Yes correct. You are much better at explaining it than me.
By hearing it I mean she knows what it is so she can use it. (And I am adding this in.) She can use it when she has gathered enough energy in her cross and she can get the energy to do a powervby either being near someone with a strong power essence or by touching an object associated with power essence. If someone was to have a strong power essence they would have to be advanced at doing their power.
