For the portal thing, yeah I understood that part which I limited to not being able to cut flesh, I believe. As for teleportation well, nice one as that is creative right there >.> But besides that I haven't got anything else to say, so off to editing!

Actually if used right, it can be one of the most broken powers out there, on par with time manipulation or worse. Though I wont explain how.
I honestly don't see how teleportation or the creation of portals would be on par to time manipulation but if its two against one I'll change my character. With one power he be on C-ranked... Right? If I chose teleportation to be the single ability.
The basic idea is fine, but the powers, well, choose teleportation or portals, not both.
Huh, my character specializes in Spatial Manipulation(to a basic degree) so that isn't it plausable for me to have both? Either power aren't really devastating in my opinion.
Well wish my character Alphonse for a good review, I hope he doesn't get sniped down by you people... ^,^ But if you want you guy could give me a power rating to go along with my character, because im bad at judging them xD (hopefully it's over 9000)
