Liam Matthews

Location: the Church -> Anywhere but the Church
Interacting With: Aloise Zamora @Morose

Liam definitely didn't make an effort to avoid Aloise leading him out of the church. At that moment, getting away from the Devil, as far away as possible, was the best thing he could have been doing. He wasn't sure how exactly they could deal with this, fighting the Devil didn't really seem like something they would be able to do, but he wasn't the specialist in dealing with the supernatural. He figured, or at least hoped if there was any way to fight the Devil, or to lock him back in his cage, Aloise would know it. How true that was, he didn't know, he may never have known, but it was a hope.

For now, Liam focused on running, staying as close to Aloise as he could, wherever she led him, he figured it would be better, safer than the church was. It was a fight to not let dread set in, this was literally the end of the world after all, it wasn't an easy thing to do, to find some way to be optimistic and hope that things would work out in the end, without him dying horribly.

Darren Andrews

Location: The Church
Interacting With: Jade Cornish, Satan@Morose

Moving to the side of the door as everyone began to sprint out of the Church, Darren kept a firm grip on the blade in his hand. As Seraphina ran out and spoke to him, he did consider her words. What he was doing probably was suicide, but he wasn't sure if there'd be a better opportunity to take Satan out, and if he didn't manage to do that, well, they'd just all die anyway. Taking a deep breath, he watched as the others moved off and turned his gaze back inside, focusing on Satan as he watched Jade, pleased that the Devil was more focused on her for now as he moved into the church as carefully and quietly as he was able.

He clenched his fist around the angel blade as he moved carefully. Whether or not he'd die there wasn't something he was considering anymore, in his mind, now that Satan was around, it was do or die anyway. If he didn't die here, he'd just die later, far more helpless and having missed the opportunity. When he was close enough, he put all his effort into the stab, lunging forward to try and force the blade through Satan's back, and hopefully right through his, or, well, whatever counted as his heart.

Javier Crypt

Location: Crypt Manor
Interacting With: Mercurial, Belladonna @Morose

Resting in his wife's arms, Javier let his eyes drift up toward her at her comment, smiling somewhat. "Ah yes, I do believe your dress is still stained red." He grinned as he 'sat' there, turning his gaze over to his daughter as she crushed his body's fingers. "Darling, try not to break too many of your father's bones, it's always a pain when I get the body back." He asked kindly as she moved off and upstairs, getting her equipment to go and do something. He gave a proud smile from where he was in Belladonna's arms. "They grow up so fast, no? Now dearest, do you think you could work on putting my head back on?"
@Morose

Got the post mostly done, but i'm exhausted, going to finish it off first thing in the morning.
@Morose

I'll work on getting a post out tonight. ^^
Jackson Tanner

Location:Shuttle

Jackson's mind was clouded, the thoughts of Gregory, of the Reavers, even of Anisa's words to him earlier, all of them were paying a toll on his mind and his concentration was suffering for it. He realized as Anisa called that he had missed part of her order. Mentally scolding himself for the error, he quickly adjusted his shuttle better into position and reached out for the radio, keying it into the Vengeance's bridge. "I'm in position." He kept it simple, there was no time or need to waste with an apology for his own error.

He leaned forward somewhat in his seat, now keeping a firm grasp on the controls as he focused intently on the action at hand, at staying in the mindset of his job. He couldn't let himself be distracted again, this was life or death, and Jackson didn't particularly fancy being killed, raped, skinned and devoured (preferably in that order, though not necessarily) just at that point in his life.

He glanced to the Vengeance, saw the smoke, but he forced himself not to linger on it, he knew Gideon would have the ship well-in-hand, and as much of a monster as Jackson believed Gregory to be, he figured push come to shove the Alliance officer would likely fire on the Reavers, rather than let them devour his old love. That is, if he felt love, but that was something to be considered another time.

Gregory Quinn

Location: Bridge

Gregory was agitated. His finger tapped repeatedly against the back of his other hand as they rested behind his back, the officer pacing back and forth as he moved along the landing he stood upon. His instincts were telling him to just order a barrage on the Reavers, to blow them out of the sky before they might have lost their chance, or they might have reached the Vengeance, reached Camilla... But he held his tongue on that order, refusing to give it, there were times at least when the officer knew his instincts were, not just logically, but tactically wrong.

