Gangland in Night City
It was rarely ever dark in Night City. And you never saw the starry sky through the smog and neon. Even in a back alley off Jig-Jig street, the signs were bright enough to light a stadium. But, light, dark, it made no difference. Crime was an every day occurrence. And there was little need to hide it.
A black Columbus minivan sat parked beneath a glowing casino billboard. "Why are they always late?" A gruff voice grumbled from the passenger seat. The light of a flame brightened the cab as the passenger lit a cigarette.
"They'll be here soon. Tyger Claws are generally very orderly," another voice from the back of the cab said. "See, there they are."
A Mackinaw truck pulled into the wide alley way ahead, pulling up just in front of the minivan where a set of stairs led to an upper footpath. As the pickup truck parked, two men and a woman got out of the vehicle and strolled to the front of the truck. All asian. The woman had a katana sheath hanging at her hip. One of the men held a sub machine gun and the tallest of them was unarmed.
The van door slid open. And the passenger in the back hopped out. "Tenji!
How are you doing friend?" He pulled a large black crate out of the back and carried it to the Tyger Claws. "They're all there. Just as you ordered. Open her up, if you like. Won't hurt my feelings. Not really," the thin grey haired man chuckled as the tall unarmed Tyger Claw stepped forward with a smile.
"No need, Jericho. Here's the funds, as promised." The driver of the van watched Tenji's eyes flicker red as he sent the money transfer. As soon as the glow of his eye implants faded, a muzzle flash lit the alleyway. Tenji fell backward against the truck with a shout as blood sprayed the hood. Another shot sounded from the opposite side of the alley, hitting the woman with the katana. Then more bursts of gunfire erupted.
Jericho ducked and sprinted back to the van, diving into the open door. Leaving the crate on the ground behind him. "Drive kid, Drive! Get us the fuck out of here!" The driver slammed the van into reverse and floored it. Using the small camera on the dashboard to avoid collision.
So that is my idea. I left the characters and intro purposefully vague so we can mold it into our own thing, together. But my thinking is that we play two members of this new, smaller gang that gets embroiled in a gang war. Having to choose sides, make allies, backstab acquaintances.
Looking for crime drama as well as the slice of life of being a close knit gang. A family if you will. I want to see the gangbanging side of Night City just as much as the day to day life.
That said, I am looking for this to be much more grounded in realism. Dark and gritty, like a crime drama. Not as bright and flashy as an anime.
I do require any interested partners to be over 18. As I am looking for smut and romance in this story. I am open to any gender pairings also. MxF, FxF, MxM. Whatever we want to play. I'm open to it.

Today I am in a very particular mood for Slice of Life roleplays. I am obviously leaning towards a romantic lesbian pairing but this is certainly not set in stone. I could be convinced of writing a MxF, MxM or trans pairings if someone preferred those gender pairings.
I'm mostly looking for soft, cute romance and passion between the characters. But that's not to say it can't get a little rough and intense between them. I do NOT fade to black and would prefer a partner who enjoys writing out romance scenes. So you must be 18 or older to roleplay, here.
I'm open to any genre for this. Modern, Medieval, High fantasy, Low Fantasy, Futuristic, Space, Steampunk, Pirates, Post apocalyptic.
Any ideas, please bring them to me.
Also, pairings can be anything from sisters, to enemies, or whatever you have in mind. We can discuss our kinks and taboos in a PM. I hope to hear from detailed writers. I don't roleplay in one-liners. Thank you.

Below I will describe a bit of myself and what I am looking for in this story, and I will include a TLDR for those who don't care 😏. And further below that I will list several plot ideas we could play. However, all these ideas could be changed, tweaked, and modified to our specifications together.
About me:
I have had other roleplayers say they didn't want to write with me simply because I didn't have my gender stated anywhere. Well, I have a penis, I dress and look and present myself feminine, and I respond to any and all pronouns. So if you can untangle that knot, please let me know lol.
That said, I can play any gender and dynamic of character, from the innocent damsel girl in need of protection, to the rugged burly manly survivor. And anything non-cliche in between.
I'm open to any and all gender pairings, so just let me know what you are interested in playing. I do enjoy romance in my stories, and can even go further into smut if you like that, as well. But only with partners who are 18 or older. So let me know what gender you are comfortable writing that opposite of and I can play it.
I write longer set up posts, especially when there is a lot of inner monologue or action happening in the scene. I'd say maybe 5-6 paragraphs. But when it's a quick, back and forth reactionary scene or conversation that we are both contributing in, I will write 3-4 to not overburden my partner with things they have to respond to in one post. That said, I don't expect my partners to write more than they're capable of writing well. I definitely prefer quality over quantity but I do want to state that I have no interest in writing with someone who only roleplays in single sentences or less than a paragraph at most.

Plot Ideas
First Contact:
Set during the first contact war, humanity is new to the galaxy. Their only encounter with another intelligent race was with the Turians and it did not go well. The colony of Shanxi is now under siege by a Turian fleet.
We would play as a turian and human fighter pilot who were in a dogfight above the canyon and both end up going down. They have to work together to survive and try to get back to civilization. As they survive together, a bond grows and a romance forms between them.
Reaper War:
We play as a crew aboard either an Alliance vessel if we're both humans, or a joint Council vessel if we're a mixed-species crew. Set during the reaper war, our ship is tasked with scouting the galaxy for colonies and ships that are being attacked by the reapers. Helping to fight and defend them, or evacuate them off world if necessary.
This will be an adventuring party type story. With room for plenty of romance between down times. This would essentially be like Mass Effect 3's story but with OC characters, as Shepard is out saving the galaxy.

Look For The Light:
The quarantine zone had become a hotbed of resurrectionist activity. It seemed to be on a tipping point as the Fedra soldiers got more strict and more paranoid with each new dawn. Informants sword that Firefly rebels were preparing for all out war in the zone. And the fascist leadership struggled to maintain order and safety among the civilians while rooting out conspirators. But as the morning sun rose, it would shine on a black day soon to be known as "Fire Rising".

This is a vague plot idea where we would play as two people in a quarantine zone. We could either play as fascist Fedra soldiers trying to maintain order and safety for the law abiding citizens. And hunt down all resurrectionists. Or we could play as revolutionaries fighting to free these people of a dictatorship. Hoping to overthrow the fascist government and reinstate democracy into the Zone.
Seeking Jackson:
This idea is fairly simple and open ended. We play as two characters who hear about a thriving and safe commune in Jackson county. It sounds too good to be true. Electricity, movies, food, shelter, security. Paradise. But given the state of the rest of the world, and all we've ever known. We have to at least try and find it. And hope that it's as promising as it sounds. It would be a story closer resembling the first half of the first game. As we journey across the country and encounter all sorts of people and horrors. And it can even continue into life in Jackson, if/when we make it there.
Or we could even start a slice of life RP as residents of Jackson of you would prefer that. Perhaps we get into a settlement war over scavenging and hunting territory and such. Maybe a larger settlement seeks our subjugation and tribute to their larger empire. And we are forced to find allies and fight back.
All of these ideas are open for discussion and tweaking. And if you have any of your own ideas for this fandom please message me and tell me all about them. I'd love to work on something together.
