Current Insomnia with no cure to find! Someone, knock me out, please!

Bio

Hi, everyone!

I'm Phi Chisym, or Phi/Phiomey. I'm a happily divorced mother of two young women, one trans son, and grandmother of an extraordinary 7-year-old granddaughter. I'm a graphic designer/ghostwriter/fine artist, a ShorinRyu Assistant Instructor, and an editor/proofreader for a local company.

Owner of Pen Brush Mouse Creations (graphic design, ghostwriting), Upsidedown Words-Collaborative Writing/Illustration Group, and Co-CEO (with my cousin) of Linicomn Richardson Fine Art-an online art gallery supporting WeAppans.

I've been RPing online since the dawn of the era (Don't laugh). It's been my training ground, if you may, for testing the waters of the writer's pool to see if I can tough it out within the younger populace; hoping that my skills capture the attention of this crowd. Why? If you could see how many freaking YA and graphic novel concepts I have on the shelves in my room! I have a lifetime of ideas collecting dust that needs completion and publication... But, I'm a nervous bug - too scared even to know what my shadow thinks of me!

Truth be said, roleplaying, and D&D saved me from my fears of rejection, and now I'm not so frightful about the strange worlds, creatures, and life events my inner muse rakes my brain with daily.

So, the best way to test the waters - is to jump in!

After 20 years of this, I've met excellent writers of all ages, from hobbyists to professionals, all on various RP sites. Many of them are still lifetime friends and ghostwriters with me. We keep up with each other and continue to build the stories we've started in the past. Eventually, one of us will get our shit in libraries around the world!

Okay, enough of that.

I've got a lot to work on when it comes to story weaving, but I'm a natural Brainstormer and, if time allows, can GM a concept to completion - and a Part 2! I work well with others (unless you're Kenneth Unling from Conversions at the office - stay away from me, man!). And even though I'm a busy woman and constantly have to step away from Roleality for Reality, I always return to a story - no matter how long I've been away. It's the principle of it all, ya know? You start it, then end it! If I can aid someone in building their wonderworld through the silly characters and wild adventures and suffering we put them through, then hell - I'll return just to see if they survived! So, if you don't mind running a story for 3 years, knowing it'll be something remarkable and unforgettable, then hook me up!

Well, not at this particular moment in time. I'm already committing RP Suicide with how many RPs and D&D campaigns I'm currently participating in. But, if I'm up for something, I will be looking around. If you can't find me, if your RP idea works for me, then I'll find you.

K, I'm done typing my fingers off. They're slightly long-winded.

Alright, Happy Writing, Folks!

Lithy and Remy rushed to their rooms, trying their best to quickly pack their essential needs and magical tools for such a venture. Lithy finished quickly and returned to the group with a full backpack of clothes and messenger bag and a hobo bag full of her magical items and spellbooks. On the other hand, Remy took far too much time to decide on what clothes to pack. And with two large trunks of magical and alchemy items to his name, he had to decide which were important enough for this event. Eventually, he decided to shrink both trunks to the size of small jewelry boxes, and tucked them down into his messenger bag with his grimoire and wand. He returned with the other students.

Lithiuna has heard about Black Hill Top. She's read about it within a few classes, but she's never ventured into the simple little village beside the massive hilltop near the outskirts of the city. Stepping foot there now, she was utterly impressed that it was an actual little town beside it with stores, a gas station, and a few people living there. As they headed to the Black Well Estate, she was overly impressed that this magical place was so well-hidden.

"Well, it's nice to know the counsel of magic has some sort of safety plans in play for times like this," she mumbled as the first group of students entered the estate. A middle-aged man, dressed similar to a butler, stood waiting for them on the front porch. He escorted them inside.

"Ah, I can see that my old friend has finally gone off her rocker." Seeing Mister Anatole present there offered Lithiuna and Remy a sense of nostalgia, being the first person the two students had met on their first days of school.

"Mr. Anatole, it's good to see that you're safe as well. Lithy stepped before Anatole with a relief rarely seen in the normally nervous student. "Once everyone has settled, would it be alright to chat with you about - your old friend? I would like to learn what you know about Madame Muir's abilities."

Remy stepped up as well with a delighted grin on his face, bright and chipper like he's run across an old friend. "Mr. Anatole! Glad that you're here! What should we do now that we're here?" He looked around, wondering if there was any place there for entertainment; a game room, or a movie theater. If they were going to have to stay there for a while, surely they keep this small-town active.

