of order. I am confident in my abilities, of course, but it's always best to be on guard in case we made some sort of mistake." Rost affirmed, still studying the control board from the corner of his eye. "Mister Grau, would you mind letting me have a look at the controls? I may be able to whip something up for that capture the flag game while we await the others; as last i checked we did not have any such scenario in place."

The Djinn stared at Rost for a moment before shrugging and stepping away, "Help yourself. Probably better than anything I could cook up." he dismissed, changing his focus to Astra as the scholarly agent set to work, "So.... golem huh? Never met one of you before. You some kind of earth elemental? Possessed statue? Or are the old Hebrew myths more or less accurate?"
@Searat

Rost

"Speaking of fun, have you experience any technical issues that I should be aware of? Glitches in your analysis spells or similar?" Rost inquired politely, moving closer to the other two agents, "Let me know if you have any issues, I must admit I would relish the opportunity to have a closer look at your underlying spellwork now that you're fully operational." he took a look at the command menu for the training room, considering the configuration screen before he continued, "A better understanding of how you function would be beneficial in the event you ever need to be upgraded or repaired from serious damage."
I think so?
@Searat Rost's formal title is actually head of arcane research, so hesd researcher or Senior Researcher would be a more accurate way for Astra to name him
If not they can ask to be pointed in the right direction

"Most of the others should be familiar enough with it to play, but we can work out the specifics once they get here."

"Familiar with what, exactly, Mister Grau?" the blue eyed scribe incquired, appearing around the corner, "Some sort of game I presume?"

"Yeah, capture the flag. Was thinking it would be a good exercise to get some proper teamwork going on when we enter combat missions."

"An interesting proposition, such games are common in military training. I don't see why it couldn't be beneficial to our particular group." the scribe turned his attention to Astra, "And I take it you approve of the idea, Miss Astra?"
@Searat

Argus gave a friendly grin, "Simple game. Split up into two teams; each team gets a flag and a base. The objective is to capture the opposing team's, flag and return it to your own team's base. Was thinking we could set some training drones to the highest AI level and have them be the opposite team. Then we can use it as an exercise for tactical training and coordination, focus more on working together than on winning."
