History: Mya was created when Martin Tolby managed to combine human DNA and canine DNA. He then let Cori adjust her genetic make up to see if she could allow for super human regeneration, and she succeeded, somewhat. Mya grew up in the manor, gaining a love of cooking from the chef who practically raised her. Now she basically lives in the Kitchen, which is where she greets new guests.

A safe haven for experiments

THE HOUSE
A smart house built by Jacob Tolby for he and his three siblings. The house is three stories plus a basement, and was designed to blend in with it's forest surroundings. There is almost any room you could want in a house from normal rooms like living room, dining room, and kitchen to a gym, library, and study to a fully functional laboratory and work shop. There's also an indoor pool, and the living room, kitchen, dining room, pool, and a majority of the exterior rooms have glass walls that are mirrors on the outside.

TOLBY FAMILY
The Tolby's were a family of inventors and experimenters. The oldest son, Jacob Tolby, enjoyed experimenting with different types of architecture, so the house has some unusual features such as odd shaped rooms and doorways.
The eldest daughter, Asia Tolby, was constantly inventing new gadgets to help out around the house, so pretty much anything that can be done by a machine is.
Martin Tolby was a geneticist who enjoyed experimenting with combining human and animal DNA
And Cori Tolby was also a geneticist, but she specialized in extreme genetic mutations and disorders

Fairy Tail: A new guild is born

I am interested in joining, but first I have a question.

I am planning on using a type of magic that has known spells listed on the fairy tail wiki. Do I have to use the pre-existing spells or can I make up some of my own?

The head priest came into the room as the group was discussing why they were there, and he nodded smiling. "that is correct my children. You were all chosen to help find the missing pieces of our Deity's statue." he said as he pulled a piece of paper out of his robe sleeve. He offered the paper to Feon as he continued. "On this map, I have marked the four towns you need to visit. The order you visit them in is completely up to you, but in each town you will need to visit the temple where the priest will make sure that you are the seekers. Once he is satisfied he will take you to the path or road that leads to one of the pieces." he pauses for a moment, thinking. "I must warn you. Malo knows about our search, and is sending someone to try and keep us from waking Lazuli."

The priest turns to Lali, and reaches into his robe sleeve again. This time he pulls out an amulet on a chain. The amulet is a moderately sized piece of sliver with Latin writing along the edge and a lapis Lazuli triangle in the middle. He handed the amulet to Lala. "My dear, I know that you are almost done with your spell training. This ambulance has been known to respond to prayers and spell. So, I am giving it to you for safe keeping, but this amulet is required for waking up our deity."

Lala nodded, proud that head priest trusted her with such an important item. "I promise to protect it with my life."

"Any questions?"

Lali walked into the temple with her father and Tier shortly after the woman with the wolf. She had been hoping that she would be the first one so that she could do at least a little cleaning, but her father had delayed them long enough that she was now the last to show up.

The first thing the group noticed was the pigeon dancing around a monitor lizard, and the wolf with it's paw on the lizard's head. Lala and her father couldn't help but laugh at the sight, but Tier just wanted to join in on the fun. So, the wildcat started playfully stalking the pigeons.

Lala said goodbye to her father, and walked over to where the others were standing. She recognized the paladin as having been at the temple on business a few times, but she didn't know any of the others. She smiled to the woman that had come in with the wolf. "You have a beautiful wolf, and I love her name."