I'm going to get my postings in tomorrow. I've had a very long day today, and I've got the migraine to prove it.

"Are you alright?" Yuri's soft whisper at his ear pulled him away from the crowd.

His eyes blushed pink, "Yes..." Tilting his head up to the taller form, Remy could catch his dear's smile in his peripheral. "For now, I'm just fine. Later... probably not so much." With a deep sigh, Remy just enjoyed being wrapped in Yuri's warmth and trying his best not to let the events of the day cloud his focus. With this threat now endangering everyone, Remy wondered if it would force a gap between him and his potential bow. Truly, Yuri would be asked to assist with their escape - he's one of the strongest Mages there, along with Lithy, Ivy, and a few others... He doubts he'll be asked to help - which would keep them apart for a while.

Yuri quickly snapped back to reality and sighed as he looked at Emelia and Lithy. "I'll do it. I'll create a path for us to get out. We all need to stay focused. Understood? Once we are at Black Hill Top we can set into motion making allies and figuring out how to deal with your mom, Emelia."

He felt everyone's concerns and doubts but held no doubt in his mind that the elite students would be able to come up with the right solutions to handle this matter of survival. He just wished he was stronger in his abilities to offer more aid. Learning about his abilities and starting the Institution rather late in life doesn't make him any stronger than the others in his class. But, for some reason, Muir placed him with the others... Has she seen his divination grades this session? But, it's obvious to him, and all the other students by now, that she wasn't looking for quality. She was looking for quantity - the more magical students she had under her thumb, the more power she'll gain when she drains them... Remi's eyes darkened to the deepest blue; he closed his eyes quickly and turned away.

Remy felt Yuri's chin on his shoulder and interlaced fingers. "Don't overexert yourself, babe," Yuri noted at his ear. "As much as I'd love to carry you, I don't want you to hurt yourself. Besides, we can revisit those chains and whips later if you want."

Another blush took over his cheeks and his eyes brazen a mid-tone of purple. Thank god, no one else around them understood his personal rainbow of emotions. The embarrassment would have caused him a stroke. "~Yuri~, don't tease... not now, at least." Remy squeezes his hand, silently expressing his feelings about the crowd. "I'm fine... really. Just wish I can... help out more, somehow."

Aww man, we're not recruiting for Muir! She doesn't need any more mana!
We're recruiting for Mages that can beat her ass!

LOL!

The students began throwing more questions at Emelia, which the woman answered professionally without a stammer. Even though Yuri spoke of distrust, since Emelia was their Headmistress's only daughter, Lithy could easily read that she was not their problem.

"She speaks truth," Lithy's uncanny eyes could clearly see a golden aura of trustworthiness radiating around Emelia as she spoke. However, it was laced with the color of gloom... Regardless of her words, she was just as uncertain about their prospects as everyone else. Glancing around the room, Lithy sighed, "Emelia is the only person here that knows Madame Muir the most... We'll need her. We'll need everyone we can find to help us save ourselves." Giving Yuri a quick nod she noted, "Maybe we can't quickly contact the Pantheon now, but perhaps we can personally make our way there...

It was a stretch, but there were only a few students who could project spirits or forms across the 888 Plains of Existence. Even though they rarely agree with each other, Yuri was one of the strongest members present, and the only one she knew that was capable of teleportation through sight. Perhaps, if Yuri and her combine their skills, they could reach the Pantheon that way. If she uses her illusion skills on him...then possibly...

Plans were beginning to rise within the room, turning the once dreadful scene of despair into one of determination and a fight for survival. Glancing towards Yuri once more, she noticed Remy, the emotional rollercoaster, standing before him with eyes the color of glistening ocean water. He was using his abilities to calm the room. Nodding, Lithy actually felt relieved that there were other students working their magic for their survival. It offered her more confidence that they can make it without fatalities.

"Emelia, if you feel Black Hill Top our best bet, for now, then let's do it. We have enough elite students who can aid you in getting all of us out of here, and even helping ward the place further once we're there... Then, perhaps we can focus on setting plans. We need to find help. We need to stay hidden and safe. And we need to figure out what skills we need in order to defeat your mother. But first, we have to make our way off-campus without alerting suspicion."

I posted for Remy.
