Current My roleplay is all tabletop these days, and the part of the guild I used to hang out in doesn't exist anymore. To my friends from this site, I will think of you, and maybe I'll see you again someday.

To my friends from chat: I guess I'll see you around, since I'm still not using discord.

I don't actively RP on the site these days, but I might be convinced to come back if there's a cool fantasy or sci-fi group RP that can capture my interest. Catch me on Second Life, Wildstar, or Chat.

My life has gotten really chaotic. I'll be back to RPing when I can.

I need a good generic fantasy RP, but I can't find one.

I might play a big centaur woman who just fights like Goro or Shao Kahn from Mortal Kombat—disgusting amounts of brute force, basically, enough to grab people and swing them around like clubs or just actually rip them in half xD
Well I was thinking more along the lines of tabletop roleplaying games, where you can frequently mix and match classes to get the character you were going for, or even (in systems like GURPS) not have a class at all, which is kinda more like real life. At that point, you're not a mage, you're just an individual who has spent a lot of time studying magic and is good at it. Perhaps you studied other things too, but part of the idea is that people are different enough that a static class system doesn't represent a person's skill set particularly well.
I'm a big fan of monster races, like gnolls, centaurs, lizardfolk, that kind of stuff. Would that be open? Also, any reason you'd be looking at something as strict as classes, rather than just allowing a more open sort of character design?
So... as high school age students, I'm guessing they'd be mostly limited to trying to drive out most demons, and only killing the really weak ones? I mean, unless you have some other idea of how demons work, I think most demons would have been learning their skills for much longer than most of these characters would have been alive.
I have a feeling that those women were probably from the city. I grew up in the middle of the damn country, I like building stuff and setting up shelter and the like. Those women best be glad I wasn't involved there, I would have either kicked their asses into doing work or else gone off to live on my own and left them to their fate. Holy shit they sound completely inept.
"hurr durr I'm not like the other girls"
No, just not like that specific set of girls. I knew plenty of girls like me who also grew up in the countryside, I think that whole incapable diva bitch thing is more the product of an urban upbringing.
Relax with the bumping, dude, this board doesn't move THAT quickly. More than once a day is usually excessive here.
Gonna bump this again.
This is getting worryingly quiet.

Very bored.
