Roy Kusayanagi

Slowly but surely Roy began making the connection, it was as if he was finding the missing pieces to a puzzle but there was still some information left out. The blonde boy held a hand up to his chin as he began to fall into deep thought, he suspected Kaida's quirk to be some sort of reptillian transformation that granted increased strength. Similar to master Croc, so with the power house quirk pool that the Shadow clan possesses why would they want a quirk like that then? Sure it would reinforce their strength but is it really worth all that trouble? Perhaps there was more too it then he thought?

WAAM!!

The door flung open causing Roy to whip his head in the direction of their unnanounced visitor, would it kill them to knock? It seemed as though she was looking for Kaida but to her surprise she only found two boys. The girl quickly raised a white bundle to shield her face, most likely to hide her embarassment. The boy let out a deep sigh as he knew this conversation was going to have to be put on hold.

Roy looked back at Takeshi to see if maybe he knew this girl but they both shared the same clueless look, "Yeah, I know where Kaida is" The boy made his way over to his wheelchair situated infront of his bed before slowly descending into the seat like an old man before taking a deep breath. He rolled his wheelchair past the girl and into the hallway, looking both ways so he doesn't accidently run anybody over. As he looked right his eyes shot open with a surprised look, a few familiar faces as well as two new ones. Though out of all of them he couldn't seem to stop glaring at Jett, Roy abruptly turned his head in the other direction before wheeling off a bit aggressively an acting as though the guy didnt exist.

"You probably shouldn't slam open hospital doors anymore, if this really was Kaida's room then you might've invoked the wrath of her guard. Maybe you've seen him already, a tall barbarian, brown hair styled in a pretty dumb style, green suspenders, thinks he is the shit because he bullies kids that are a fourth of his age." The boy looked both ways to ensure that Sparks was nowhere to be found. Soon they reached Kaidas Room and Roy slowly opened the door, there wasn't much of a point in knocking since they were most likely asleep. The boy cracked the door open to see if the the coast was clear before opening it wide enough for the group to enter.

"Were you just checking to see if she was alright or did you have other business?" Roy said signaling towards the bundle in the girls hands.

Roy’s eyes opened wide as Takeshi made explained the situation to him. To be honest if they hadn’t gotten attacked by his family earlier he wouldn’t have believed anything he said. The boy clenched his bed sheets tightly, it all made sense though, it was the reason he was able to keep up with the villains.

The blondes heart began beating faster and he felt a lump build up in his throat as he thought about the situation more. That means Takeshi must know why the shadow clan spared him and Kaida. Roy placed his feet back onto the cold floor of the hospital room and made an attempt to stand on too feet. The boy shakedly got out of his bed, his knees seemed as though they were ready to give out. He looked back at Takeshi, it was easy to see in his eyes that the boy was a mixed bag of emotions right now.

“...I-I...”

It was hard to speak at the moment, his voice has swelled up with emotion as he tried to speak. He had to get it together, he was so close to gathering the answers he’s been searching for his whole life. He opened his mouth again and tried once more.

“Michiko is in Kaidas room, she was sleeping earlier when I checked.”

He had to asked Takeshi now, while he still had the chance. “Takeshi...do you know why they spared me and what they wanted to kidnap Kaida for? There was a this guy with a horrifying aura around him, his presence was enough to make the man with the dog mask nervous. When he tried to take Kaida away, I tried to hit him with everything I had but he completely crushed me. He told me something before leaving me on the floor to fall unconscious due to my injuries...he said he’d been watching me and Kaida ever since we had been born and that he’d spare me partially out of respect for my father.”

Roy took a few steps closer towards Takeshi, “I never knew my father nor seen him, I have no clue what kind of person he is, but after today...I know he is not a man of pure heart. If he was then he wouldn’t be someone respected by a clan of assassins...I want to know if you know who my father is?” Roy managed to push the lump in his throat out of the way as he asked this important question before they make their way over to Michiko.

Sekai Hero Academy, one of the first hero academies to emerge out of Japan once quirks became a natural phenomenon. Since the entrance of U.A's golden age of popularity after producing top notch heroes such as All Might, Endeavor, and Endeavor, Sekai Hero Academy has slowly dropped in the ranks to the #7 spot. Despite not being as popular as a school such as U.A, Sekai still stays relevent in the topic of best hero schools with its production of heroes instilled with traditional values of what it truly means to be a hero at its deepest roots.

Damian Miyamoto

RIIING!!! RIIING!!! RIING!!!, BAM!!!!

A hand came slamming down visciously silencing the electrical time keeping device, with the amount of time he has done that throughout the year you would think his alarm clock would have broken by now. The boy rose from his bed, eyes still closed as he looked forward at what was his dresser before letting out an lenghty yawn. One after another he opened his eyes, starting with the left before rising out of bed reaching into his red Pajama shirt and scratching the back of his shoulders.

Today was the day, the entrance exam for Sekai academy in which he had been anticipating for many years to come. Oddly enough the blonde was not nervous at all for this day as he had been preparing for the past 3 years. I guess that is what happens when you approach a task with a chip on your shoulder.

