Edited in her subject number and changed her alias; I was half-asleep when writing this and it didn't occur to me at the time that it would be a name she'd give herself, and I don't see any reason she'd name herself Switch right off the bat. (And yet I realized this at midnight...?)
As for the combination logic, it was like her brother's power overwhelmed his body, slowly breaking it down. When there was only a small amount left, mostly brain cells and energy, they injected it into Charity's brain. So technically he would be dead anyway and lives on in his sister.

Okay, after about an hour of trying (and failing) to decide on a power, I figured I should reuse one of my old characters that never got to see action. She's pretty interesting and I think her power suits this roleplay. So let's get down to it.
Name: Charity Russel
Age: 16
Alias: Red
Subject Number: 9
Appearance: She has no visible changes, except for the fact that one of her eyes is light blue.
Personality: Her personality depends on her powers; normally she's a quiet but determined girl, set on getting her way, but when her power activates, she's terrifying. Violent, impulsive, and overly confident, she's the exact opposite of her regular self.
Power('s): (I'll have to explain part of her history here, sorry) Her twin brother was taken to the facility as well. They gave him massive amounts of power, so much that it couldn't be contained in his body. To solve this, the scientists combined him with his sister to balance it out. It's fairly difficult to control, but Cherry can bring her brother's power and personality to the surface, allowing her to create blasts of excess energy, along with gaining superhuman strength. It tires her out quickly, though, and she passes out after using it for more than five minutes. It also changes her gender on a cellular level; her face looks the same, her body does not.
Equipment: One of those zinc energy bracelets that can calm her down to deactivate her power. Also, a baggy long-sleeved t-shirt with an odd collar and baggy shorts.

Appearance: Black eyes, carries a guitar case (guitar included). Cat form is large, pure white, and long-haired, with green eyes.
Personality: Innocent, too nice, a little antisocial, very protective, very careful, especially with other people. Personality changes when in cat form to a little stuck-up, cool demeanor, talkative.
History: From alternate dimension where anything goes, lived in a similar boarding house called Scarlet Letter where people came and went all the time. He was popular there, but mostly among the girls, since he was always kind and helpful. He couldn't stand breaking girls' hearts when he told them he had a girlfriend, and then his girlfriend disappeared and he came here. He cooks too.
Likes: Music, inventing, sleeping, the Chinese zodiac.
Dislikes: Fire, reptiles, the undead, stress.
