Current Getting new RP ideas is agonizing when you realize you need to shelf them until you're less busy.

Luke Teth

Location: Ancorhead Spaceport

Once the Rebels retreat began, it was already in relatively swift motion. Kayala and Sutton did a good job of encouraging everyone to move off, and they didn't have a great deal of resistance, after all, there was only the one stormtrooper left with Kordath and Morgbra, and now he seemed much more concerned with staying in cover and living another day than trying his lucky taking down the Rebels as they retreated. As they began to pull back, Luke shrugged his shoulders to Stehrr, sighing at his question. "I'll explain it to you later, bud." Then he heard the voice back down the hall, getting closer.

Turning around and bringing his blaster up, Luke had it trained on Morgbra's head as he grew closer, if he hadn't seen the doctor symbol, he would have probably blasted him then and there. "Hold on there... Friend." Reaching out as Morgbra got closer, Luke moved to snatch the blaster from his holster, disarming him properly before looking to Stehrr. "If he tries anything, tear his arms off." He gave the Wookiee a nod, sending him with Morgbra up toward Jaina as they got back into their bay, Luke quickly moving to lock down the doors in case anyone tried to follow before they could escape.

Things had gone pear-shaped, but he figured having the hostages would help, if anything, it would be a bargaining chip if they did get captured. Then again, he half expected the Empire would just blow them out of the sky regardless.

Kordath Targon

Location: Ancorhead Spaceport

Kordath looked over the bay he still sat in, bodies littering the ground. This was not remotely how the mission was supposed to have gone, every one of those with them had been killed apart from the single stormtrooper, Jaina and Morgbra, who had just now run off traitorously, or been captured. Reaching out, Kordath fumbled in the sand for his holocommunicator, gripping at his wound with his free hand as he groaned, contacting Jesmand. Initially, he gave her a rapid recap of things that had happened, before recommending the course of action.

"Make your way over here, tractor beam that ship aboard and detain them all..." He groaned painfully, coughing as he had to take a moment or two to get his breath. Kordath was furious, he wanted to insist that Jesmand blew them out of the sky then and there, into space dust, but his better nature and judgement still had the better of him, for now...
I'm putting up an update now, apologies for the delay, guys.

"Y'know, i'd be lying if I said it wasn't that at least a little bit." He smirked as he glanced over at her, watching as she moved past him and he chuckled, moving about. Lucas started his usual search, looking for hollow spots in the walls and the floor boards, and after a reasonable bit of searching it didn't take long to find one such spot. Getting a crowbar to pull up some of them, dragging out the bag of cash as he looked through it. It certainly wasn't as much as he might have liked, but it would do. Sitting on the floor as he counted it all, he glanced over at Risa as she found the IDs.

Moving over, he chuckled as he picked up a few of them, he'd used such IDs pretty often, both of them had, of course, it worked a charm, and ideally it would help them keep a relatively low profile for the time being as he nodded. "I think you're right, been a while since we made some of these." He commented idly with a smirk, setting the IDs back down on the table as he brought the cash in his free hand back to the bag he'd found, tossing it in.
Liam Matthews

Location: the Church
Interacting With: Aloise Zamora @Morose

Aloise certainly knew what she was talking about, in fact, everyone there, even Dr. Chang seemed to know a fair bit more than he did, or at least, she was more confident. Liam was easily getting lost in this, and it was already far bigger than he would have liked it to be. Trapping Lucifer? Locking him back in his cage? This was far more than he had ever asked or hoped for, all he'd wanted out of coming to Altsoba was a damn pay rise.

Liam didn't bother to say he was in, he figured they would all assume he was, and as much as he wanted to say 'fuck it' and head home, he knew he didn't have a chance of lasting about three seconds without Aloise looking after him right then. Instead, he went back to asking questions, probably a terrible idea, considering the fact he'd barely understand anyway. "So... How do we uh... Get those, it's not going to be easy, is it?" It was just a vague guess, but if the 'demonic omens' were roughly what Liam figured they were, it would be an immense pain in the ass, and that was still probably a massive understatement.

Darren Andrews

Location: Altsoba County Prison
Interacting With: Jade Cornish @Morose

Hearing the gunfire and the other scream, Darren spun to face its direction, watching as the figure came out from behind the door. Staring at him, Darren kept his gun held rather at the ready, staring at the man as he stood there, still peppered with, what Darren assumed was his sisters blood from murdering her around the corner. Seeing the angel blade in his hand, and knowing what kind of person he was, didn't exactly make Darren fuss too much about making decisions, he glanced to Jade a moment as she spoke, before looking back to to the man.

"Y'know what, not feelin' it." He said simply, feeling an inspirational moment, all too reminiscent of the swordsman scene from Raiders of the Lost Ark, talking with or engaging in some protracted fight with this, clearly insane, dangerous convict, was not high on Darren's 'end of the world' to-do list. Part of him considered the fact the man might've been possessed by something, or may not have been human at all, but for once Darren didn't care to get technical with things. Pumping the shotgun again, he pulled the trigger a couple of times, firing at least three shells in the man's direction.

Javier Crypt

Location: Crypt Manor
Interacting With: Belladonna Crypt, @Lady Amalthea Mercurial Crypt @Morose

Chuckling as he watched his wife's rather graceful dispatching of the fallen undead, a charmed Grin remained on Javier's face as he offered her a quick one-handed clap. "Bravo, mi amor, were I feeling sportish, I would score that most highly." He assured her with a grin, turning back to his own undead, still impaled through the head. Sighing however as it didn't seem to do much but nail down the undead, he set a foot on the upper part of the back of its head, tucking his free arm behind his back.

