So I just read the new Gazette. I am disappointed. I had such high hopes.

On the other side of the coin, it's hard for me to choose a Virtue for Dax. He's got some patience, some diligence, some temperance, some chastity.

However, his Sin is definitely Wrath. Most of his skill and world view is based upon the anger he has.

DK's virtue would be Patience; the description is pretty bang on!

I can't really peg him for one of the seven deadly sins because he tiptoes in some of them but it doesn't fit the classical definition.

While Juniper's interaction with Nalia kept themselves busy, the Guard Captain was a bit too busy focusing on Pieter and whether or not the man would fall over from the alcohol he had consumed. It was quite comical, the oft grave Meldyr gazing at a teetering Pieter uncertainly, as if to go 'you ok there pal'? What, did Pieter chug drink after drink as the entire debacle with the assassins and Crow happen in this very balcony and room?

When Nalia spoke up, he snapped to. "My Lady?" he asked until he had heard the entire request. He felt honored she'd ask him to do it himself, and not grant another few Guards this task. The handsome swordsman gave her a respectful bow. "It would be my honor." Meldyr stood at the ready, just after he gazed about the room to make sure all of his guardsmen were performing the duties he had just given them.

Escaping the Blight: A Collaboration of POOHEAD189 & MiddleEarthRoze

Rannon did his best to hide a smile. He'd had never been accused of being a talker, but he certainly felt like Feri was one. It didn't bother him truth be told. He sometimes needed someone who would get to the point and help smooth things over. Though, he could tell she could be blunt when she wanted to be. It was a good quality to have, after all. The tall young man reached out his hand and held hers, standing up on his own but keeping her hand in his as a sign of companionship. His smile was warm, but his eyes glinted fiercely. They had adventure to get to.

Gideon placed his paw atop their two hands, panting and giving off the biggest smile as he did so. He barked, and they were off.

The woodlands here were not nearly as thick as the Kokari, but it was still a chore weaving through the trees if they didn't pay attention. North northwest was their direction. Gideon scouted ahead often, though always within eyesight. He bounded above jutting roots and covered their flanks. Rannon had his armor on and sword within easy reach, but he doubted he'd need to use it anytime soon.

Still, needless to say that he was surprised when the first sound they heard other than the typical forest noises wasn't Darkspawn screeches, but jaunty music. He exchanged confused looks with Feri, before he unsheathed his sword and crept closer to the treeline. Slowly, he pushed aside ferns and leaves to reveal a small township, with a great hall of timber and stone at the center. Closer to them on the outskirts of town, was a fenced in circle of dirt that serfs were cleaning as if for some ritual would be performed over it later.

Once his mind caught up with him, he realized that it was a Champion melee; a competition. What was occurring in town seemed to be some sort of festival, however.