However, he did not shy away from barking an order once Jahosafat made it clear that his plan was ready. "Eject the pod, lieutenant Harper, Gunnery, fire batteries at the tower the good doctor was referring to." Despite his agitation, he spoke calmly, smoothly. While doubt or uncertainty bit at his mind, his nerves remained steely for the time being, his gaze cold of ice as he never once took it off their target, he would not fail.
Nathan Darcy

Location: Wyndham Estate, toward St. Peter's

Nodding his head with a warm smile as Gerard agreed with his suggestion, watching as the dog came to his side and he bid it to remain at the estate. It was not a short ride to the church, and as they began, Nathan decided to grace the trip with some casual discussion, keeping an eye out regardless, cool and collected as always, despite the threat of soulless in the middle of London. "A noble companion, the dog, and a fierce guardian." He commented idly with a smile to himself, his eyes drifting over to a few alleyways they passed as they move along the streets toward the church.

"Have you had it long?" He questioned once more in regards to the dog, being polite as always as he turned his gaze back toward Gerard in anticipation of an answer, one hand holding his reigns and another still resting on his sword hilt, only letting his eyes linger on Gerard for a short period before he looked back away, not wanting to let his guard drop, regardless of how small the trip may have been.
Harry Walsh

Location: Qasr El Nil Barracks

Giving the Lord-Major a curt nod, Harry offered him a soft smile as Aziza denied his offer. "Worry not, Lord-Major, I will make every endeavor to ensure Miss Tarek's safety." He commented warmly as he looked over to Aziza as she handed a key over to Lauren. Taking her arm as she came back over, Harry began to move off with Aziza, turning his gaze over to her as she spoke, somewhat surprised by her comment. "Well, if you're sure, I wouldn't want to be rude and say no, but I don't want to impose upon you or Lauren in any way." He chuckled softly, smiling over at her.

He kept his arm in hers gently as he moved along with her, glancing about idly as they moved through the streets. At least it would not be a long walk, and he was less tense than he had been before, Aziza had managed to remove a great deal of his stress before with her warm words. However, he still appreciated the feeling of his handgun in its holster, it always added that extra level of safety.

William Drake

Location: Egyptian Museum

Watching Nora as she worked, William remained quiet, his arms crossed over his chest as he looked down at the tablets idly, waiting to be addressed or consulted if either was needed. When the note was thrust toward him, he glanced up toward Vera, taking it from her and reading over it. "Alright, i'll get the list to him." He nodded simply, already beginning to go over in his head what would be needed. In a way it would be somewhat refreshing to do a proper dig, his own were usually much less careful, and his own equipment less complete, but he would work things out.

After all, he doubted the vast majority of those who he assumed would be attending their dig would be quite capable, and so equipment to ensure they would actually get through the dig reasonably well was a must. "I'll do the same, i'm sure I can find a spot to put everything together."[/b] He said, at that moment preferring to head off somewhere he wouldn't get into another shouting match with Vera.
Lucas Walsh

Location: Safe House

Nodding toward Risa, Lucas made sure he had everything he needed again, ensuring that his weapon was holstered and well hidden as well as he moved with her toward the door. When they got outside, he raised an eyebrow and peered around, shrugging his shoulders as he glanced about, they certainly didn't seem to be near the Boston Heights. "Well, we ain't in Kansas any more." He commented light-heartedly as he looked over to her, offering a soft smile. Moving along with her after she closed the door, he tucked his hands into his pockets, idly glancing around as they moved down the street, looking for any particular details which would show him where they were.

At the very least he figured the location of the safe house wasn't bad, Juno seemed generally a bit high-and-mighty to be slumming it in spots like this, and while Argus certainly lowered itself to spots such as this when it was necessary, he thought, or at least hoped, that it would probably be a while before they came looking for them there, as opposed to any of the other possible spots they could have been in. At least for now he figured they'd be a little safe, from Juno and Argus, anyway.

