Might have to move back in with my parents. This town is toxic and my leasing company is criminal. I'm tired of spending my free time with my attorney.

Bio

I write a little bit of everything. If you really want to know what sort of things my mind goes to, here's a link:Pens and Swords

In the end, I like to think I'm an easygoing, friendly, and personable fellow. And I would certainly consider myself skilled in the art of non-aggressive communicatio- WHATCHU SAY ABOUT MY MOM

@Raijinslayer But, see, that's the thing. That wouldn't even occur to true Rakdos. They wouldn't even consider the possibility that they may be wounded. They just don't care.

I DO NOT DISCUSS THAT ANATHEMA.
@Raijinslayer I once built a black/green/blue deathtouch deck. It ran a lot of enchantments, and a lot of unblockable creatures with reach. Basically, it was the biggest asshole deck ever devised. It wasn't even made to win, just to be infuriating.

On the opposite end, the monoBlack deck i made for the same purpose ended up being an insane player-killer. It ran nothing but masochistic Horrors, and land enchantments. Basically, the deck was designed to make every player die at the same time, including myself. It would drain life from everyone every turn, and every time they tapped enchanted land, and I kept... what was it... Corruption on hand for lifegain when it was necessary, just so I could make sure I finished everyone.

The deck hurt itself so much, no one I ever played with did more damage to me than I did.

Also, I don't talk about Slivers.
No one should.
@Raijinslayer Oh, i gotcha, then. Yeah, black requires a "blood for blood" mindset. Not like Black/Green, though. That's like "i'm gonna chop off my arm, turn it into a million arms, and then replace my arm with a million arms".
@Raijinslayer If you're partial to big decks (yes, i know, it sounds hilarious) you may want to give Black/Green/Blue a shot. Use Blue/Black to mill yourself, monoGreen to keep your life up and remove Artifacts/Enchantments, monoBlack to remove minor annoyances from the field, and Green/Black to pull stuff out of your own now-enormous graveyard, effectively giving you a second deck that you're allowed to look through.
@PrivateVentures DID YOU JUST END THAT WITH A FREAKIN COMMA?

YES. YES I DID,
@1Charak2 I don't think they're overpowered. I just think that they would agree, that avoiding personal injury at any cost is something to invest in,
@Raijinslayer Commander is fun. Another place Blue/Black is excessively overpowered, though. constant kills and counters make the mind go funny.

I typically just play casually, with my friends and my wife. She runs Black/White, though, so I tend to get my ass extorted back to me.
@1Charak2 Well yeah, doesn't mean they like it. If they could have deflected it, they probably would've.

Plus, tanking a lightning bolt is so... un-Dimir.

Way more fitting to counter it.
@1Charak2 Actually, there are some free casts out there. Accorder's Shield comes to mind. But, I really just wanted to make sure I wouldn't get nailed right off the bat with a single drop damage spell, or at least had a way to resist it, as Dimir really do not have any single-mana spells.
@JaceBeleren I'm A-okay with mimicking Icy Manipulator's effect.