Damian made his way towards his dresser and picked up a frame picture of him and his older brother that was sitting on top of the piece of furniture. At first his face was a little distressed as he stared at the photo but it soon turned into a bright and wide grin. The boy had already packed for the exam the previous night before, snacks, water, exam papers, as well as a change of clothes. He wanted to be well prepared for this exam, when it comes to Sekai Academy the exam is never the same everytime, from year to year it changes signficantly in criteria as well as location. This year it would be taking place in Shinto Village on the country side.

Shortly after falling into deep thought, Damian washed up in the bathroom as well as ate breakfast before grabbing his bag and keychain before heading out the front door. The time was about 6:45, he had about 20 minutes to kill so why not pay him a visit? It was still a bit dark outside as he walked through the dimmly lit streets though it didn't bother him much, he has made this trek so countless times in the past 3 years at all hours of the day. As he walked he came across an iron fence with a small section of it cut open, big enough for the boy to fit inside. Damian slipped right through without hitch, a smile slowly becoming plastered across his face, for once he was in a good mood for his visit and at last he arrived at his destination.

Damian took a seat infront of the gravestone with his legs curled up, "Today is the day that I take over where you left off, I think its funny because most of the people I went to intermediate school with asked me why attend Sekai? Why not go to somwhere like U.A or even Komei Academy but it was much deeper than that. The teachings that you instilled in me, the way you you were apart of this community, was something like a role model...an inspiration to us all...

The boy grew quiet as he sat in front of the grave, it felt as though he was in his own bubble as the early morning mist created a shrowd around him making everything but the grave clouded.

”I want to learn from the same school that you attended and walk in your footsteps.”

Damian got back up onto his feet as he prepares to say his goodbyes but was soon interupted by a familiar voice.

”Damian? Are you around here?” a bright phone flashlight could be seen dancing around in the fog, as the voice came closer , the flash got brighter.

”Yeah I am right here Biron”

Soon enough the flash became unbearably bright as it was shone right in Damian’s face before it was turned off.

”I figured you’d be here, we should start heading to the train station. The earlier we get to Shinto the better.”

Damian let out smile in agreement, it was time to go accomplish his goals. He was thankful to have Biron by his side while doing so, at first it was unsure whether or not Biron would even attend a hero academy. As dependable as he is, his major lack of confidence holds himself back from his true potential.

The train station looked like something out of a movie, the dim lighting mixed in with the morning fog gave place such a mysterious vibe. It seemed as though Biron wasn’t having it just by the look on his face.

Soon enough the train to Shinto village had pulled. The two boys boarded the train taking a seat near one of the exits.

”I’m going to take a short nap, wake me up when we reach our stop.” and just like that Damian was off to sleep.

The boy could feel a slight nudge, ”Damian wake up, we’re here.” Damian woke up, a bit discombobulated, as he looked outside the window of the train all he could see were lush green hills. A smile soon appeared on his face as he took in the change in environment.

”Shinto village”

After disembarking from the train, a dirt trail played the role of their guide as they made their way to their destination. Damian had decided to check his phone for time, it was about 7:38, as he looked up in the top left corner of his phone he could see he only had one bar of cellular connection.

”Stick close by Biron, the reception here isn’t too good. It’s best we don’t get lost.” Once the two made it into the village it was easy to tell apart the examinees from the village inhabitants. The examinees all were young with fresh clothes while the villagers were equipped with worn clothes.

”Lets ask for directions Damian, I don’t want to get lost”

Damian looked at Biron and shook his head,”Nonsense! All we have to do is follow the other students, we’ll be fine!”

Damian began to scout around for someone who seemed as though they knew exactly what they were doing. Soon enough his eyes lit up and Damian took off in a fast speed walk right behind them with Biron following anxiously.

What could possibly go wrong?

Yasunari Hisakawa

Mr.Hisakawa let out a smalll sigh as Reina apologized to him, at was as if a bit of guilt had struck him as those words escaped her mouth.

”I don’t want you to feel sorry dear, I want you to be more careful. You’re going to be in the next generation of heroes, you and your cousin. I’d hope for neither of you to have a short career due to being reckless.

At the end of the corridor a group of nurses were prepared to take care of Reina, once Mr.Hisakawa saw them in with he began to slow down in speed as he had a few more things to say to her. Very rarely did he ever get a chance to speak with her alone as her grandfather.

”The first step you have to take in order to improve your quirk will begin with your mental state. You have the potential to become something great and everyone is beginning to take notice, everyone except you. The lack of confidence in yourself is holding you back like a ball and chain. It’s humoring that you and Amane possess similar quirks but are so different. What he lacks for in compassion he makes up for in sheer strength and confidence while you are the other way around.”

Finally they had reached the end of the corridor, as the gravity yarl handed Reina he left her with a few words of inspiration.

”But I feel like that is the reason why you will become a great hero, confidence is something that is built up much easier than a strong sense of compassion.”