With a well-trained flourish and grace, he drew the blade back out, almost giving it a twirl as he swung it around and downward in a blur, letting the blade slice down through the flesh of the corpses' neck, to sever the head from its body. Whether or not it would actually kill the zombie, a good decapitation was fun every now and then, a fact Javier knew full and well from experience, of course.
Jackson Tanner

Location: Anisa's Bunk

Hearing what Anisa was saying wasn't easy, not just because it was a touchy subject, but because he knew it was all right. A very large part of Jackson knew full-well how he shouldn't have been so hard on himself, how he shouldn't have still been trying to fight a war which had ended, even though it had now started all over again. Things weren't easy for him, they never had been since his wife had died, but he only made things worse, he couldn't kick the belief that just somehow, her death had been his fault, that he could have prevented it when he knew deep down there was no chance. "I should've been there..." He muttered quietly, more to himself as she brought it up again, looking down as he tried to settle it with himself.

When he looked back up, he saw Ani in front of him, his eyes locking with hers as he saw the look in her eye, the worry, the hurt, it stung him then far worse than anything else could've. He frowned deeply, frozen there, watching her as he listened to her. As she moved past him, he looked over at her, hearing what she was saying but finding himself paralyzed, unable to say anything however badly he may have wanted to, unable to think with so many different thoughts running through his mind, too much for him to comprehend. Eventually all he could do was sigh, looking away as he sat down, head in his hand as he let himself sink back into the boy he'd been on Shadow, nearly broken by so long fighting wars, fighting himself...

Gregory Quinn

Location: Captain's Office

As that question of hers came up, Gregory paused for a moment or two, he wasn't sure how to answer, telling her exactly why was unprofessional, but saying what he wanted to say as well was almost treasonous, by all counts. However, as he stared into her eyes, into the gaze of the woman he'd once dedicated his life to in every way, he found himself unable to lie, unable to say anything but what he wanted to say. "I wanted to see you again." He said plainly as he kept his eyes on her, for the first time in a very, very long time, actually letting a smile grace his lips, if only for a brief moment as he looked back down, as if it had been the wrong thing to do.

Looking back up at her, he cleared his throat, sighing. "I'm on a mission again... I've been assigned to head to Whitefall, some Firefly stuck on the surface there... I'm meant to capture the crew." While he didn't say what she would know exactly, every hint of his tone would push toward it. "I just hope things can go peacefully." He said quietly, an immense amount of meaning behind the words.
That took a little longer than expected, apologies for that!
Harry Walsh

Location: The Grand Continental Hotel

Harry remained quiet and polite as always, eyes drifting back and forth between those present in the room as they all spoke. As Vera began to re-explain everything she had told the others to Aziza, Harry moved closer to listen to the explanation himself. It was all a little complicated for him, myths and stories were never really something Harry subscribed to or cared for, however, considering some of the things which had happened, he couldn't help but give some credit to it. As Aziza said his name, he turned to her and raised an eyebrow, he certainly wasn't upset about her using his first name, but he noticed that she had used it for the first time, and simply hadn't expected it.

As she looked back up to him later, he nodded his head once. "If you'd like to go, I would be more than happy to escort you, Aziza." He assured her with a smile, watching her closely for a moment or two, before realizing that his gaze was lingering perhaps a little too long as he forced his gaze back away, turning to the group as he smiled softly, listening quietly as a light tint of pink crossed his cheeks.

William Drake

Location: Egyptian Museum

Watching as Vera turned her gaze toward him and brought up the issue of securing some transportation. He scoffed at her comment, rolling his eyes as he watched her. "Oh, don't you worry, I know you're just desperate for my help." He snapped back with a smug smirk on his face, tucking his hands idly into his pockets as he shrugged to her next question, reaching up, scratching at his chin. "Of course, hope you can function long enough without my charms around, though." He commented smugly once more, tormenting the woman as he always did.

As Keystone spoke toward him, William nodded as he crossed his arms over his chest. "Don't worry, when it comes down to it, picks and shovels'll do just fine, oh and some rope, and y'know, the other junk." He'd comment rather nonchalantly, shrugging his shoulders, William didn't particularly care much for the fussier, more intricate tools and practices, after all.
I'll be posting here and elsewhere when I get home in an hour or two ^^

Edit: Home now, so they'll be here soon.

Location: Safe House

Laughing as she came over toward him and gave him that usual sultry smile, he slipped a free arm around her waist as he felt hers go over his shoulder. "Damn, we hardly even got the chance to give the bed a proper test in the heights." He chuckled at that, shrugging as he followed her to the door, giving his sidearm a quick grip under his jacket to just remind himself it was there. He shrugged his shoulders at that. "Conning someone might manage to get some unwanted attention, probably best if we avoid our usual M.O. as much as possible." Lucas was more used to slipping into a more luxurious role, fast cars and comfort were generally the usual routine, apart from the odd mission which had them slogging in mud and grime.

"Roy's probably got some cash lying around somewhere, he won't mind." Really, Lucas didn't care if Roy would, he imagined the man could get ahold of more in an easier way than either of them could. Moving back inside, he started to head toward Roy's room, idly beginning to search around for any stashes of cash, safes or duffel bags, after all, what was a proper safe house without some decent, untraceable cash.