Scott Fairburne

Location:AfterDark

Scott had just gathered up his things when the cops showed up, sighing. He had hoped to get going before they showed up, knowing he'd have been stuck there to answer all those questions. Sighing, he sat down as the cops began to ask their questions, it was the usual ones, the kind he'd use to give fake answers to when it came to jobs he'd been involved in, this time he actually could answer with a bit of truth. "I'm packin' up my shit so I don't have to do it later, i'd rather go home than be stuck here." He answered honestly.

Along with that, he went through the standard answers, explaining the more notable ones who'd showed up, the customers he'd served. However, he did keep Zoie to himself, he knew better than to bring her up, he preferred to avoid getting in the shit with Trisha. However, just before he finished, he did remember another. "Just before the shooting, I saw a woman out back in the kitchen, she decked one of the chef's and took off before the drive-by." He gave a brief description of the woman, as well as he could remember. For now he just tried to be as useful as possible, in the hope of being let go as soon as possible.
I must be tired still, because I accidently just edited my last post rather than posting a new one, but hey, post up I guess :P
Liam Matthews

Location: the Church
Interacting With: Aloise Zamora @Morose

When Liam had his vision, he had hoped desperately that it wouldn't be any time soon. Ideally, he'd have been far, far away from Amy Chang when Satan finally took over, rather than in the same room. However, as the red smoke began to fly through the windows and into Amy's body, Liam staggered back from where he stood, toward the wall as he stared in relative shock. Watching her body twist and move about as the smoke filled Amy, he was overcome with fear, he knew in that moment he was helpless, what could he do to stop Satan himself? Or, herself it seemed.

His gaze finally turned away from Amy for a moment to Seraphina as she approached, raising an eyebrow as she came up to Aloise and told her to get him out of the Church. However, adrenaline flowing through his body, he didn't take a moment to think about it, sticking with Aloise, in that moment, she was really the only person he felt even remotely safe with, as such, he let her lead him, whatever decision she made, he stuck with her, he doubted running off by himself would go that well, anyway.

Darren Andrews

Location: Crypt Manor -> The Church
Interacting With: Jade Cornish, Satan,@Morose Everyone at the church

Pulling up outside Crypt Manor, Darren looked up to the doorway, just in time to see the meatsuit wandering out. He grabbed the angel blade without a second thought, opening the door and sprinting out toward it as he watched the meatsuit wave and lift up the vial. However, he didn't get there in time, seconds before he reached the body, it fell to the ground, the smoke flying up and into the sky before it turned and went off toward the church, that was bad. "Fuck." He said, quickly hurrying back down to the car, angel blade still held firmly in his hand. "He's gone to the church, chances are now he's got his proper body, which is going to make things a little worse."

He sighed, taking a deep breath as he sped off, turning the car around to head toward the church, he never expected to reach this point, to be chasing down Lucifer himself. When he got there, he saw as the smoke billowed into the windows, pulling up in time to see Eudora move into the Church itself. Darren didn't have a great deal of time, he needed to get in there as quickly as possible, even he wasn't sure just how much power Lucifer had, but he figured there wasn't much he needed to do to kill Darren. Keeping a firm grip on the blade for a moment, he turned to Jade. "I'm going to try and get around the back, i've probably got a better chance trying to sneak up behind him than charging through the front door." He sighed, not particularly fancying his chances either way as he got out of the car, taking a deep breath.

Javier Crypt

Location: The Streets
Interacting With: Mercurial, Belladonna @Morose

Javier was lucky that he'd experienced the loss of his head before. It still was agonizing, something which wasn't particularly a surprise to anyone, but he could deal with the pain now better than he used to. He appreciated at least that he was able to stop himself from letting out too agonizing of a cry as his head rolled off his shoulders and onto the floor. Looking up to Lucifer as he took the blood and left, he sighed and turned his eyes over toward his dearest, his body still standing there, rather comically reaching for where its head should have been. "Mi amor, would you be so kind as to pick me up? Mercurial darling, make sure my body doesn't wander off too far, hm?"

He asked quite calmly of them, letting the blood drip out from his neck as he lay there, waiting for Belladonna to lift him up, at least until they had a chance to fix his head back onto his body properly, he'd need a bit of help getting around.
I planned to get a post in tonight but I was at work for much longer than anticipated, a post will definitely be coming tomorrow.
